Nothing special about it. It was comfortable and had a bed and thats all i needed.

Room seemed adequate at first yet it was very cold. The heat was not on. The bathroom had broken fixtures such as missing hooks ( the hardware was broken yet exposing the screws) and the wall around the shower nozzle was soft indicating a leak. The third night we had no hot water and we called the front desk but we were told “there’s no one here to fix it until tomorrow, so….” We couldn’t shower so that was a problem. The next morning ar check out the front desk person simply said “oh yeah, I know”. We were offered a percentage off the last nights stay, but since I booked through hotels.com, she couldn’t actually issue the discount directly.

This is the only hotel I have stayed that I have to pay for paking

The room seems old and not well maintained. Staff are friendly and courteous. Breakfast is not that bad and not that good at the same time. You pay for parking. Hotel location is picturesque though but the room we stayed on doesn't feel like its 200 usd plus a night.

We arrived after 4. Our check in was 3. Only one of our rooms were ready. We ate at the restaurant. Service was very slow though the staff was friendly. Food was marginal. Several of the workers didn't seem fluent in English.

Demand was high in the Boston area, so everything was expensive. I spent $300 for one night. This hotel was worth $80-$100. The ice machine, ATM, and men's bathroom in the lobby were all out of order. The door knob and peep hole on my door were falling off. There were French fries on the hallway floor as well as leaves (not by the entry door, but well into the building) when we arrived. The next morning they were still there. By the time we checked out, they still hadn't cleaned them up. There was also a really gnarly looking bug in our bathroom. Pretty sure it wasn't from this planet. So why the 3 star rating instead of 1? Because the most important thing, a comfy bed and PILLOWS, was top notch. I always bring my own pillow, but it wasn't necessary here. Good quality. Also the staff was very friendly. The things that need to ne fixed are very fixable, so that's disappointing. Overall, wouldn't stay here again, especially for the price.

Restaurant/Bar in site, great. Not open for lunch though! Shortage on towels and room keys! Late check-in due to unknown reasons! I've machine not functional! All this for 325.00/ night + no microwave! Never again!

The hotel was nice, not quite the same as the pictures but we still had a great stay.

One night stay. Nice, clean, free breakfast. Old building, some abrupt people in restaurant, ok place to spend one night

Location was perfect for me. Facility was nice. Nice restaurant bar overlooking the bay. Room was a little run down. Tiles were falling off the wall in the bathroom. And room was small. Only had a single double bed. Thankfully I was traveling alone. Thought the price was rather high for the room I got. Felt like I was in the basement.

Nice location and we had a lovely room over looking the water

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a degree of choice. However this hotel is very tired. The room fittings are very worn especially the bathroom and the bed and there was a smell of what we thought was a combination of stale air conditioning and cigarettes. The room was dark with no opportunity to open a window. Sorry this is no reflection on the staff but it is overdue a refurb.

If you want to own a really different life experience while staying in the Boston MSA, please try to waste your $200 a night here to have the full experience of scam! Please stay anywhere else! Remembers to put your bags on the floor, cuz I fund ants in my carryon when I was at the airport security gate!

I decided to stay there because I could not find anywhere cheaper to stay. It's a little out-of-the-way about a half hour from Boston. Very old hotel. Bathroom sink would not empty quickly bathroom tub and shower had hair left over from the previous guest. Very bad water pressure out of the shower. Overall, it was fine just a little issues you don't expect to see nowadays. Reminded me of The hotels I used to stay at when I was younger.

By the time we stayed the North Quincy T-Station was out of order. The proximity of the hotel to the North Quincy T Station was a factor when booking. However, we understand that such situation was out of the control of the hotel. The North Quincy T-Station, which is a 7 minute walk from the hotel, shall be re-opened by the end of September, 2024.
The staff of the hotel was excellent.

I the lamp was full of dust, shower had hair in it when we arrived, barley any outlets to use, moved dresser to plug something in and found trash, drawers had old key cards and garbage in them.

HEALTH ISSUE. WE CAN'T USED DURING OUR STAY.

The walls of the hotel are very thin and not very soundproof. You can clearly hear the doors closing and the water flushing in other rooms. 4 people in the next room checked in very late and had a party that didn't stop until 3 am, waking us up from sleep. No one answered the front desk phone, so we had to go downstairs to find the front desk. The front desk was very friendly and helped us change a relatively quiet room, but it was almost 4 am and we had hardly slept all night. We got up at 8 am and continued our next stop. We felt groggy all day.

Dirty linens, aside from that everything was perfect. Great staff and service, good area, nice view and a good bar. Good hotel overall

We had guests for the weekend and they couldn't use the hotel room because it was so dirty. They slept on our living room floor.

Carpet in room was sticky when walking in bare feet. Room smelled musty. Air conditioner was loud. There was an electrical outlet octopus. Another vertical wall outlet did not hold a plug.

Fantastic location great staff awesome breakfast unfortunately, the room that we were in on the smaller side was very noisy both inside with the ac unit and outside with the charter buses. For what I paid for the night, I’m very disappointed

This hotel needs to be updated. Great location and great breakfast.

We did not get enough toiletries, this should be automatic with any stay. 2 half rolls of toilet paper is ridiculous and then when you ask and get an attitude was even more ridiculous. 🙄
