The hotel was very nice but they had 1 working elevator for the floor we were staying on and a sold out hotel for the entire weekend.

My room was not available so they stuffed us in a small room. No refunds or compensation received. Worst experience ever. And no vending machines. No microwaves that work and they are in the hallway. Stay somewhere else. Screw this place.

There was only one elevator working up to floor 16 and it was a nightmare. I was scared to get on because all of the people that were trying to get on with me and there’s a fire or that elevator broke. We was in big trouble.

Horrible. We got stuck in an elevator or our way to the room and only went down from there. Rooms were nice but they had most of the elevators broken down. Even some of the service elevators were broken. And to top it off they said they have been having elevator issues for over a year!!!

The elevators being down was very much annoying. Other than that, everything was great! Staff was awesome!

This is my second time staying at this hotel and it is a huge event going on this weekend. Elevators always seem to be brokebut they do try to help out by offering there elevators in back or you can use the stairs. Im just not sure if this is the only time they have troubles.

The staff were very helpful. All the employees that we saw in the hallways were polite and spoke to us.

Wasn’t bad other than the roach found in the room upon arrival

The elevator was having issues the whole weekend. I was on the 16th floor and had to use their stairs. Not very happy when this isn't the first time. I've stayed here 2 years in a row and it's happened. Won't be staying here again

Great location! Most rooms have a slight view of the arch!

Great location right at the Arch. Check-in was easy and the employee who checked us in was phenomenal. There’s a Ruth’s Chris in the hotel as well as a Starbucks. Fitness Center met our needs. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Room and service was exceptional but i was hoping for a thicker blanket and was very cold all night and the bed was hard as a rock

Absolutely no issues except that we arrived at 5 pm and self-parking was not available. Very nice property.

The location is perfect. I enjoyed my stay for a wedding at the hostel. The shower tub had stains otherwise the service was acceptable. I did not find a pen and a pad for taking notes or writing a card otherwise I was happy with the service.

We upgraded to an Arch View room and there was some left over garbage in the room. One of the light bulbs in the lamp was also burnt out. The view is great but the sounds of the cars passing by on the highway is very loud.

Our stay was wonderful until we got up on Sunday and found hot water coming out the cold water tap. The toilet tank even filled with hot water. It was scalding hot, so needles to say we did not try and shower. But other than that it was a great place to stay.

My stay was pretty good. I booked a king bed room, they were all taken. Pretty upsetting. They did try to accommodate us with complimentary breakfast which was ok but not at all what i wanted. I had to constantly ask the lady at the front desk to repeat herself because she wouldnt talk up as it was kind of loud in the lobby. Other than those hiccups. I enjoyed my stay

The hotel was lovely, the views were perfect, and the staff was attentive. HOWEVER, our suite was on the sixth floor, and a wedding was on the fourth floor. The music was SO LOUD in our room that we could sing along with every song. We called downstairs and they said they were not able to have the wedding turn down the music, and they were allowed to have it on until 11:30pm. They were apologetic, but it was very rough with children. The hotel was lovely but ASK FOR UPPER FLOORS on the weekends!

Easy in and out, safe area, great/ample parking and the entire crew were fantastic!

Pros:
Great location to the Arch.
Hotel restaurant (Brewhouse) was great!
Cons: self parking was limited. I still don’t understand how there isn’t enough parking if you have a reservation. Self parking $40 a night. But there isn’t enough so you can try to find somewhere else to park or pay $50 per night for valet. Just charge the $50 per night and call it a day.
Worst part of the stay by FAR is the outside noise. Motorcycles and backfiring cars well into 3am. 14th floor room with window facing downtown.
Hotel says “text us anytime” and we’ll get right back to you. No response.
Again, great location, but if you can’t seen through noise equivalent to fireworks..,

The hotel itself was very nice. My room had gorgeous views. I didn't give them 5 stars because of two issues: not enough on-site parking, and an elevator malfunction, which could have been handled better.
Not sure what they can do about the parking, but I had to park 4 blocks away and cart my luggage down the street.
They had two banks of elevators, each bank served specific floors. Two elevators in each bank of four were in service. At a very busy time, one of the elevators got stuck on an upper floor (18 floors in this hotel). The lobby was packed with people trying to get to their rooms. I went to the front desk to ask if they could put the other two elevators in my bank in service. I was told engineering was working on it and security was going to assist guests to their rooms. Nope, didn't happen. We weren't kept apprised of the situation, security did nothing, and it took another 30 minutes for me to get to my room. I was on the 16th floor, so the stairs were out of the question for me.
But , having said all that, I would stay there again due to the location and quality of the rooms.

Perfect location to visit The Arch and Busch Stadium/Ballpark Village. Once we parked the car, we didn't need to get back in it till we were ready to leave for home. Hotel staff at check-in and check-out were very professional, friendly and helpful. Room was great, nicely furnished. Only comment is the vinyl padded headboard on the wall was a little flaky from where people have leaned against it sitting up in the bed, then the flaky vinyl sticks to your head (or pillow if you put it up to lean against) and gets on the pillowcase, which is kind of gross. And the design of the shower door, collects water so when you open the door to get out of shower, all the water spills out onto the floor and makes a pretty big puddle. But We'd still stay here again!

Excellent hotel.
Staff are super friendly and very on top of things for the property. The rooms are clean and clearly well maintained. The food in the in house restaurants is good. However the breakfast buffet is wonderful if a little expensive.
They are also right across the street from the old St. Louis Courthouse which is a nice attraction however it is currently closed for renovation.
My only complaint is that sometimes people will try and bum money and smokes off of you if you go out any of the side exits. However this isn't a huge issue and the staff seemed to manage it well.

Excellent stay. The hotel & room was very clean and comfortable. Parking sucks so I would suggest using valet. Will be staying again.

The rooms were clean and nice, just a little small. Proximity to the arch can not be beat. No breakfast or kickbacks, but we had a great experience.

Evenings were VERY noisy from the freeway traffic and only 1/3 of the elevators were operational, while the remaining elevators were VERY slow. Also there is plenty of close parking but I was instructed by the hotel staff that the self parking was full which was not true

When we were stay is not have water!
2.0 / 5.0
The bathtub faucet didn't work, and I had to run bathwater with the shower head. The tub had chipping paint all over it! The elevator kept getting stuck and took forever to move and got stuck on each floor
