Hotel was very clean. Check-in took a bit of time. Got my keys; went to my room; keys did not work. Had to come back to front desk and get new keys which did work.

We stayed one night for a crash-and-go to head back to the states. It's right along the highway and because we were on the other side, we didn't hear much traffic. Breakfast was typical, room was typical with a small bathroom. Good price for this kind of stay. Elevator really slow, so get ready for stairs.

There are some modern amenities for this pet-friendly motel but the ironic thing for dog walkers was the lack of doggie bags and the staff instructions to hold the side door open with a stone as the room key did not reopen the side door.

The only concern was the location being somewhat more tucked away from the main thoroughfare and a little challenging to find even with the GPS! But then we rarely travel this way and were in from Brampton for a 40th Wedding Anniversary ! But hope this is all helpful in some small way too!!

My stay at Comfort Inn was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and bedding was comfortable and sheets were soft. Having a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker was handy. The noise from the highway next door was no more than any other hotel in a busy area. The breakfast had lots of delicious options.

When we arrived we couldn’t get into our room. Dani was amazing and got us sorted out as soon as possible. She was very pleasant and always had a smile for everyone. Definitely made us plan to stay here again. The rooms and establishment were very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is right next to the 402 expressway. Semitrucks passing by all night long. There was also an "electrical " humming noise coming on every 5-10 minutes all night long. We couldn't determine the source of the humming. Not much sleep was had.

The only thing I would say is go to breakfast when it first comes out so it is fresh. Staff were wonderful. Rooms were clean and new with comfortable beds. Was very impressed!

Everything was great overall, but the lobby had a lingering cigarette smell that permeated the entire floor. I suppose nothing can be done as it is the smoking clientele that produces the odor. None the less, that is my only gripe. Everything else was great. Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast that starts at 530am, which was great because my kids get up very early.

Hotel was ok. Rooms modernized. Staff very friendly. This is right on the highway so be sure to get a residential side room not highway side. More expensive but much quieter. Breakfast is processed. Its edible but nothing to write home about. There are a couple hotels in the same area but other side of the highway that are a bit further back so quieter and breakfast is better for the same price.
