We got the room with a view of the Cowboys Stadium. It was rather disappointing that they charged an additional parking fee just because it was an event night at the stadium. $80 was steep considering we were staying at their hotel. It took them almost 24 hours to respond to my inquiry to an email they sent to us about a parking fee. They left a voicemail that I could not decipher; fee sounded differently than what they charged. We didn’t want to drive after knowing we would have a few drinks at the stadium. So we were ok walking within that distance. Just be aware of additional parking charge.

It’s the cheapest place in the area it’s ok for the price. My only complaint is the bathroom the shower head was not adjustable so the water flowed towards opposite side wall. Toilet was clogged too.

Disgusting. This had to be the worst room I have ever stayed in. Terrible odor. Sticky and stained carpet. Paper thin walls. The bed had stains on the pillow cases, hair in the bed, and stains on the sheets.
The only benefits of this spot is its proximity to AT&T Stadium and the price. I'm warning you - find another place. I'd rather spend the night in my rental car than ever stay here again.

The price was for convenience not comfort. The TV didn't work. The tub was slippery, my relative fell. The hot water was scorching.

Before going to this hotel I read mixed reviews on it. All reviews seemed totally positive or totally negative, no in between. Some reviews mentioned "renovation" so I was hopeful. After being there I see "renovation" means another coat of paint over the problem areas. On the positive side, location. We had a nice 15 minute walk to Globe Life Field. AT&T stadium is across the street. The beds were comfortable but the sheet had an unidentifiable stain (rust, blood?). A new sheet was delivered upon request to our 3rd room... Our first room's tub faucet couldn't be shut off, running about 2-3 gallons of water a minute! (On when we entered the room) Second room, we discovered the floor was SOAKED from the entry to past the first bed!! These first 2 rooms were not next to each other. The third room was a compromise as we quickly realized its likely to not get any better. This hotel has OBVIOUS water issues in many locations. Wall coverings are drooping due to the wetness (in all 3 rooms). Shady people were sitting on the hotel entry steps and lurking in the parking lot but overall we felt safe (?) This is a NO frills hotel. So don't expect much. Bring your own shampoo, they did have bar soap. No coffee in the room, but available in the lobby in the morning. Ear plugs will serve you well too, as the walls are paper thin. You will here neighbor room conversations, people walking in the hallway and traffic on all sides of the building.

Fast, friendly check in. Great room for the price. Very clean and very convenient with food, 7-11 and stadiums all within 3 minute walk

Check in went smoothly, but the hotel definitely is a bit run down. There is lots of damage in the room - broken lampshade, multiple repairable the tub, patches on the wall, just to name a few. My biggest concern is that you could just push the door open without the key. Thankfully I was able to deadbolt it. I would have asked for a different room if I wasn’t on a time crunch.

I def wasn't expecting too much past sleep, but seeing the mold on the shower ceiling in one room, and a fist-sized hole in the wall in the replacement room... then there were now blankets; just thick sheets. No complimentary breakfast as stated. It's just convenient being near the stadium. Staff was decent. Nothing above and behind, but they weren't rude either.

The staff was accommodating to an extent but I still give my stay 1 star. I e stayed here before when the ac was broken but this time it was cool in the lobby. So I continued. The fact that as I walked in a guest was arguing with 3 people behind the desk about the fact that she had 4 kids and only 1 towels, didn't tip me off. I was tired and looked past it. I was told after I paid for the room and the deposit that the elevator was broken. I'm going to shower and go to bed. A cold shower. No hot water. I was offered another room but it was after midnight and I was settled in this one. THEN I had to call to get my deposit back. I was told it would be 3-5 business days when I called but in 10 minutes the deposit was refunded. Why did I have to call? Maybe if I didn't call the deposit would have been used to help fix the elevator or the hot water or even to buy more towels. Lesson learned.

I stayed here last year for Dallas Cowboys game because it’s close to the stadium. Then I stayed again this year, however, last year they charge $30 parking and this year they charged $60 parking and an additional $20 to register so that’s $80 a charge this year. I don’t think it’s fair that I paid for the hotel and now they’re charging me to park.

It was very convenient to AT&T stadium, walking distance. We didn't pay for parking because we have a handicap permit. No refrigerator, was the real problem, we had to go purchase an ice chest and bags of ice, very inconvenient.

