Value priced with little downside. Very quiet, hearing virtually nothing of the traffic on the highway in front of the hotel. Only complaint was dirty filter in in-room heating unit, but it only took a minute to rinse them off in the shower.

The room was beautiful and clean - modern and recently updated. The continental breakfast had a lot of variety and selection!! They offered Dove bath products in the washroom which was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable however pillows were a little lumpy however they were fine for a 1 night stay.

The TV disconnected to the service each time we turned it off. Had to have someone come to the room. The floors were dirty. We put towels on the floor by the bed so we could wipe our feet before getting into bed

This is our 2nd stay in this hotel. 2 years ago when we were here, they were renovating the rooms on the ground floor. Then we got booked in one of the renovated room. Its very nice and comfy. Only had problem with with the bed sheet that we used. It was dirty with some mark hairs. We reported right away but no more room attendant available so we just used the other sheets on the other bed. Next day, room service came and offered to change and do our bed. They were very nice and apologetic. Staff are friendly. Would go back again next time. Hopefully there’s more choices for breakfast. But over all stay is good.

Upon check-in the room was very clean although any moisture on the floor turned it to an ice rink because it was hardwood. Yhe tv had zero instructions on how to use it or what channels etc. could be found. The phone had absolutely zero information on or near it on how to call front desk or even call out, not sure if you would need to dial 9 for an outside call or what as my cell was dead without a charger. I have photos to share but this app won't let me. The neighbours threw their garbage outside my door before they checked out and someone tossed a bag of rotten food in the box of my truck. I think these are because of the homeless scumbags in the area.

Absolutley aweful! Walls are paper thin. Plumbing sucks as the shower barely put out water and made a crazy loud noise the whole time it ran. Stayed there 3 nights. Moved rooms after 1st night and no better the next 2. Manager there very unfriendly with zero personality.

Great location, friendly staff and reception is always accommodating. Nice view. Pool and hot tub are good. Room comments: air condition not working properly and tub could used an update but other than that room is relaxing. Breakfast is also great! Bacon, eggs, pancakes and so much more!

I liked that rooms are very well insulated to minimize noise from other rooms. It said non smoking, but that was not the case, I had to keep window open if toom stood closed u could smell smoke, there was also a cigarette on aircon outside when I arrived, I have a picture I can send, the smoke alarm is not mounted, also have a pic. I asked for non smoking and this was not the case, I was mentally so tired as I was in town for very personal stuff and did not want to go thru riggamerole to change rooms again after travelling 12 hrs, I was very dissapointed as I am an asthmatic and 2 nights had trouble breathing, it says it is a non smoking property but everywhere there was people smoking outside as well. Secondly the wifi kept saying guest not found, so I never got to connect to wifi. Thirdly the toilets are so low, it is like elementary size toilet if you have mobility issues hard to get up, thankfully I could push up on the bath. I never went for breakfast as I was so dissapointed overall as is, tried to sleep and get out asap every day not to spend time in the smoke smelly room.

Our impression of the room was average to poor. Upon arrival there was a coffee filter left in the coffee machine and the iron fell apart as I picked it up. They replaced the iron immediately with a new one. Breakfast was very basic but sufficient and was super busy in the later hours so go early!

Great place me and my family come here very often. Very clean place me and my family appreciate that! The beds are comfy and rooms are well organized, lots of space in the rooms, very quiet and peaceful, pool is very nice we loved that! Lots of nice seating outside, front desk people are the nicest, and my kids love their breakfast! This would definitely be a 5 star because everything is good! No complaints at all and we love it here

Quite disappointed. The photos lead you to believe it’s a newly renovated property. But many old and dirty areas. The bathroom was the biggest disappointment, while it had been cleaned, the walls had lots of mildew and there was a very strong dank smell. We never felt clean after showering. The room was very small, the air conditioner is about 6 inches from the bed, which cycles you from cold to hot while you’re sleeping. The beds were comfortable though. The breakfast is definitely better than nothing, but we only used it once over our two day stay, as the quality was pretty low. We didn’t use the pool so can’t comment on that. Staff were quite friendly. Parking lot didn’t feel particularly safe to me, although everything was fine both days. Overall, we paid a lot, and got a little.

The staff gave away our room booking when we first arrived and blamed it on Expedia. The replacement room meant one of us had to sleep on a pull out couch. When we got to the room, there was dirty laundry left in the room, the floor had debris from the last guests, and the door lock was broken. The breakfast facilities were waaaay too small for the amount of guests. Youd have to stand in line for food for 20 minutes, and chances are theyd have run out by the time it was your turn. Thered then be no place to sit. The reno they did was shoddy at best. The hotel looked grimy. The only good thing is they actually cleaned the hot tub every other day. Spend a bit more money and stay anywhere else.
