The lobby and furniture was dirty. Breakfast was empty and the counters, floors, and near the trash were disgusting. We asked for sheets and blankets for the pull out sofa and were told they were in the room. (We arrived at 2:30 am and were exhausted).There was not any in the room… my husband went to The desk and asked for some, and there were only sheets when he got back to the room. Back down to the desk for them to say they have no blankets. Only one towel in the bathroom foe 3 people… bathroom had dried toothpaste and hair all over the floor and vanity. Hallways stunk like pet urine and filth. We travel often and i would not stay here again.

The hotel smells all around. I hate leaving poor comments, but the carpeted floors everywhere are moist and odorous. The room wasn’t very clean, we found an earring on the floor of the bathroom. The bed was suspect and didn’t feel at ease getting to sleep. Sorry to say it’s an old building with a lot of work that needs to be done for improvements. Weirdos hanging out in the parking lot at night as well, talking and making ruckus at night past 1am

I didnt even get to stay. Was completly short staffed. They sold my room that I had booked in advance. Was only one woman running the front desk and she disappeared for over 30 minutes. Mutiple guest were complaining of dogs barking and people playing loud music. One couple came down to say their room had a bad odor and was asking for febreeze. There was someone who seemed to be under the influnce of drugs in waiting room tweaking out in the area where breakfast was served. The woman waiting on people announced that she had no more rooms and would have to give refunds to anyone who had a reservation as there was a full waiting room. It took roughly an hour to get my refund handled between guest who were aggervated and rightfully so. I had to contact hotels.com and have them call the hotel to verify that there was no more rooms and that they cancled my reservation. In a busy weekend at baltimore there was a football game a concert and pokemon event at the convention center so hotels were sold out up to 10 miles out of the city. So we drove about 20 miles to find another hotel. I wouldnt recommend this hotel for anything. The receptionist said that they had no one cleanning rooms throughout the day so id say it was a saving grace they were sold out. Sketchy hotel and no staff. Down right dirty. Pay the extra and go somewhere nice. Its well worth knowing your room will be clean and taken care of. I didnt take any photos but should have so i could post here.

My friend clogged the toilet late at night so we called downstairs for a plunger they couldn't find one so we went downstairs and asked again and they finally gave us one. The lobby had a musty odor. Breakfast options were very limited and their toaster wasnt functioning well.

Gym equipment did not work. First day didn’t clean the room. Biggest complaint was the noise of other guests late at night. Breakfast not great either. On the positive side, bed was comfortable and a/c worked well.

We were highly disappointed since we have stayed at La Quinta before and have always had a great experience. The facilities were dirty from the lobby, the hallways and elevator. Our room was some what decent. However the bathroom lamp was not just outdated but rust all over it, You can tell the tub had not been cleaned and the shower faucet had to be jimmy for it to work. If it wasn’t for the 3day Labor Day weekend and had already paid for the hotel we would looked somewhere else. We won’t take this bad experience take away from La Quinta’s previous better ones we’ve had.

Door to the room was damaged could not open, bathroom had mold in the tub, their was hair on and in the sink from prior guest! When you turn on the AC it smelled like urine, pillows were hard didn’t sleep, their was a party taking place! Not clean this was the worst LaQuinta I ever stayed in the worst!! Property looks like it hasn't been maintained, cleanliness of hotel seemed bare minimum. Room was facing parking lot so all night was kept up by the 'party' going on until 4 AM blasting music and drinking/smoking. Hotel staff didn't seem to mind nor care. Requested a new room for rest of stay, staff was nice and accomodating. Whole place needs an upgrade, we did not feel safe staying here at all. Kind of upset I wasted my money, and wasn't able to refund because of booking through Expedia. My brother was in hospital close by so I booked for a few days ahead on the website, and then upon getting to hotel & realizing how gross it was, I was unable to refund. Overall not a great experience

Black mold all grandbabies were sick by the time we checked out to go home. Rooms we not the cleanest and had a bad smell luckily we were not in the room much as we were visiting family and spent most time at their house only at the hotel to sleep. People were friendly but hotel was not as the pictures showed or what we expected. Very loud and people hanging in the halls and parkinglot. 4th floor had a flood in a room and they just left the water to soak up and dry by itself could hear the water dripping down to the first floor.

It was the worst I’ve ever seen in a hotel facility. Dots didn’t lock securely the floors were filthy the first room had hair on bed and in bath room the floors were dirty. The cabinet was wood and peeling the light fixtures were tarnishing it was bad pillows were different sizes and pillow cases different colors I have pi’s if you’d like to see. The second room that we saw there was mold on the ceiling mold in the bathroom. The floor was spotted and the smell was terrible

This is the worse hotel I’ve ever been too walked into the room beds were not made, door wouldn’t close!! Blood and hair in the bathtub! Beds weren’t even made! Black mold on the ceiling! Trying to get a refund but they won’t call me back. NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL

First of all there was no hot water to take a shower. The bed felt like the springs were coming through. The pillows were very uncomfortable. the bathroom faucet in the tub leaked all night. If the room was inspected before we arrived these things would not have happened.

The water in the bathtub ran all night and would not cut off, the beds were not comfortable, the curtain in our room was missing hooks and the privacy curtain so the sun shone in the room bright and early because the curtain would not close properly. The juice machine in the breakfast area was broken and there was a huge water leak in the ceiling that had just been patched. No chair in the room either. Will not stay here again.

Property was very run down. The hallways and carpet smell.... dingy, humid and musky, to the point of walking out of the hotel to go to the front door. Even though breakfast was included, the choices are minimal. The bathroom fixtures were rusted and room aesthetics were mismatched. On a positive note, the sheets were clean and the beds were comfortable. The amenities are present and in working order. Did not feel like a 3 star hotel.

Customer service was terrible. I was sent to a room and told by the receptionist that if anything was wrong with the room, it could not be changed till the following day. When I opened the door to the room, the entire room was DIRTY. It was not cleaned after previous guests checked out. This was after 7pm. Check out time is 12 pm midday. It looked nasty. The receptionist was unapologetic and laughed when I asked if a manager was available. I was given a different room and I was not comfortable. The hallways smelled old and musty. The next day, I went put for the entire day. I left a note for housekeeping to replace used towels. I got in at 11pm and to my surprise, the room was not touched. I had no towels to use. The dirty towels were still in bathroom. Nothing was done. I had to walk all the way to reception and asked for towels. I stayed there for 4 nights in what felt like a dump. The breakfast was horrible and I literally had to ask for hot water and tea since I do not drink coffee. From the entrance, to the hallway to the room and breakfast was just stale. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I only wish I can get a refund. I was also told at arrival that the pool would be closed for maintenance. I took pictures to the dirty room I was sent to.
