We checked in late in a Saturday night as we drove from another state. As i was standing in lone waiting to check in, i over heard the front desk staff say the were sold out for thr night. I was able to check in and get the room i thought we reserved. We got to our room and it wasnt what out reservation was for. They gave us a handicap room with a queen bed. Thats not what i reserved. I went back to the front desk and told them. That was the only room they had left, so we had to stay in that room for the night. Of course after a long travel was tired and wanted to get to bed. Didnt sleep the best due to being crowded in the bed. They said they would move us room the next day. The next day they gave us a new room. The room was missing a few things and the fridge didnt work. I called the front desk and asked for the things we needed. Of couse they said they would have the iteam sent up and never showed up. So the next day called the front desk and asked again. After several hours they brought 1 of the items to the room, but it wasnt even what we asked for. Just had to give up. The best part of our stay was the breakfast cooks! They we so nice, friendly and did an amazing job with iur breakfasts

This is my favorite hotel. The staff are always helpful, friendly and professional. Juan in the hotel’s restaurant is always awesome and provides great customer service. I love the free breakfast, especially the fresh omelettes. There’s an indoor pool, restaurant, parking on the street if there’s space as well as a parking garage. It’s close the airport and they offer airport shuttle service. It’s close to restaurants. This is my favorite place to stay.

Fantastic experience. Friendly, clean, great servicce. Close to airport and tucked off busy streat. Beds are a little old and have a bit too much bounce but otherwise the experience was wonderful.

Shuttle number was disconnected. Tried calling for an hour. Took an hour to get an Uber to get to hotel and paid $40. Office staff didn’t seem to care and offered no solution dying their phones are working fine despite me showing them they weren’t. Not until more angry customers came, did they then get the manager involved. Manger was great and paid us back our Uber fees.

recently stayed at Embassy Suites and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. Upon check-in at 12:30 AM, I was informed that the hotel was out of the rooms I had originally booked. While the front desk staff was polite and offered free parking as compensation for the inconvenience, things quickly took a turn for the worse. Since we were unable to get two queen beds, one of us had to sleep on a pullout sofa. I always check for cleanliness, particularly for bed bugs, so I inspected the mattress. To my horror, what we initially thought was blood turned out to be human feces. My friend pointed out that it was also smeared on the bed frame. After about 15 minutes of gagging and nearly vomiting, we decided we couldn't stay there and went back to the front desk. The staff was understanding and provided us with a new room, but to my dismay, they did not offer any further compensation, such as a discount or a complimentary stay. We were left feeling deeply unsettled and disgusted. Upon entering the new room, we felt the need to check for cleanliness again, which is not how a stay should feel. I expected much better from a hotel brand like Embassy Suites. I sincerely hope they address these cleanliness issues, as this experience has left a lasting negative impression. Honestly we should have been offered to cancel our stay and got a refund! Highly disappointing!!

Hotel was great. Too much of pot smell for me. It seems to be in every hotel these days - and it is very invasive.

Although renovated the hotel is not the same as when we stayed there many years ago. We called from the airport for the shuttle and were told it would be right over. No—apparently it leaves the hotel on the hour so we waited 50 minutes. If we had been told we would have taken a taxi. There was 1 person to check in our shuttle full of tired travelers. Next time we’ll go to the other LAX Embassy Suites. Their shuttle came by 3 times while we waited. The hotel room was fine and we did go to the evening cocktail hour. The breakfast has been reduced from our previous experience.

I arrived late at night, and the overnight crew was amazing. The front desk agent was very welcoming and made my experience unforgettable.

The hotel itself is amazing. Great ambiance, and very grand. Amazing condition for the age of the building. The room was clean enough to not gross us out like some other hotel experiences but more attention to detail, especially in the bathroom would have been appreciated. The two room- three bed suite with living room was spacious and had a little balcony. The front desk staff were awesome and five star for service and friendliness. Now for the restaurant/bar… horrible! The older Hispanic man with the full head of grey hair that was hosting was down right rude, service? What service? He just scowled at us pointed to a table and disappeared for over 30 min until another guy working there noticed and took over. He looked very angry and treated us like garbage. We did not visit the restaurant until our last night and that was no way to end our stay.

