Unique hotel. Lots of very interesting rooms and nooks and crannies. Very friendly staff. They have onsite parking but was a challenge to get there. But not their fault. In the historic district so central to everything.

The hotel was centrally located. It's a grand old building with beautiful marble decor and glorious chandeliers. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant was a delightful fine dining experience at a good price.

A beautiful building in the heart of historic downtown Palermo, the staff were very helpful. Roberto the bartender on the rooftop bar makes the best Negroni I've ever had.

In the central of Palermo. Easy access by foot to the center and train station. Staff was extremely helpful.

The hotel needs an urgent update and transformation. The bathroom with mold in the shower. Dirty.

The hotel is very well situated at the heart of Palermo. It is an old style hotel which is well furnished. The room allocated was clear, secure and very comfortable. It was also a good size for a single occupancy. The breakfast provided by the hotel was very good. All of the staff I encountered were very helpful and friendly particularly the young lady who checked me into the hotel. If I was returning to Palermo I would definitely consider staying at the hotel again.

People at the front seat were not exactly friendly. Also my room was hot hot hot. AC didn’t work. Also no Wifi

This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel. It was formerly the residence of an aristocratic family. To reach the bedrooms, you walk through different parlors that are furnished with antiques. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. There is a fantastic restaurant on the top floor. We sat outside and enjoyed the food while watching the sunset. It is in a very convenient area of Palermo. We felt safe walking in the area. Around the corner is a pedestrianized area filled with restaurants. We would visit Palermo again just to stay at the Eurostars Centrale Palace. I cannot recommend it enough.

Excellent location! If youre driving in the garage is unmarked. Check in with the hotel

The staff were highly welcoming. They had helped to immediately upgrade to a superior room with the best sunset view. The breakfast room is very beautiful and dazzling with chandeliers. The hotel shines of the beauty of Spanish Baroque design elements, colors, and well maintained. The rooftop dining restaurant is spectacular and enjoyed fabulous wines with a great view. Located within the heart of historic districts. Highly recommended for honeymoon travelers, family and friends! Cialo e’ Amor -Paramita R

Too faded to be chic, and variable staff. Needs an overhaul. Sub par breakfast in pretty gruesome crush of Formica table and airport lounge coffee machine

Amazing location, as central as you can be.

Our room was directly beneath the dining room—the noise from the chairs grating against the floor above us every morning was unbearable. The room effectively had no view or balcony, it was like a cave. The bed was extremely hard (rm 115). Terrific breakfast and good music playing. The public rooms were gorgeous and the rooftop restaurant was terrific, the location fantastic. But a terrible room.

Perfect location for sight-seeing, staff are really friendly and helpful, with a special mention of Roberto the bar manager who made our evenings very enjoyable

We enjoyed our stay at the presidential suite. Thank you.

We stayed at this hotel in early June 2024. The rooms are in awful condition. They need to really update their furniture and just clean their rooms/paint them,.etc. The bathrooms were filthy too. This is not a 4 star hotel with any stretch of imagination as they advertise themselves to be. We were not happy with the room we were given and we had to leave the hotel within a day. We moved to the Rocco Forte hotel in Verdura -- which was absolutely amazing. Eurostar Centrale has the location working for them but it really seems like these guys have been through years of not investing in the hotel. I would suggest people to stay away and avoid this one if you are looking at accommodation you look forward to returning to. On top of all this the hotel decided to not refund us for the two nights we never stayed there even though Expedia requested the refund on our behalf. Terrible experience overall and I wish I had never booked this to begin with.

Great location great hotel and staff

The room was located under the breakfast rooms and at 6am every morning people were dragging furniture. The housekeeping staff thought it was good to drag trolleys and have loud conversations outside the room which echos immensely. The room smelt and the bed seemed to be prison issue. It was so uncomfortable.
The hotel staff were lovely and very friendly.
The location is very good but do not book anything on floor 1.

We stayed one day at Naples. The location of hotel is allowed us to walk to old town and close to the airport. Staffs were very nice and upgraded our room.

