Room was okay except we had booked a handicap room with a bathtub and they had removed bathtubs and put in roll in showers. We were moved to another room which wasn’t handicapped accessible that had a tub. It was okay due to I use a cane when walking. Not sure if I would stay at the hotel again.

Nice clean place with friendly staff and great country breakfast!

Foam mattress was HOT to sleep on. Never could get the TV to work. Had requested a quiet room, but was given the first one on the front hallway. Breakfast was only fair. A couple of curtain hooks had come off the rod at the window. Toilet tissue was uber thin. The room was very clean, which was nice.

Check in was great. Room 200 was nice and big, but the bathroom sink was not clean. It had toothpaste spit in it, (very gross), also the coffee pot was not cleaned of coffee grounds. Made you kind of wonder how clean the rest of the room was. This could be a nice place with proper cleaning.

The hotel was ok. Decent restaurant for dinner. The hotel was either just old or kind of dingy but it was super cold in the hallways in the mornings.

The front desk staff always recognizes me and gives me a warm welcome and has my paperwork in their hands as I walk through the doors. They are located in a quiet section of Clemmons. You wouldn’t know it with all of the retail shops and restaurants in the area… but every visit is peaceful. Most importantly, I feel safe!

Very satisfied with my stay especially for the cost. Some areas still need to be updated but rooms were nice and staff friendly. Good location to walk or short car ride to many venues. Overall very happy and would stay again

Conveniently located. Great price. Clean and quiet.

Our reservation was from Friday to Monday. On Sunday afternoon it was 101 degrees and we were unable to use our card to enter the guest entrance. One of the housekeeping ladies recognized us and opened the door for us. Then our card wouldn't open our room. We went to the checkin desk and were told that our card had been programmed for Sunday checkout even though they showed Monday.
The pool is great. The deep end is 9 ft. Enough lounge chairs and tables to accomodate several guests.

Property was very clean. Room had a dehumidifier in it running constantly. AC blows directly on bed can't adjust the vents. Beds are firm but okay. Several items advertised are not available at this hotel.

The customer service experience from front desk employee was excellent.

It was a nice room for the value. Everything was clean and comfortable.

I was travelling for business and had a conference in Winston-Salem. The location of this hotel was right off of the highway, which made my commute lovely. Across from the parking lot, is a long shopping plaza which lead to another shopping plaza. Food and shopping were convenient. The hotel does not offer a continental breakfast, but I enjoyed getting a breakfast bag on my out to the conference day. The staff was excellent, friendly, polite, and willing to help. The hotel is old and needs some upgrades, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

The staff was very kind and helpful- especially our lovely late night check-in clerk. It was nice to have a pool that actually had a deep end. Unfortunately the pool didn't open until later in the morning. The internet wasn't fast.

We were greeted by a wonderful front desk clerk on Thursday evening. She was not only friendly but very helpful in guiding us to a place where we could get dinner around 10 pm.
Our king room was clean and very comfortable.

This is a good value for the price! It's an older hotel that has been remodeled. Plenty of space to move around in the king size room. Staff was friendly and accommodating with our super late checkin due to traffic.

Dated but nice

Only had to stay one night. It was very clean and quiet. The only downfall is we thought the bed was a little harder than we prefer but that is all.

The lady at the front desk was the most amazing check I have ever had thus far in my life and I travel often! Just her alone made this experience nothing short of amazing! July 3rd 2024 in the evening village reward her!!! She is a keeper!!!

Karen was super friendly and helpful with the check in. The facility is older, but well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

My family loved the hotel very clean and close to a lot stores, we also had a lot of fun at the pool we will definitely come back here.

You walk into a beautiful lobby, welcomed by a very sweet woman at the front desk. We walked up a small staircase to our room, which had all of the amenities that we needed. They even had breakfast, which wasn’t listed on orbits(it only had the pool logo). The breakfast was the best hot breakfast I’ve had at a hotel! The bacon was crispy, the sausage was delicious, the eggs were fluffy, hot, and cooked perfectly. The also had biscuits and gravy but I did not try those. I was very pleasantly surprised. It is close to everything.

Nice older hotel. No elevator.. stairs only so park light or plan multiple trips up and down the stairs. The room we booked we were unable to enter because the entire door lock was not working. Waited in the hallway with maintenance for about 20 mins while he worked on it before asking for another room. In the new room, the air conditioner worked about 1/2 the time (just blew out room temp air set at 68) tv was going out so it was very dim. Water pressure was good but the temperatures changed every few seconds from hot and cold without touching it. Pool was very nice. Breakfast was good, but the employee taking drink orders was very rude. She told my 16 year old “come on hurry up and make a decision”.

Average, basic hotel. It is convenient to the freeway yet fairly quiet.

Customer service was great however the room was dated. I also told guest service that they needed to spray for spiders. We killed two in one night stay.

Rooms and tv were dated, but clean…aside from the opened Dr.Pepper left behind in our fridge. Also didn’t realize until we got to the property that the pool isn’t open until June, which was the whole reason we chose this property with 2 young kids over the Motel 6 across the back lot for $30/night. Breakfast during the week was also a little disappointing after reading all the reviews about a really good breakfast buffet…we got a nutrigrain bar and cup of fruit in a paper bag. But as far as the rooms, location and the staff, all were top notch.

There was no coffee or hot water in the lobby for use at any time. We were only served a breakfast on the weekend. When we arrived, we were given a bag of bars, etc for breakfast, and we're not experiencing a Covid epidemic. The room needed upgrading and no handicap bars in the shower. I would not recommend this hotel to any one.

Bathroom was dirty. The side door I used to come in from the outside to get to my room was overgrown and no lighting in the area that was overgrown

This was a different, quaint and comfortable place for this traveler. The staff was super. The atached pub had excellent food, the included hot breakfast buffet was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, the shower pressure was awesome... might be too strong for others. The AC unit/dehumidifier were a little loud, but I still crashed for the night..
