Clean, comfy bed, roomy king room, decent breakfast, lots of variety. Only complaint is trash on grounds outside by water.

Our room was clean and in line with other locations we have stayed in with this brand. Our disappointment in this stay came from the front desk staff apathy and the complete inefficiency, low quality and lack of cleanliness of the breakfast. Staff were serving thru a small window completely unneeded, eggs were watery, items like utensils were hidden in corners, the organization of components made no logical sense, items were out of stock repeatedly within the first hour of service (butter, syrup, juice). Garbage cans were completely overflowing and unattended. Cheap plastic plates and utensils were so difficult to use. Staff should have been attending to the area, keeping it stocked and clean. Front desk staff at check in were disorganized and extremely confused. They did not provide information about the stay.

The property dirty, upon arrival. We tried moving our reservation but couldn't. Our beds had dog hair in them. When we asked for them to be turned down and linen changed the gentlemen said he couldn't because he was the only one in the facility. We ended up moving rooms because of mold & mildew. Staff was friendly but i want my money back i drove 256 miles to sleep in a chair.

The staff doesn’t speak good English. One soda is ridiculous expensive $5. There’s not enough room to sit for the morning breakfast.

Check in was in the same area as the bar & it was loud & hard to understand what the staff was saying. Apparently I booked a handicapped suite & was asked if I needed the accommodation, I said no but I do need the 2 beds & the couch as we had 3 adults & 2 kids. She said she would switch it. We got to the room & it was a handicapped room. Fine whatever I went to pull out the couch bed, no bed to pull out. There was 1 face towel for 5 people in the room. Yes we can ask for more but there should have been more than 1! My child immediately found items missed by housekeeping a bunch of hair ties & scrunchies next to the bed & there was a leftover soap left in the fridge. A piece of tile came off the corner of the wall when I bumped it walking by & a decorative wood covering came off when my husband put his baseball cap on it. They allow dogs & there were dogs in the room next door who barked pretty much non-stop from 630am-10:15am when we left. We were excited to be able to go swimming with our children, one of the reasons we booked there & the pool was closed for maintenance, we wouldn’t have stayed had we known about the pool. Breakfast was fabulous, that was a highlight & the beds were pretty comfortable. The couch that didn’t pull out into a bed was not comfortable to sleep on & shouldn’t be advertised as such.

Stay was great. Breakfast excellent. Upon checkout, suggested that the hotel put room directional signs on the wall outside each elevator so guests know which hall to go on. We went down the wrong hall a couple of times.

The front desk clerks were polite and accommodating. She immediately signed me up for the Awards card. The room was clean and spacious. The air was not working properly at night, so we were hot throughout and did not sleep well. The next morning the clerk was solution-oriented and even gifted us extra points for our inconvenience. The location was great and we will come back again.

Anastasia checked me in. She was awesome. However, I recommend the get her some help. This lady was very courteous, apologetic, hospitable and multi tasks quite well. But, lets not overwork our outstanding workers.

I have never slept in such a cozy soft bed. The ambience was wonderful. Great bar service very clean environment and very friendly service. The parking lot faces a very relaxing pond and the hotel is located very close to restaurants and shopping. Ikea is just down the street. It was a home away from home.

Bathroom was extremely small. Room could use a little TLC for minor repairs. AC and refrigerator were a plus. Lots of lighting and nice size desk and sitting area for work.

We come to this Hotel twice and sometimes three times a year for the last 4 years. Every time our experience was wonderful except for this time. This time we encounter a really rude cleaner. We were there for two days and two nights, so on Sunday morning around 9am, we did not have clean towels so I step out to go get towels because the room phone was not working. As I step out the door, the cleaner was there cleaning the next room. I asked her for a few towels and she refused. She asked me why do I need towels? To take a shower. Am I leaving today? Yes. So why do I need to shower if I am leaving. I said it was none of her business. She rumble off and then came back to say they were too busy that I should know better to not take a shower if I was leaving. The confrontation was loud and people came out of their room to look. This was worst experience at this hotel.

I was lied to. I called before booking amd the online also had the pool availability. I was checking in and asked if the pool was working and she said no. I refused to stay because that was the whole purpose of the trip. She was new didn’t know anything. So obviously I had to stay in another hotel paying double. I need my money back from this horrible experience

Hotel is like any other Hyatt Place, they all seem carbon copies which is not a bad thing and we stay at them often. This one had issues with internet on three separate days, power going out, fire alarm going off, one of two elevators out of service, all in the space of 14 days. Pool was out of service for the entire stay. Strange for a hotel that looks to have been fairly recently renovated. Maybe just bad luck on our part or they need to work on maintenance.
