There were ashes under our sheets, uses soap, hair in the bathroom. Someone before us pooped and no one cleaned the toilet. A literal booger on the bathroom wall. The door would open if you didnt put the latch on there, bed bugs in my kids room, holes in the wall, literally looks like patched up bullet holes, hole in wall with the door stopper pushed in. It says no smoking but the place is filled with smoke and mildew smell. Pool was horrible and dirty. Elevator was broken. Hang out spot in the parking lot with drinking involved

The room was clean and spacious. The hallways and stairwell were startling in their dirtiness. Several things were broken or off within our room, (such as hot/cold being reversed; toilet bowl was cracked and a small chunk was missing{was not leaking, though}; and only 2 wash cloths with 2 small(er) towels. No floor rug or hand towels). AT breakfast, the desk attendant shared that they had run out of food (1 hr and 15 mins before brfk closed) and the next morning, they were out of plates. The desk attendant did find plates before I left.
While I have stayed at worse hotels, I didn't appreciate the rating of 4.8 when I looked online. I would have rated it as a 2.5 instead. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel smelled. Children were running up and down the stain filled hallway.
The furniture was mismatched and scratched. The desk chair was peeling and worn.

All the customer service were rude. They were no blankets on the bed call for blankets said they were out. Smoke detector was not connected toilet, ran over call for assistant front desk young man says someone can come and get plunger he could not bring it up, called him back told him I was not able to come down. He finally came up and it was two of them. This stay at this hotel was terrible is stinking no phones in the room to call the front Desk this was awful let out couch was nasty sheets was dirty just nasty.

Arrived in the evening to check in. We were told our room would be ready in 5 minutes. After waiting abut 15 minutes we were able to enter our room. The room had stained bedding. There was food left in the fridge. Mold in the bathroom around trim and top of shower. There was a white substance on the chair. Paint was peeling off the walls. Lampshade missing from lamp. Bed was fairly comfortable so that was a plus. Pool hours are limited from 3-9. Breakfast consisted of 2 types of old cereal. Milk in the fridge was in a dirty container. Bagels and toast were available. Luke warm biscuits and gravy. Didn’t see anyone brave enough to try them. They had waffles that you could make but stuck to the waffle maker. That was and adventure. Overall we were disappointed since we booked this place because it had a pool and breakfast. Neither did we use.

There was hair on the tub floor and wall, the room stinked bad. I had a 2 bedroom and only one of the beds had a blanket the other one just sheets. The pool water is murky and nasty.

Reservation came through wrong at first. Supposed to be king suite w/ pullout sofa, at first given king w/ jacuzzi was told had cot that needed linens. Jacuzzi was very dirty. Went back to office and at this time original room reserved was found but wanted extra charge but manager override. Room was nasty. Food remains along wall in floor. Stains on sofa. Odor in room. Office chair torn up peeling material. Cigarette burn marks throughout. Sheets didnt fit the bed. Sat on bed for a minute then mattress almost slid off when got up. Bleach stains throughout entire hotel. Pool looked nasty and stagnent like it had a film on it. Very unhappy. Decided to drive home instead. Will NEVER lodge at this Baymont again!

The front desk lady was extremely rude, there was no telephone in the room, so there was no way to get anything extra if you needed it and they also didn’t bring anything to the room. You had to figure out how to find it throughout the hotel.

Checking in was a hassle, they didn’t have the type of room I booked available so I ended up with 4 kids in a king bed instead of 2 doubles. The next day was a hassle switching rooms. Attempted to check out a day early and was told by front desk I had to send an email to the manager, which I never received a response. The rooms were at least cleaner than the halls which were stained with bags of garbage outside half the rooms, the pool was dirty, and I didn’t trust the cleanliness to allow my children to eat the included breakfast. Nothing was sealed except yogurt.

There weren't enough towels in the room. When we asked for more, we were told that they were fully booked and they weren't ready for it! The complimentary toiletries had not been replenished. One bed didn't have a blanket on it. The pool heater didn't work. At breakfast, the waffle maker was dirty and no member of the staff ever checked on the breakfast area. I tried to find someone but they appeared to be hiding.

