The people were extremely friendly, the service and care made the stay worth while. Rooms were clean, breakfast was nice.

The place qas not what i expected feom a Hampton inn property. It is outdated and uncomfortable.
I really wanted to book another location, but they were sold out.
I cancelled my 2nd night stay after finding the other Hampton inn I wanted opened up.

The rooms were very small and though I was the first person at breakfast the garbage was overflowing. The beds hurt our backs.

My husband and i stayed this past weekend. The room was nice and clean. Front desk was very helpful with suggestions for transportation to the arena where we were going. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely go back.

Everything was great no problems at all. Property was very clean and nice. Only thing we had a problem with was the parking after the concert we came back from the concert and there was no parking we had to park in the parking lot across the street. Also what we didn’t like was they have a eating area and we went to use the microwave and the front desk lady wasn’t to happy with us that we went in there to warm food up at 1am. We weren’t making noise or messing things up lights and tv was on. But would stay at that property again….

The Hampton was an older hotel. Our room smelled a bit like water which you would expect from a hotel at the beach(?) We used air freshener to help with the smell. The breakfast was great and better than most hotels. Beds were very uncomfortable. Our mattress was actually caved in at the top. We flipped it around after the first night and it was better, since the caved in part was then at our feet. I don't think I would stay here again. Pretty expensive; value was not worth the price. However, it was conveniently located by Credit One Amphitheater which is why we were traveling. I just did not realize there were also six hotels clustered with this one. We almost moved after the first night, but it would have been a hassle since we were only staying the weekend.

Came down for a show at nearby Tinley park.

Room smelt musty.

The hotel was outdated and dirty. The elevators could use a good scrub and the carpet throughout was worn and bubbled in areas. The breakfast was subpar with the potatoes being cold and frozen. I would not choose that hotel again for $299 per night ! Two stars at best

The screen in the window was bent and broken, the baseboards were detaching from the walls, the bed linen was just a bottom sheet, a bed pad, and a bed spread, no top sheet. There was a hand held shower wand that didn’t spray. The bed easily slid back and forth towards and away from the wall. I only stayed here because of a power outage due to storms at my home, but this was a less than comfortable place to stay, not what I expected of a Hilton branded hotel.
Breakfast was sparse and inedible. Sliced smoked sausage with maple syrup poured over it. No eggs available, Bitter orange juice! I will not stay here again. I will not recommend this hotel, This hotel needs care ,updates, and upgrades.

I've stayed here multiple times on trips to the convention center. Its a safe anc convenient choice. A decent breakfast, clean rooms, and you can walk to have dinner in several places.

Nice room and clean. Was on second floor not any noises to complain about. Comfortable bed.

Front desk staff were friendly and responsive. The room was clean and ready when we arrived. Certainly it needs an update from the card doors, furniture, carpet, lighting. It looks very 1990s. Our room fridge didn’t work. The television must have been antenna because it kept giving a pixelated picture. The bed said it was queen but appeared and felt much smaller. The breakfast was just ok. This is not a place I would stay again.

Bathrub stopped up when i showered. Standung in water.
Breakfast omlets not fresh.

Did not like the place very dirty. Chairs on the lobby were filthy

I do not ever do a negative review, however, this is an exception. While the gentleman at the front desk was very polite and helpful, the rooms were absolutely unacceptable. The first room we were given a key to was torn apart and the beds were propped against the wall. RED FLAG number 1. The next room was across the hall and after properly inspecting the bed… a bug fell on the floor. I am awaiting a full refund. We did not stay!

This hotel was a great bargain. It was relatively much lower cost and older than our typical stays elsewhere but it was overall very good.

Front desk was great, hotel was nice. Price was high though.

The staff was beyond nice. The room was so so. Clean, but worn. For example, there was a hole in the wall by the window, the wallpaper was peeling and there was two smoke alarms in the ceiling within 4 feet of each other that was very creepy. Just to be safe, we covered them in case one was trying to sneak a peek. We went down for breakfast at 645 am, and there was literally nothing left. I mean picked clean. The poor guy in the kitchen was trying to refill but there was no way to stick around when you’re there with time constraints. Overall, we won’t ever stay there again, but we feel the staff did the best they could with what they had to work with. By far, the most subpar Hampton Inn we’ve ever stayed at.

I booked this hotel so my 5 year old son could swim. At check in, my husband was told the pool was closed because the ceiling had collapsed. When my husband requested a discount on his room, the desk clerk claimed Hotels.com had been informed about the pool closure, so he and I would have to contact Hotels.com. Hotels.com only gave me a $25 credit. I had paid $185.73 for one night. I feel I should've received a $50 credit, considering my son became quite emotional when he learned the pool was closed.

I was going to rate it a 5 start until I saw the shower curtain.

Was not pleased with the room accommodations and the loud helicopter noise out to the A/C unit. The bed was hard as a rock. The drawers kept opening up on their own between the two beds. The whole place needs to be remodeled. Definitely saw mold growing in the bathroom.
