Love staying here this was my third year staying here and I've always had a great experience with the staff and my room is always clean. I come for the air show at Huntington Beach so I'm looking forward to next year already and it's conveniently minutes away from the beach. Great breakfast served every morning.

First off I want to say that the gentleman at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful. I do not remember his name but his customer service was excellent. They could use some help with the maid service to do a better job. We asked to have our room cleaned and all that was done was the trash was emptied and a few towels were given. The floor was not mopped, the beds were not made and the bathroom was not cleaned at all. Very poor service. The only saving grace was the front desk.

I would definitely stay there again. It was clean, quiet and close location to the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was great. I especially liked how the hot options were cooked to order and not just sitting there.

Clean, quiet and spacious rooms. Stayed 2 nights. Long days at the beach (about 1 mile away) and a comfy bed at night. Convenient location. Free hot breakfast!

Best Western hotels check in was fast and easy. The room was spacious and clean. In the room there is a mini fridge, hair dryer, coffee maker, full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The hotel is close to Huntington beach, restaurants and shopping centers. We would definitely return back.

This is a Mom and Pop operation. They are trying to meet the standards that a Best Western has but are not quite there yet. Beds were comfortable, linens were clean. Room was spacious.

Disappointed that they advertise as 3 min drive to Huntington Beach pier…this is easily a 10-15 drive which made it not walkable during the Fourth of July…decent free breakfast…WORST showers in the history of hotel showers…literally had to wash my hair and my daughters hair upside down in the tub faucet…zero water pressure although the water was hot…good A/C…would we stay here again? For that price and location? Nope! We’ll find somewhere closer to the beach.

The staff I encountered were nice and helpful. The parking was a little cramped abs there were no towels at the pool/spa area, nor were there enough towels in the room to use those to take to the hot tub. The room was clean enough, but I don’t know if I would stay again.

It was very loud. We had two separate bookings and on the morning of the second they tried to kick us out. The staff was very rude until they had seen we already prepaid for the room for one more night, then they changed to super nice. It was very loud and the people above us were awake 24 hours and were basically stopping.

The staff was extremely friendly. The room was clean and updated. The towels looked a little old, but they looked clean. The shower was horrible. It felt like we were showering with just a little spray of water or a mist. While in the shower the lights were blinking and the shower temperature was getting cold. So it seems like there are some problems with electrical maybe. The pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok, they did not have decaf coffee or peanut butter for the toast. Other than that, the location was excellent and everything else was nice.

Both my wife and I enjoyed our short 1 night stay at this hotel. We always enjoy taking advantage of breakfast at the hotel. Other reviews talk about noisy heater or air conditioners, however ours was fine and I always have some earplugs just in case. The shower was a little disappointing due to starts hot and gets cold in a short time. We were on the 3rd floor. The staff was courteous- front desk, dining room, and the housekeepers. Will recommend.

No hot water in the shower for a 3 day stay, made our trip less enjoyable. The bathrooms had hair in the sink upon arrival, bed sheets had an odd, dirty smell. Staff wasn’t interested in hearing about our hot water situation, just said nothing they could do. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t stay again.
