Good value for the money. Please add information about shuttle hours and the fact, that while breakfast is available, it's NOT included in the price. Those were our two search criteria, and we almost missed the last shuttle for the night because we didn't know it quit running at 10 PM (we booked the room upon a late arrival at ORD).

Room wasn't the Room that I paid for. Also paid for breakfast to be included in the stay and it wasn't honored at the hotel. Paid $100 in security fees and $29 per day for parking and checked in at 7p.m. that night and I was still charged for a full night.

Very convenient to Chicago Airport and Fashion Outlets of Chicago along with great restaurants, conference center and theater/arena. Easy commute with the train.

Overnight stay after a long flight back to the US. Shuttle service from airport. A 5-10 minute walk to the Blue line metro today to get downtown and catch a train home. Hotel has 3 restaurants with many other restaurants in a few blocks around it. Comfortable, quiet room. Got the sleep we desperately needed.

Check-in was a little inconvenient because you had to park and walk your luggage around but it wasn’t that bad. Front desk was efficient and friendly. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Shuttle service was efficient and friendly.

I requested an extra blanket at the front desk, it was late at night they said they would send it to the room. It never happened. 40 minutes later I called to cancel the request. That would be the only non-satisfatory experience for us on this trip.

This hotel is filthy. We wondered if anyone ever cleaned the hallways or the elevator. There were dirty dishes in the hall outside of a room on our floor the entire time of our stay. We had to go to 4 different floors before we found a water dispenser that was functioning and the vending machine took money which the front desk said they could not reimburse ti us. VERY disappointing!!0

Tried to get ice on 2 floors 3 x’s, got none. Room safe didn’t work. Parking kiosk didn’t work. 1 exit door broken. Fix the stuff! Room was clean, but maid didn’t come until 6 pm

Good location. Near outlet mall and airport, the "entertainment district". Eateries included inside the hotel. The bedding and bathroom could have been fresher/cleaner, but the water temperature and pressure of the shower were great. And, although it was very close to the airport, it was quite, unlike other hotels close to the airport. For some, just know that the parking fee is not included in with the room rates.

Dirty, broken, staff didn’t care about housekeeping not cleaning my room for 3 days when I requested it daily, in room phone broken, fitness center was disgusting and small, staff didn’t know where amenities were located, found a bug that looked like a bug bed on my pillow, stains on the pillowcase, vents in the bathroom were disgusting, no counter space in the bathroom unless you want to hit your head on the light close to the mirror or stand on the other side and have no room so your legs keep hitting a nice cold toilet bowl.

I like that this property is walking distance from several restaurants, bars, etc. I did not like that the daily parking fee is so high for guests - 25.00 per night is just outrageous.