Okay hotel. The staff was very nice, and we also enjoyed the breakfast very much. They say they have a gym, but they do not; the equipment is very old, and there is one weight machine that barely works. Not even sure why they have it there. The hotel should invest in some nicer equipment.
The other issue we had was with the wifi. We had NO wifi connection in our room. We brought it up with the front desk, and they said it should be working, but it wasn't.
If you need a gym, I would suggest getting a day pass at Anytime Fitness. It is about a mile walk away from the hotel. It's very nice.
The hotel is also right in the middle of an area with lots of activities, restaurants and places to eat.

Seeing Palermo is a once in a lifetime experience. Eurostars Centrale Palace is in a once grand "building" and visiting here is a true traveling back in time. This Sicilian 4 star hotel does not equal a US 4 star standard and may not meet expectations.
The hotel is located in old town that is very much reserved for tourists with prices to match. It is in a very busy pedestrian walking center that is active and alive until after midnight each night.
Hotel staff was very accomodating and they did try their.best within limits. Some staff members did not speak fluent English therefore be prepared to seek assistance multiple times or be ready to resolve your own issues with a smile.

Excellent location by main square and market street. Room was uniquely decorated but comfortable.

They put us in a very small room located under the breakfast floor where it woke both of us up at 7:00am due to the significant noise. The toilet ran and the room had not been updated for probably 50 years. This was the worst stay on our four stop trip. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very beautiful and right in the center of everything. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a car, and did have to pay extra for parking, but they made it very easy.

Very nice venue..spacious and functional rooms

First, and not surprisingly, because the hotel is in the ZTL (Zona Touristica), to drive to a parking spot was quite a trick. Extremely narrow path and you must make sure you give your license plate number to the concierge to make sure you don’t get a ticket. Speaking of which, the hotel is quite beautiful entrance and common areas and the concierge is super friendly and helpful. The room was quite adequate and a better location may not be possible.

They try to charge you extra after checkout. Be careful!

The rooms are quiet despite the neighborhood's activity. The staff are courteous and professional. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job.

I think the main issues I found was when I checked into the hotel the guy in reception didn't speak English very well so he couldn't understand what I was trying to say which was frustrating. I was simply saying can my friends who live in Palermo come visit me to say hello quickly and he was like oh I need their passports and driving licence and they need to check in if they want to stay the night. This was not what I was asking for, it was simply a quick hello and goodbye but anyway, once he finally understood what I was saying he still said they have to check in at the front desk if they want to come and see you apparently due to Italian laws which I've never heard off and when we stayed in Rome a few days later this was not the case as our friends from Rome came to see us so I'm having a hard time believing him. The second issue was I was still asleep and all of a sudden I heard my door being opened at 10 am in the morning and lights came on immediately and I woke up and said hello from the bedroom and a man's voice in Italian said oh sorry and then left the room and turned the lights off This was very annoying as I was enjoying my sleep and he woke me up now and it made me think he didn't even knock to ask if he could enter my room with my stuff inside very suspicious.

A golden-era hotel with a sense of 1930s glamour. The service was absolutely amazing, but I could have appreciated a tea and coffee making possibility in the room.

Great location walking distance to go dining and shopping great staff very friendly helpful and professional breakfast was excellent their terrace restaurant good as well great food good service their patio smoking area the best we felt safe while we smoked our cigars late at night . The location of this hotel was in the heart of Palermo. The hotel stag were warm and accommodating . The Terrace bar was a perfect way to end our evenings. Would definitely recommend the Eurostar Centrale again.

This hotel was charming. Old world style. Very nice and comfortable. Was amazed at how quiet the room was given it was on a busy pedestrian street. Parking at the hotel was challenging because you had to drive down this pedestrian street. I thought there was a problem with the air conditioning but realized it was me… did not realize to work it had to be turned to what I thought was heat. Would definitely stay here again. Outside terrace bar was so charming and relaxing.

A somewhat old fashioned hotel in the heart of Palermo. Perfectly located to explore the city's sights, restaurants and shops. Friendly, helpful staff.
