Great location with underground parking. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff- can’t say enough about their positive attitude. Rooms and facilities were perfect. And breakfast was superb, including custom-prepared omelettes upon request. Full and extensive cold breakfast buffet as well. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days and everything was perfect from the moment we checked in. The location is great, walk to everything. The included breakfast was delicious and all staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely. I would highly recommend!!

I feel that this hotel is a great value for Gstaad. The free spa, with a sauna and a steam room, is spacious, clean, and well-functioning. The rooms are the same. Breakfast is good, with omelets and other items available for order at no charge. The free bikes are modern and well-maintained. They will pick you up from the train station upon request. The staff are competent and friendly. The location is good - a short walk from the center of town. I'll continue to stay here.

The Hotel has a very Swiss Alpine feel. The Staff was very helpful. The Hotel was extremely quiet, and the Breakfast was extensive.

The Swiss are not renowned for their culinary skills, but this property was very average by Swiss standards. Amenities were barely average. Some staff were excellent, others were not really interested in assisting.

Beautiful wooden chalet-style yet up-to-date architecture. Nice garden with pond; we could hear the water flowing from the fountain, it sounded like the soothing murmur of a river. Excellent restaurant with outstanding service.

Perfect location right in the heart of Gstaad and accessible to most of the town via walking. Pillows were not great and felt almost hollow.

Great hotel in Gstaad. The room was comfortable and cozy and we really enjoyed the spa area with sauna, steam, jacuzzi, beds to relax in and light refreshments. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. I wish we stayed here longer.

The Gstaaderhof was clean with great service from the staff, and an excellent restaurant. It was also conveniently located in Gstaad, and while not having a car, it wasn't necessary to climb up a steep hill to reach the hotel. Highly recommend this place for a reasonably priced accommodation with great quality.

Very nice hotel with quiet rooms, very friendly staff, great in-house dining, and amazing breakfast. We accidentally booked for the wrong date and could easily change it with a quick phone call without any complications.

I paid for an upgrade. They refused to give me the room I paid for even after i showed proof of payment. They were very rude and had no desire to rectify the problem.

The hotel itself is pretty and has all u nd for a short stay in Gstaad. Very clean and lovely breakfast w warm waiters ready to fake ur orders for freshly cooked eggs and coffee. I was also wondering if the hotel caters specifically to senior guests when i found myself n my friend to b e only ones not grey haired at e breakfast buffet. Everyone else stared at us as we walked in hahahah! Bt no worries i hv no issues being amongst older folks cos they are sweet. On e hindsight, Gstaad is not a town u wld like to visit. We read abt gstadd and imagined a lively fresh town w posh cafes and boutiques. However, wat our hotel reception told us was more true. It is a sleepy and dead village. So if u’re planning, just gv Gstaad a miss.

Hotel is nicely located with shops and restaurants just around the corner. Staff very approachable and kind. Hotel and area were very quiet and relaxing at this time of year. Hotel room was very warm with Windows that could be opened if it got too hot. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast with a nice selection of foods- which included boiling water for eggs and a toaster for guests to use for their own preference. It was a nice surprise to find that the hotel offered free bike hire- and then discover that the hotel is closely located next to bike trails.

Gstaad is amazing, however it was sort of dead during the time we visited. The village is beautiful. We had a beautiful view from the hotel. The hotel has this old feeling to it, but its the location that was stunning. People are very nice. At breakfast (which is included), the waiter brought a high chair for our 5 month old, although she couldn't sit up yet, but he used a pillow and was very caring.

I stayed in the Gstaaderhof Swiss Quality Hotel for the third year in a row. Very nice hotel Swiss mountain style, I had a lovely and great size room with balcony, great continental breakfast, very helpful and pleasant staff.