The front desk clerk’s unfriendly, lobby restroom out of order. We step in room and walked out. Nasty, dirty and blood behind the door. I’m not sure what I was thinking even walking into the hotel. We were tired from traveling. I’m a Hilton Honor and only reason I chose the place because it looked different online we were coming from Tennessee do to an emergency situation. I had two rooms clerk was rude and charged me first night for both rooms. My uncle paid cash and my card was charged. We stayed at a nicer hotel on the same strip after driving door to door.. bad business

It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Multiple guests even left in the middle of the night after finding bed bugs . The staff were rude and after an altercation they tried charging my PayPal card multiple times . Is there anyway to get my money back . I have traveler’s insurance

I arrived at the hotel at 11 PM. When I went to my room, there were no towels, pillows, or blankets. The room was dusty everywhere. It was hard to breathe due to the dust from the bed sheets. I asked to change my room and said I was willing to pay extra if necessary, but they did nothing. They only gave me clean sheets and pillowcases and said they had no blankets. It was a horrible place. The next morning, many guests were complaining about their rooms and asking for refunds. I also requested a refund, but of course, that was not possible either.

I had booked one night’s accommodation at Baymont by Wyndham with scheduled arrival July 7, 2024 and departure July 8, 2024 in order to attend a family funeral as I am from out of the country.
The room had no blankets on the beds, only sheets.
The hotel staff at the front desk were unable to provide or ensure or respond to the fact that my room did not have a hygenic bathroom that I could use for showering/bathing for this booking that was less than a 24 hour stay given the hotel check-in and check out timeframe.
The hotel staff were unable/unwilling to clean the bathroom and were unable to locate or arrange for housekeeping staff to clean the bathroom in time to accommodate basic customer needs for shower/bathing prior to attending a scheduled funeral on the morning of July 8, 2024.
The problem of not having the basics of a clean bathroom added undue stress, embarrassment and resulted in Baymont by Wyndham’s failure to ensure basic bathroom accommodation which was/is a necessary basic expectation for any hotel stay.
Furthermore, there were no housekeeping staff on-duty within a 24 hour period to address the problem. Front desk staff on duty the morning of July 8, 2024 were unable/unwilling to clean the bathroom and/or supply a different clean bathroom for customer use.
Do not book here if you expect basic cleanliness or hygenic conditions. The bathroom also had mould, the toilet was dirty and no blankets were on either bed in the room.

The lady who works 3-11 (at least while I was there, this past weekend 7/5/24-7/7/24 was PHENOMENAL.) she did everything she could with what she had available to try and make our stay better. She definitely should be given a raise or a promotion!!
The hotel itself could definitely use more housekeepers though, they were short staffed, but ALSO the GUESTS- could be a little cleaner too… there wouldn’t be crumbs all up and down the halls if you wouldn’t make the mess to begin with. I’m just saying.

Property was noisy and dirty, the stairwell was just filthy. Room was not clean, carpet was gross, there was splatter on the walls, bathroom not clean, water damage on the ceiling in more than 1 spot, the AC unit rattled all night, and we only had sheets on the bed, no blanket or bedspread.
I stayed at a Baymont in a different city two weeks prior and it was excellent. I wasted my money here, just awful.

One of the beds had blood stained sheets on it. They came into the room even though the do not disturb sign was up and moved our personal items and stepped on a bar of expensive soap leaving it smashed with a footprint on it.

The refrigerator did not work and when opened it was full of mold. The curtains were stained and ripped. The floor lamp was broken and leaning in the corner with a broken lamp shade. The shower was not cleaned thoroughly as there was black pubic hair on the walls of the shower. The hook on the back of the bathroom door was broke and just hanging there. Very disappointing.

The property needs to be updated, in the lobby, the rooms; additionally, the pool area also. The whole hotel needs a full overhaul. Not the Baymont by Wydham that I have been accustomed to.

The condition of the hotel was fair, at best. The towel hook on the bathroom door was hanging off, the blinds were ripped, and no towels were in the room when we got there. That said, the room was clean, and the temperature was nice, and the stay itself was pleasant. I can definitely understand why some people aren’t a fan, and even saw a video from another room with bedbugs. So, I can’t really recommend this location. But, it worked for us.
