Well the main lobby, restaurant, bar, and conference center seemed to be up to date and kept in good condition. The rooms themseleves were lacking. The toilets in both our rooms ran constantly unless we fixed it ourselves. The toliet itself was leaking from the pipe and noticed our last morning that the staff had just shoved a towel under it to "gather" the water. The shower drained slower than grass grows. On one of the rooms the door handle would get stuck open and leave the room completely accessable to anyone walking by. Both rooms had pull out beds and the hotel was given plenty of notification that we would ve usuing those, well upon checking in we noticed no extra bedding was left for the pull out. When we called the front desk we were informed they didn't have any to give. They finally scrounged up some sheets for us to at least use on the bare mattress. Half the lights in the room didn't work. You could see peeling paint and water stains on the ceilings in the bathrooms. The staff on the other hand did everything they could for us and were absolutely amazing and these problems had nothing to do with them. The breakfast was basic but decent. Parking was also fine and easy to get in and out.

They should have noise proof walls. I couldn't sleep because of the people on top of my room and to side. Worst night ever.

The room, the smell, and the service was terrible. Our bathroom looked like it was never cleaned. The comforter had a stain.

First, upon arrival to the hotel, no one was at the front desk...waited 10 minutes. Then it took quite awhile to check in...i dont know if the computer was down or if the person was new. Next the key card to my room didnt work and I had to walk back to the front desk twice to get a different key card. Finally they put me in another room.
The room was very dim and gloomy: no clock and no channel guide for the tv. The breakfast food was not hot and the same thing is served everyday. By far this was not a good stay. Clarion, you need to step your game up. Lastly, there is no signage from the highway to let anyone lnow that it is a hotel. Thank you for listening. J. Tolbert 9/13 to 9/15/24

Nice hotel. Clean, spacious, and safe room. Lots of amenities. Housekeeping didn't come in every day, which was doable. The only problem was both both of our trashcans ended up being full and we had to request some help in getting them dumped. They were very prompt in getting the cans emptied. Breakfast was fine. It would have been nice if there had been some cold cereal choices for adults. Our choices were frosted flakes and fruit loops. They did have runny oatmeal 2 mornings. I would rather have had little packets where i could make it myself. Oatmeal would have been nice since I'm diabetic and have to count carbs (bread, muffins, biscuits, gravy).

Our room was in the 1st floor near the pool. The entire hallway smelt damp/moldy. In the room, the bathroom tile was coming up and the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. On the way there was a brown stain. The telephone in the room had exposed cables.

This was the worse place I ever stayed. No hot water, drug use in the parking lot. Not secure, side door propped open with a rock so, anyone could go in and out. Broken furniture. Even after all this they refused to give a refund when I wanted to leave early.

There was no staff to greet us. We had to look for someone to check us in. She was smoking outside in a rocking chair.
The hotel smelled like curry.
The room was damp and moldy.
The bathroom shower curtain had no liner so the floor got soaked.
The after hours doors were left ajar causing us safety concerns. We left at 330am ! As soon as we got enough rest to continue our trip.

Unfortunately disappointed with bathroom... sink and counter very very low to ground... DID NOT request an accessible room... I understand great option for handicapped but not for people taller than 5'6". Bed very comfortable and room was clean thankfully. Peeling paint bathroom door, walls and windows. Needs to be renovated for the price charged...

Absolutely terrible experience! Didn’t even stay. Upon arrival at building B, there was a wet floor sign propping open a door that requires a key card to go open, already a security concern. Entering the room, there were blood stains on the walls in the bathroom, the towel hanger broken with no where to hang it and the bed sheets and pillow cases had shoe prints. Filthy! I didn’t feel comfortable so we checked out immediately, the front desk associate, Sean was kind and understanding, however, above him there was no accountability. No refund issued or any attempt to rectify the poor quality of our experience, though in the lobby there is a big sign stating there’s “commitment to your satisfaction”. Every call made, we are told the manager isn’t present. For 4 straight days, as if he teleworks. Stay away.

