Unbelievably well located in Harvard Square. Easily walkable and convenient

I and my wife liked so much and the room service is very good. The hotel is perfect for small trips and is near the touristic points of Cambridge. Thank you for all!!

This place was and is an overpriced urban motel in a prime location next to Harvard Square. Rooms are small. Bathrooms are airplane sized with a shower. No ammenities whatsover. Parking is an exhorbitant rate.
Try to avoid this overpriced place.

Staff are friendly. Location is great. However, we had several electric outages, one whole night without electricity.

Great location. Very basic property - clean but bare basics. Fire alarm went off and property had to evacuate at night - nobody from the hotel staff spoke to guests
5.0
Basic hotel with great bed, bath, views, etc.
No gym, no restaurant, no lobby.

Great room and location, wish I knew about it sooner, I will be back next year for a longer stay.

Except $ 45 parking . It’s the best place to stay around Harvard in Cambridge MA

The hotel was situated in a great location. The staff was great and friendly but the hotel could use a good cleaning. Also, the AC in our room was very noisy and made weird noises.
4.0
Standing out is the convenience/location of the hotel and the cleanliness. The staff is also helpful, but there is little to help as there is no breakfast not dining option in the hotel.
1.5
The excellent location regarding transportation, restaurants/eatery, and shopping. The hotel manager, who was at the front desk in the morning, was very generous, but crews in the afternoon were rather lazy. Any inconveniences were attended timely.

Lots of spiders everywhere in our bathroom and some near the beds. No vent in the bathroom and very humid in the bathroom. Rooms are tiny. Beds are not queen size as advertised. Can’t wait to get home. Probably won’t stay here again. Ever.

We had a great weekend away to watch the Boston Cannons PLL homecoming. The hotel was extremely welcoming and very friendly. It was a little noisy and rooms could be updated a bit more but overall for the price was worth it.

The hotel is conveniently located in Harvard Square, and parking was a breeze. However, we had difficulty opening the door to our room, and my husband had to use full body force to open it. Similarly, we had to use extreme force to open the door to exit the room. The room was neat and clean, as was the bathroom, but again, we had to use extreme force to turn the shower on. We later discovered that the faucet dripped, and the only way to stop the dripping was to turn it extremely tight.

Fantastic location. It is a little noisy. You can hear doors slamming and street music from your bedroom.

great!

Great services.

Very convenient location to Harvard. However, there were two issues with the property. First, the climate control in the room wasn’t great. It was extremely hot and we were unable to get the A/C on. (Maybe it was off in the building in April.). Second, our last morning, there was no cold water in the shower. Scalding hot only!

Nice property. Met our needs well.

Overall we had a good stay but the two things that could be improved are that the shower had very very low water pressure and volume so it took a while to shower, and the water dispenser in the lobby was broken (and the tap water did not taste good). Staff was great and everything was clean.

Loud people in room above until late. Bathroom was very small and shower head dripped 24/7

Great location and nice staff make your trip and life much easier whenever you visit Harvard!

The room was not worth the money paid. There was no AC, the room was a lot smaller than it appeared online, and the tv didn’t have cable connection.
2.5
We just came in for one night to Harvard square. Checked in super late which wasn’t a problem. No food at hotel , just coffee snack bar behind reception area but so many choices right outside hotel, there wasn’t any need to have in house catering. Clean , small efficient rooms. Vet comfy bed. Good for a quick visit but maybe a bit tiny for longer term stay.

With little expectations it exceeded anything I would have thought - convenient, clean and great location

The location is FANTASTIC!! And they know it. That’s why they will get away with a hotel that has more the vibe of an hostel and an hotel. The room is very small. Almost no storage. Bathroom and sink tiny. Old doors, old floors, old everything. No breakfast. High price for what it is and you have to pay additional ($45) to park a car.
The should put a bit more effort and pride on this place, not just rely on the great location.
They are in need of renovation. Badly

There is NO AIR CONDITIONING in the hotel. We reached out to the desk apparently we couldn’t change our room because the entire hotel had no air conditioning. They don’t turn the switch for air conditioning until summer
Also the beds are terrible. Used a mattress topper to compensate for the poor mattress.

Great location and efficient service. My only concern is safety. Anyone can enter the hotel and go up to the rooms without going past the reception desk.
We had a woman squatting across from our room door on the third floor. Sheeas not a guest but had bags, and just sat scrolling on her phone. We told the receptionist who wasn’t surprised about this.

I was never able to check in because our flight was cancelled. I called them and they said I couldn’t cancel the reservation because it was through orbitz/expedia. I tried to cancel via orbitz. And I was told I couldn’t cancel because it was too late. SO I PAID FOR A HOTEL I NEVER GOT TO STAY IN!!!!
