The stay was less than to be desired. To start, we were not greeted. Check-in process was easy. Although the hotel listing states there is elevator access, there was not which could impact those needing that access. The hotel in general smelled moldy and old - carpets throughout were stained and unraveling. Now onto the room...the bed was fine, storage was fine, and there is a microwave and refrigerator. However, cleanliness and maintenance are lacking tremendously. The heater did not work (attempted to use but started smoking and triggered fire alarms), the shower had a sizeable hole that was covered up by tape, the light fixture above the shower was not wet-rated so was dripping rust water all over us and the worst part...the towels had blood and stains throughout so who knows if these were cleaned or reused. Breakfast, I would skip and not even look at it - the meat that was not cooked all the way and the lack of cleanliness bleeds over to here (bad joke). Typically, I generally have an okay to good experience at hotels and have some understanding; however, some of these things I have to point out so other guests are aware. Maybe they will turn a corner but from the lack of customer service and the lack of pride in their everyday, I have my doubts.

Very good breakfast and clean nice suite. We were there for Hospital appointments and the hotel is only a few minutes away from Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital

The property was fine for a single night stay, but could use improvement. The staff was excellent but the common areas and hallways has water damaged ceilings at various points. The room was mostly nice, but had small issues like stains on the sheets and a plastic bag covering one of the recessed lights. Additional, he breakfast was leaking and many items tasted off andy wife and I felt ill in the afternoon from the food. Another guest commented that there were ants coming out of the coffee machine. With some improvements this property could be a 5 star experience, but as it currently is 3 stars is generous.

The space was amazing. But i got stuck in the bathroom because i couldn't get the pocket door unstuck, tv remote wouldn't h work and the bedroom had a funky smell in it. But we were there for a family weekend at a college so we weren't there much. The staff were very friendly and they did reprogram the remote. Breakfast was good.

There was a terrible smell in the building and the room. The floors were dirty everywhere even in the room. There were stains all over the sofa in the room. Ants crawling around the furniture. Would not recommend.

I didn't have high expectations. Certainly a 3 star hotel. I stayed in room 205. At 5'9, I was still taller than the shower head. There was also a hole in the shower floor. That didn't affect me but I do wonder about the floor below me. The desk chair in the room was incredibly broken lol. I didn't use it much, and I don't imagine many would, but it wasn't subtle. The breakfast was free, and the only foods that had any taste were the ones with sugar. I am not upset or disappointed, but that's only because I know how to manage my expectations.

Bathroom slide door got stuck. One remote did not work. Towels were thin. Lobby stairs needed vacuuming. Price was great. Front desk was great. A/C worked excellently.

Hotel room was dusty upon my arrival, carpet stained and dirty,especially in hallways. I kept seeing little ants here and there on night stand and sink counter top. Breakfast was ok, nothing over the top light right outside of window,tho i had both curtains closed light still filtered a bit through edges.

The property has a great location and decent breakfast but that is where the positives end. Hallway carpet had numerous stains that looked like they have never been attempted to clean. My room had a couch with numerous stains and an ant problem that was more than annoying. The property has a lot of potential if the owners want to spend a little money. Obviously that is not their goal.

Still waiting to hear about a refund. First room did not have a working refrigerator. Second room had dead ants in the beds. We checked back out not long after checking in and I was supposed to get a call the next day about a refund. Have heard joting

DO NOT STAY HERE! We only stayed one night and it was horrible. We woke up to find that close to, if not more than, 200 ants invaded our daughter's diaper bag, her bottles and cooler bag, our son's snacks, our food, our ice chest, and our cups. My husband and I each went to the front desk about it and the night auditor told us, "it's just that season so it's normal." I left a personally written message for the manager to call me about it and called several times over the next few days leaving messages to have the manager call me back. Here we are six days later, and I still haven't received a call back because they think this is normal. Not only is it nasty to have ants all over your room, but it's also a health issue if/when someone consumes ants from not knowing they're in the bottles, cups, cooler bags, ice chests, or food.

Carpets were ripped, shower dirty, bathroom sink didn't frqun properly, toliet seat lose, overbed light didnt work, worst hotel i've ever reserved on expedia, very disappointed in the quality. Left after 1 night, one good thing is they refunded 1 night but kept the pet fee

The rooms are not very clean; un swept floors, dirty mirrors, dusty night stand. Definitely wouldn’t recommend sleeping on the pull out couch.

So honestly it was ok. I would not book again. There is no elevator and had the smell of drugs everywhere. One toliet was leaking and had parts not attached to the wall. The HVAC filters were very dirty. We even found ants crawling along the sink and window. Overall my familt and friends were very uncomfortable with the room considering what we paid.