We had tickets to the Dallas Cowboys game and chose this hotel for the location. We were so disappointed on what we saw upon arrival. No clear identification of the front entrance, holes in the doors, outlets didn't work, no microwave or refrigerator in the room, no breakfast or coffee available in the lobby. All of the outlets along one wall didn't work; so when we called the front desk to inform them of the problem, they came with multiple extension cords so we could use the lamp and TV. They literally ran the cords from the ceiling across the room to where the TV was located.

Below a no frills hotel but it was fine for the football game. Staff was nice. Room was pretty clean but the property is run down and a bunch of stuff was out of order. Expect to pay a $75 surcharge to park on GameDay.

There were bugs on the walls and ceilings.
2.0 / 10.0
The first room they put us in was disgusting. They were smashed bugs on the wall, where appeared to be blood splatter. No hot water and bugs on the bed. The second room we were in was much nicer with a better view and much cleaner.

It’s an older Motel 6 in a great spot. The price is great, and you’re 20 min walk from Globe Life. AT&T is pretty much across the street. I have no complaints, it’s just older with few amenities. Room was clean, bed was good, shower was hot.

Hot water handle in bathroom was broken so we could only shower in cold water.

No outlets by bed (I have a sleep apnea machine). Next room had problems figuring out the t.v. Left after five minutes. They kept one day payment. Hope they use it on repairs & upgrades. Stayed in same place when it was a Days Inn & was awesome. Have stayed In Motel 6 once or twice & was never bad. But after this, never again.

It was horrible. Did not get any sleep because people hollering and slamming doors. I called front desk at 3 am I was very upset because I could not sleep. No hot water in shower, carpet was wet. The area around hotel was trashy nothing like on website.

The room needs to be updated! The bathroom could look much better & the tv should be more up to date! The staff such as the young lady they have working there has EXTREMELY HORRIBLE customer service etiquette

Everything was great for what i paid for. But the shower did not work well at all and it had a smell in the room. Its cheap and convenient for what we had going on. I will stay again if we are that way for that price.

I received a phone call a few days before my visit informing me that there would be a $20 parking fee. I almost backed out. Then upon arrival I was told it was a $30 parking fee!! That night went into take a shower and there was no hot water!! Overall it was clean and the air was very cold.

I travel alot and have stayed in many different hotels around the area until I found this place. Now this is the only place I'll stay if available and have at least 40+ nights this year so far. Friendly staff, great prices and clean rooms with comfortable beds.
The only complaints I have is they don't have refrigerators or microwaves in the standard rooms. There's only one elevator and it takes it's time. And there's only one working ice mechanic.
Other then that the place is awesome!

The man at the desk was very friendly
Walking distant to the Ranger game

Sketchy arriving at night, homeless people sleeping by the ramp and on the parking side of the building we had people doing drugs and passed out.

My trip was a short, solo, overnight trip to see the Texas Rangers, so the hotel was everything I needed and not much more. Comfortable, quiet, and walking distance to the park. The doors face in so there's an added level of security that most Motel 6s don't have. Only thing that was kind of funny was that there were no outlets near the bed for my phone, so I fell asleep without charging it as I was exhausted from the game. Otherwise would highly recommend for solo travelers or groups who won't be spending too much time in the room. It was comfortable and convenient. Will absolutely book here again the next time I go to a Rangers game.

Check-in was at 3pm but we were not able to check-in until almost 4:30pm because "guests attending the concert the night before had not checked out yet"...? Room was decent and the a/c worked great. Bathtub was rusty and moldy and toilet didn't flush well. The convenience of having AT&T Stadium walking distance was worth it even though VERY over-charged for this property. The definitely take advantage of their location when events are going on.

Terrible.
Rooms smelled moldy/damp. Bed/sheets felt damp just from the obvious moisture in the air. Stains everywhere, carpets, sheets, walls, ceiling. We had no hot water. Sink didn’t drain. Toilet needed plunging even for urine.
You definitely get what you pay for 😭

It was a decent place to stay for the price but there was a dead insect by the bathroom
3.0 / 10.0
Got this room because it was walking distance from the AT&T stadium. Staff was friendly but the room was not very clean. If I were staying more than a night and spending more time in this room, I would have asked for a different room.

Decent motel for just a night stay , right across from the stadium. Definitely needs a revamp