Great option to get sleep before an early morning flight.

Great place , a bit expensive but very nice

I always book here when I come to LA. I love that you can pay for parking or party on the street, the size of the rooms is perfect, fridge and microwave big plus. Breakfast and complementary happy hour is great. Normally the staff is very polite and friendly but the woman that helped me during this stay was not friendly and didn’t seem to know what she was doing.

For some reason room service was not available. A notice was sent however when I went to get new towels, rather than bringing the towels to the room, they were handed to me at the front desk. Definitely need some work on the their customer service skills. Although this is a nice property and very convenient, service is important to me and my family.

Whilst it doesn't appear like much from the outside, inside this hotel is a world away from the typical LAX area vibe. Well presented and extremely clean. Couldn't ask for more. The rooms are quite spacious, though the bathroom is a tad squishy. The beds are comfortable with plenty of linen and pillows on hand. The clerk at the desk was pleasant enough, though keen for the interaction to be completed. Overall it is a great hotel at a reasonable rate and I'd highly recommend for anyone thinking of staying.

We had a real good time at this hotel. Polite stuff, nice personal and cleaning stuff! Very friendly atmosphere. We definitely recommend it.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Easy to use hotel shuttle. Excellent location to airport for a quick turn around and close to Manhattan Beach if you need some vitamin sea on your layover.

I stayed 4 nights at the embassy suites by Hilton EL segundo in California. The room was not clean, I found previous guests’ underwear on the floor behind the curtain. Also, the hook from the wall restroom fell off and hit my son’s foot and cut him and he was swollen for almost a day. I reported it and the receptionist just said “ok thank you”. Also for 4 days they did NOT clean our room. I called the receptionist again and they said “we are understaff”. I came here to relax not to clean my room and deal with deficiencies of the hotel.

The property is right off the freeway, airport, and is close to Manhattan Beach .

The hotel is really outdated. Room had a slope in the room, warp bathroom doors. Tv outdated.

Great hotel but airport shuttle was lousy. It took an hour. There were 3 other Embassy Suites shuttle from the South side that has come & gone. Thought they were kidding every time they told me no. Next time, I will pick the other Embassy Suites. The $20 cheaper price was did not make up for the lousy shuttle service. When the shuttle finally came the driver stopped for a second only and did not wait long enough. We ran with our luggage but he left. Another shuttle driver from a parking spot gave us a ride & tried to get in front of him since he knew the next shuttle will be another hour. Once we got to the hotel, everything was fine but I still won't come back if I need the shuttle. Uber will cost me about $20-30 so my savings will be better spent staying at the other hotel.

Room was spacious and shuttle worked great. It was nice to have breakfast included. The pool was heated but the edges were very dirty and the water was cloudy. Otherwise everything was nice and clean.

Overall the hotel was fine. But our AC wasn’t working properly. Maintenance came to fix it but it was never resolved. I texted Larissa but she never responded. Also, there was some sort of party going on downstairs and it was very loud.

Great place to stay..

The guy that checked us in was a younger guy and he wasn’t too friendly or informative. I had to ask about information that I felt should have been readily offered, such as a parking pass and how to get to my room. Other than that, I was very pleased with the hotel and room. Everything was beautiful, clean, and very lovely. The other staff members that I dealt with were all super nice and went above and beyond to cater to my needs. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. I’m just sad we were never up early enough to go for the free breakfast.

Very nice hotel...at some point in time. Great entry way with large stair case. Large foyer with great sitting areas and large breakfast area. Parking is $44/night during the high season...very limited though. I have a crw cab pick up, it would not fit in the lower basement parking area, 6'6" clearance, but it has such a steep drive that the roof of the truck hit the ceiling ( standard truck, not lifted) so haf to park on the street. Cable tv was not working, and bathtub did not drain.

Great location, beautiful interior, rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Has everything you could ask for from a hotel, and very affordable. Free parking was available as well, and was surprisingly not all taken up.