Very unreasonable and unprofessional staff. Check out supposedly at 11am. My wife was sick with fever and the cleaning crew came in at 10:30 asking to clean the room. My wife told them she is not well and will be checking out around noon. She called the front desk as courtesy as well yo let them know but they said that’s not possible and they can only give up to 11:15 am. Just 15 minutes more!! At this point I called the front risk obviously, very angry and upset. Reiterated to them the situation and asked if she can leave around noon and on duty manager Annie refused and then I asked to be spoken to her manager Julia who picked up the phone and said we can give you 15 more minutes until 1130 and that’s it and then I got a little angrier the way they were giving us ultimatums And I told her that’s not acceptable. She said it’s 1130 or the checkout time is 11 and we’re gonna charge you and she is taking her offer back. I have never seen such an unfriendly hotel staff ever. I called her back and asked to be spoken to the regional manager and she just hung up the phone on me.

Metropoints Hotel has attempted a second room charge each of my last several stays although I book my stay through Hotels.com. Not happy about the additional pending charges. Also not happy that Metropoints continually denies they've made the attempt eventhough my bank statement CLEARLY shows the charge. Since my complaint, Metropoints Hotel has also charged me a late check-out fee (per their policy check-out is 12 p.m.) although I'm sure all camera angles will prove that I checked out approximately 11 a.m. I will be suing Metropoints for this inconvenience.

Not a great experience- disappointing when the doors don’t open with your cards, or just plain broken. One of the doors were “propped open” with three stones which to me is very unsafe. We had to get new door cards 4 times. Our curtains would not completely shut so anyone could have looked in. The fitness room… the treadmill was not working but were told they would look into it. We stayed for two nights, but we were very close to just finding another place to stay as there was one issue after another. Staff were nice, so that’s definitely one positive to mention. .

There were fruit flies in the room and the towels were frayed and old. Check-in was horrendous and awful. I had to call Expedia to find the reservation and they said they had it in the wrong name but when I as the mother called from Atlanta they told me they had no record at all of the reservation but told Expedia they had everything but the name correct. Written by the mom who booked the reservation with her son's money so he would not have to pay 300 a night to stay at the Wedding Hotel. 159 was still a lot for fruit flies and poor towels though.

Our room was not very clean. The floor was dirty and there was still trash in the room. There was also mold on the bathroom ceiling.

The pool area was full of trash and a mess. The accommodations as well as the facility were filthy. The entire hotel was rundown and in need of major repair and renovation. I will never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone!

The description and photos you see online is not true. Property is in very poor condition, unsafe, dirty and not presentable for anyone visiting Leesburg. Access to the hotel was for anyone to come on in. The entrance was not locked, anyone could just walked right in, unsafe for hotel guest. There’s party halls attached to the hotel and the guests was very loud, having their children run and scream up and down the hotel halls after 10pm. I had a “do not disturb” sign on my door, they came into my room without me knowing or authorized by me. They touched my things, moved my clothes. The staff there are not friendly, no customer service experience in particular the Manager Rachel. She is very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and well mannered. A corporation like this should not have someone like her to represent the company. She accused me of telling a lie that i said they were stealing from me. I will post some pictures of the roach.

3 night stay, Wed to Sat. 2nd flr room. Front desk staff kind, polite, helpful. Breakfast in attached restaurant very good...waffles, breads, cereals, scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits, sausage gravy, coffee, 4 juices.
Hotel and room very clean. Room laid out well.
Bed squeaked with everymovement. Toilet lid cockeyed when we arrived and found it was because the tank chain needed manual release after every flush (no, jiggling the handle didn't work). Toilet and bathroom counter/sink VERY low. Counter height was to my mid thigh...I am 5'4". Toilet seat about 6" higher than the trash can. Heat/AC not consistant...reset temp multiple times each day. No housekeeping of room unless requested. Towels exchanged every 3rd day of stay.
Room at opposite end of hotel from
elevator in front. All parking is at side, closer to stairs, but room key card would not open the doors. On our last night, neither key card would work in room door so had to trek to front desk to get it reactivated...at 10 pm. At times, outside door nearest our room was left open. Windows are wooden frames, some a bit wonky, need straightening and painted; ideally, replaced.
