We went to our room and discovered there was no light in the bathroom and the TV did not work. Called and they gave us a order number but it was one a.m. before they came to fix the TV and never fixed the light in the bathroom. They also took our deposit which is so wrong.

I showed up late in the evening around 11:30 p.m. There was no one at the front desk. After 10 minutes or so and after I called, someone showed up at the desk. But they would not let me in! This happened three times over 20 minutes. Finally, he let me in. He had a terribel attitude. I will never stay there again.

Dangerous property!! Wouldn’t take my wife near it. Room only had a bed and one little table(nothing else) doors were off the cabinets. People setting in the parking lot drinking beer. Felony in front might before. Obviously we did not stay. Have contested Charge. Any hotel chain should be ashamed to have there name associated with this property!!!!

The property looked old and dated and was full of long term tenants as well as people living out of their vehicles on site. Homeless making loud noise in the courtyard all hours and sitting on and eating off of guests vehicles. Had to park near the street because every parking spot was full in the courtyard. The whole time for my stay not one car moved. Front desk told me at check in they were housing homeless in a program there. Amenities were near none, just a small wobbly table and two flimsy chairs besides the bed in the room. The fridge in the room didn’t work, holes in the wall, only one light for the entire room, bathroom dirty and mold in the room. Hot water valve broken, I asked to be moved to another room of available but told I would need to pay more even though I prepaid my room. There was no at the desk when checking out at 830am and the front door locked. Just dropped my key in a box and left, terrible stay. Didn’t leave a one star review because I at least had power and running water. Area around the hotel was fine but this place is run down.

Awful experience! Won’t stay there again. Key card kept failing to open my room. Lobby was closed every time I needed help. Snacks were in the lobby.

We showed up after 7, lobby was closed. Even though I could see someone sitting inside at the check-in desk, I still had to call a number on the door and wait for someone to check me in. During check-in, I'm talked to as if I'm a recruit at boot camp. Room was large but lacking. With the exception of holes in the wall, totally void of any character or welcoming charm. Small pillows and bath towels. Definitely showing it's age and lack of attention to detail. Deep cleaning is obviously not a requirement for these rooms judging by the floor boards, dirty air conditioner unit, back splashes in bathroom. Bathroom mirror had graffiti on it. I felt like I was living in the scene from Scarface where the guy is cut up with a chainsaw. I will say it was remarkable quiet, even with the police cars outside, traffic and cars in/out of parking lot.

I already have put in for a refund. We didn’t and couldn’t not stay in these rooms due to a smoke allergy. As you can see the burn marks on sink and furniture in my photos. Used shampoo and soap bottles left for us. Air didn’t work, heater wouldn’t shut off. Microwave plate missing. Looked at other rooms and it didn’t get better. Locks broken, doors repaired from being locked in, windows unusable. Rooms are not as advertised. Smell is horrible. Nothing clean about the entire facility. If security is posted at the front desk it’s already a bad sign.

Rats in room 202 ask maintenance my second day there about the toilet to be fixed nobody ever came to fix it we were there for 7 days. Lots of crime prostitutes in the area. Overall horrible hotel in the cleanliness is very bad towels were disgusting even after exchange very low maintained building the only thing good I could say is the AC worked great

Air conditioner wasn’t working. No AC in bedroom. Went to office and complained, a hour later still nobody showed up. Couch had holes in it. Disgusting dirty air vents. No amenities like soap, hairdryer, nothing! Bathroom was dirty and unkept. Fridge with mold in it. Remote and phone was stick. Holes in walls and door that were patched. Being stained and plaster falling. Shady People hanging outside their rooms drinking and smoking pot. Trash everywhere. Cancelled my room and got my $50 deposit back but they refused to refund Expedia. So, they got paid for the room for 2 nights and rerented it. Don’t stay here if you value your life, your better off sleeping in your car.

Nice large room for a large family if you can't afford anything better, or have to stay someplace for business. Beware of cockroaches, Staff is unfriendly and Office is Closed after 7pm, not sure when it opens. Must pay in advance by CC to secure your room. If your smart you will stay someplace else.

Worst hotel in America! Do not stay here. Way too expensive for what you get, which isn’t much. The room was was nasty, you can tell they didn’t even pre clean before my arrival because there was hair in the bed and a spilt soda bottle next to my bed which left a sticky residue all over the floor.

The maintenance doesn’t do anything, we ended up losing $450 and staying at a motel 6. The restrooms were very dirty all around the property! Saw the same empty beer can on the second floor with cigarette buds a tee shirt on the third floor that was never picked up. I went back everyday to take pictures after they refused a refund to send to upper management. All three days the same tshirt and the same empty beer can. Homeless hang out on the stairwell and management doesn’t do anything about it! Also the elevators stick of cigarettes and piss

The WORST Hotel I have ever stayed at. DO NOT STAY HERE. Management does not care about the safety of their guests and they will tow your car given the chance. My room was extremely dirty with pills under the bed and the room smelled like leftover cigarette smoke. Bathroom was dirty as well.

Almost couldn’t even check in due to nobody working the front desk. Room was filthy and barely furnished. Worst mattress I’ve ever slept on in my life. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone and will never stay at this or any other location from this chain. Day of check out we walked out to someone looking to steal our license plate from the rental car and he ran off when we spooked him.

Our room was not cleaned properly. Had used soap bars in shower, hair in shower, toilet wouldnt flush, horrible water pressure, unswept/mopped floors. Beds were extremely uncomfoetable. Everytime we came and went from room there were multiple sketchy people. When trying to contact front desk they were closed and/or didnt answer phones.

I chose this motel on short notice. The low price and location near Red Rock amphitheater was appealing. While the actual stay was uneventful I felt uneasy, even as an adult male. I counted over 4 cars without license plates with many hotel guests loitering in the parking lot. Additionally the room had stains on the walls and sheets. It generally felt unclean. I don’t expect luxury with a cheap motel but the stains and crackers under the sink made me worry for pests. Again, other than the bad vibe from the other guests and the visible dirt, I was actually surprised at the amenities we did have for the price. For about $100 we got 2 queens, a stove, microwave, WiFi, TV and fridge/freezer. The hotel was actually really quiet! The staff were pleasant from the limited interaction I had. I was glad we only stayed an uneventful night and would not have stayed longer. I understand budget friendly motels may save some cash, but it does cost peace of mind.

We were two ladies and It was very unsafe. On top of it the man at the Front Desk was so scary and wearing mask. He didn't helped us at all. We had to leave from that place and go some place safe. Very bad service. You shouldn't be listed in Expedia. In fact your property shouldn't be listed anywhere

This was such a sketch place, I don't even know where to start. We arrived on the 4th and the office wasn't open. We had to call a number and someone came down. Fine. The front desk guy was in shorts and a tank top. Okay. He made a comment about my husband and I needing to get a room, because we shared a kiss. Alright. Security guard sitting behind plexiglass in the main office... Hmm. Get a parking pass. We're told in a very strict manner there is no back in parking. "My guy can have you towed in less than 5 minutes. He just drives by; doesn't even wait for a call." Well, now all my senses are on alert. To summarize: the room reeked of cigarette smoke, all hard surfaces, except the couch and bed, which is on a metal frame. Fireworks, loud and flying, in the parking lot. There seemed to be a look out and nefarious activity in the parking lot as well. All in all, only go here if you're not looking for comfort or rest.
