The only drawback to this hotel was it was close to the freeway and our room was on the side closest to it and it was very noisy even with our fan going in the room. Would make sure our room was on the other side next time.

Last minute booking in Provo. Hotel was nice, clean and in good condition. We unfortunately booked with an entire youth soccer program and I had to listen to them run up and down the halls and overhead until late. Front desk refused to do anything about the noise :(

As clean and bright for this location -- Room clean and bed was conformable -- found that the breakfast presentation was well done on the First Morning 7:00 am - like the breakfast options - Second Morning breakfast 7:30 am hot breakfast options had been out too long and picked over and not replenished with getting low. Third Morning Breakfast 7:45 am hot breakfast was not longer available and had not been replenished. Ask if there were refills coming. They said that there was. We left after waiting 25 minutes and went to local restaurant. Very disappointed with the breakfast staff for not keeping up with the refilling of hot food ideas as they were consumed!! That person was not well trained to stay on top of things as they are consumed!! FMG

The hotel was very clean and easily accessible. The property is next to the highway. The windows are terrible in blocking out the highway noise. I thought my window was open it was so loud. Also, the attendant did now leave me any wash cloths which was annoying.

The beds were very uncomfortable, the noise from the freeway was super loud, the cleaning crew wasn’t very nice, but the front desk staff was very friendly. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The hotel is right next to I-15 and that major highway is noisy 24 hours per day. We couldn't sleep without ear plugs and even with ear plugs the noise was present.

Doing a good job with the ongoing remodel, but the AC didn't work in the 1st room. They moved me to another room, where the AC worked intermittently. The room was barely cool enough to sleep comfortably. They need to replace the AC units as they remodel.

The stay was great except there was a $67 charge that was added to my stay that I am still waiting to come off. Hopefully it returns in 3 days as they said. Room was great. Breakfast was average. Staff were super friendly.

Front desk clerk named Karo was incredibly rude and clearly had no idea how to do his job. It took him a while to come out from the back room to check me in. He did not even greet me. He charged my card twice. At 11:30pm, as I was asleep, I woke up to another clerk tried entering my room because Karo did not put it in the system that I was staying there, despite being charged TWICE. Tyler (the nice clerk) was very apologetic. I was so terrified from someone trying to enter my room in the middle of the night that I left and need a refund for both charges.

The hotel was under renovation but despite that it was still a very nice stay. The elevator was a little scary as it would lurch anytime someone got in or out.

Everything that the staff could control was great. I liked the hot water in the entry for hot chocolate and tea. I would have liked a herbal tea option. Breakfast was pretty good until got some sour milk. It was not past the expiration date so the staff couldn’t know it was bad.i loved that our room was warm when we got there.

Overall the stay was great. The rooms are very clean. the only problem we found was with the window's curtains, they are a bit short and will not cover enough to keep privacy and to avoid outside light getting into the rooms. The breakfast was very good every single day. We were there for one week and we will keep this hotel in mind for next time.
