We couldn’t even stay, we left within 2 minutes of entering the room. The staff was friendly however the room was dirty, there were cockroaches everywhere(I mean EVERYWHERE), it smelled musty/moldy, and my kids were absolutely freaked out.

This is the nastiest, low class, roach infested, crack head hotel i have ever encountered. Only reason we disnt sleep in the car is bc crack heads were slumped over drooling in the parking lot.

The only thing I liked was that it was close to the airport. What was wrong with the place? 1. Full of cockroaches (German and large black ones. 2. Homeless people and drug users and dealers hanging out all times of day. 3. Both exit doors at the same end of motel, locked and unable to be opened- serious fire risk! 4. Hallways and room floors are filthy! No one cleaned these the entire week I was there. 5. Only 1 roll of toilet paper allowed. 6. Room was not cleaned duringy stay, and garbage was overflowing. I could go on, but I'm sure you get where I'm going. The owners should be made to stay here. Deplorable conditions the employees have to work in. Absolutely disgusting!

The staff and security guards were very nice and friendly. Gladly refunded my stay 2 minutes after my family checked in and we had a glance at our room. The property itself was disgusting, the entryway to the hallway smelled of urin and the ground was filthier than a gas station lot. The hallway floors were sticky and caked with dirt. The room door had damage from what looked like forced entry. The room itself was mostly clean but the furnishings were outdated and worn. On top of these conditions, the property was crowded with questionable looking young adults. The security guards tried to reassure me that they wouldn’t cause us trouble and that they usually quieted down after 10pm. I could not allow my family to stay the one night we needed while passing through. We decided to get back on the road in search for somewhere more acceptable.

Tv did not work. Bathroom door was missing the interior handle. Stairwells were dirty, littered with cigarette butts and dingy. Had a small number of questionable people loitering at the balcony of the stairwells from the time I checked in until I checked out. Obvious that was their spot as known to the locals and staff by the interactions.

The person checking us in was professional, kind and considerate. The first floor door lock was broken and open to the building. The upper hallway window was wide open. Floors, walls, furniture, doors were damaged and dirty.The 2 rooms I checked had stained sheets and bugs in the bathroom. One was perched on the toilet and wiggled its antennae at me. Women were loitering outside, and children. I had to refuse both rooms. We also were surprised with the $100 cash deposit for pets. While the property said it was no smoking (in the paperwork), smoking is allowed I. Some rooms and building smelled like weed. Go somewhere else. As lovely as front desk staff was, she could not make up for the run down and dirty, unsafe condition of this hotel.

Horrible area, horrible customer service, and tried to charge me 100 cash pet deposit. I left without staying.

I reserved a queen with you they didn’t have one then they up charged me for a kind therefore going thru u is unreliable The bed was soaking wet, never seen that before they gave me another room

Had one of the best life experiences. With reservation and after a long day, we arrived almost at midnight to check in. Around 10 were next to the building’s door drinking, smoking and had high volume music. At check in, we were told the room was dirty, the receptionist was kind to drop tasks, grabbed a mop and went to get it cleaned. Waiting, we met a cop that was excited to have a side hustle providing security to the hotel. He explained the people outside had no place to live, therefore lived there. Also told us that besides ocasional problems, the place was calmed. A dude with reservation showed and was told there weren’t available rooms and canceled for him. This made me realize I was fortunate besides the wait. Finally walking to the room we noticed happy kids playing in the hall ways. The smell around was unpleasant. I started showing frustration, my girlfriend did not get involved and went to sleep. Next morning, the pressure to get out made us arrive early to Starbucks and avoid a huge crowd that arrived just after us. We were able to visit Ruby Falls on time and safely arrived home early. Among these experiences, we realized we need to improve our planning to avoid similar experiences. We we’ll not pick a hotel in the same category again in addition to not recommend it to anyone. My girlfriend is proud of her self after getting challenged and being able to maintain compassion and understanding. We’re so thankful with the lessons learned that we’ll go w 5 stars.

Stay was problem free, great staff.

Upon driving up to this hotel, there were children playing all over the parking lot with families having barbecues and drug deals going down on the side. The front lobby had non guests in it all sitting watching cartoons, yelling, screaming with ripped clothes and shower caps. They seem to belong to the lady working behind the front counter. The room itself was beyond repair. There were bugs on the floors. The bathroom countertop was falling off. It was a smoking room. There was nowhere to put the toilet paper as the holder was broken. The discoloration of the walls, and the smell from the cigarettes was horrible. There was a shooting about 3 AM. The people upstairs were extremely loud all night, dragging chairs, and walking with heels on the fake hardwood floor. 7:15 an went to Check out the lobby was locked Another lady said she’s been waiting for 15 minutes. Then one of the residents I guess of the building who stays there said they usually don’t show up until 830. I threw my key inside the door and left.

Room was dirty and stinky. Weird/scary and unsafe people were outside my room just standing.

This was a roach infestation not enough linen or towels food left in the refrigerator roaches and flies dead around the vanity sink animal paws all over the mattress cover and bodily fluids on the curtains and the bathroom walls. The first shift manager I forgot the young lady's name she was African-American & was very nice very understanding she was the best one out of the experience for my family. I do appreciate being advised that I will be refunded for one of my rooms.

It is a roach infested hotel that needs shutting down..they should not be renting rooms under those conditions.it was terrible all in the bathroom in the tub on sinks and in the bed omg walls everywhere a whole family reunion..I do not recommend this hotel

I’m not that fussy, but there isn’t enough room in this field to tell you everything that was wrong with our stay there. The place was run down, and the basic amenities were not provided. The written list I gave management was ignored. And yes, there were cockroaches.

Very dirty Shower wasn't cleaned. Dirty and soap scum on the walls.

It was a wonderful experience on a best price.

The morning staff at check out never got off of their (singular) personal phone call. The room itself was "clean looking" but the roaches said otherwise. I was afraid to bring any of my stuff into the room. I am glad my family only stayed the one night and I will NEVER stay there again.

Everything was fine

We booked our stay thru Expedia so I. We roll at 10 pm to be told by the hotel they didn't have us a room, Didn't even bother helping us out even though it was 10 pm and we were out of towners. Now w no place to stay

Very run down faciility. Mattress and pillow ok. Thats about all that was ok. Very much in need of remodel and clean up. Don't recommend unless you are desperate.

The building where we stayed was in poor condition. People were yelling and slamming doors all hours of the night. The rings were supposed to be non-smoking, but we could smell "adult" smoke through the hallway. Several people loitering outside at all hours. Someone was actually passed out on the flower bed outside the main door.

This Hotel 6 is one of the worst places to ever exist. The walls the floors and the room of 238 was disgusting. Like open the door and roaches fall out. Like drug trafficking all night. I should be entitled to some kind of refund.

Renting a non smoking room. Room reaked of smoked and cigarettes on the floor. Burn holes and certain stains on blankets

This motel is disgusting. Do not stay here. Bugs, filthy, rude front desk clerk, people fighting and screaming and slamming doors. Cops in the parking lot. I made it 15 minutes and left.
