I traveled with my daughter, niece and brother. We enjoyed the pool and our stay was comfy. The rooms were nice and the amenities of the hotel are awesome.

Everything was mostly good. Bed and sofa bed were very uncomfortable. Things were ok until the ceiling was leaking and ruined personal items. Front desk was unable to do much but the head of housekeeping came to rectify the situation and put us in a better room.

Always an amazing time at this hotel. Our family spent the day there during this short Thanksgiving Break. Having a pool, hot tub and sauna is a huge plus and our family seemed to be the only family in the building this day.

Just basic. Breakfast advertised sausage but one day was deli sliced ham. One day was bacon. The other day I couldn’t bother because they said breakfast was at 6 but the eggs and other hot food wasn’t coming out til 6:30. No one ever greeted you when you entered or exited the building. The desk was right beside the door. They looked miserable working there. I stayed here for the price. 100/night. Bed was ok. Bathroom was not very clean and was out of soaps but I always carry my own. Didn’t use the kitchenette area but it does come with a full size fridge, microwave, cook top and all utensils. Fire alarm randomly went off one night. No one was informing guests what to do. Very nonchalant about it. Like it happens regularly?? It it were clean it’s definitely worth the price!

The internet service was horrible. The bar was closed down. The advertisement showed a bar and the bar was not open. I came up there to relax for my 50th birthday all the way from Ohio.

I was disappointed. I have stayed at a lot of rooms in the same price range and this was, sub-par. There was a lot of noise. The rooms weren’t clean. There was visible wear. It needs a facelift and soundproofing.

Fabulous room! Clean, spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was great and I loved the sauna. We were very satisfied with our stay. They DO NOT have an electric car charger (as it stated on hotels.com that they do). Hotels.com reached out to the hotel to correct this.

The staff was extremely nice. My children had a ball. The room was nice but we had ants in the dining area & one of the bedrooms. The floors weren’t clean at all just vacuumed. Overall the stay was nice. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub. The boys really enjoyed the basketball hoop on the outside.

Hotel is in a convenient spot. Safe. Some rooms have two bedrooms, living room and a kitchen. Very nice. But, i will say that this hotel can be MUCH better. Toilets and bathrooms are not properly cleaned. Showers dont drain. There is free coffee, but no free water in lobby. Front desk or staff does not know basic stuff like how to reprogram tv remotes. The “gym” is a CRAMPED space which has no room to move or work out for people. Treadmills are old and displays do not work, and it has NO machines for weightlifting. Breakfast is free; usual fare, bagels, muffins, oats, toast, peanut butter, jams. Tea. They did put out tortillas, salsa, and guac a few times, so that was nice. Their bar/restaurant was closed. So NO evening night caps. Hotel could be better. But for now, it’s a budget friendly stay in a convenient part of town if you need to be in Schaumburg or if youre lookin to stay away from the higher rates in or near the city in case youre in town for a Cubs baseball game or some other event in Chicago.

It is over all ok. Bt in the room beds are not at all comfortable for 4 ppl. For 2 ppl it is good. In the bathroom there is no exhaust and it is so inconvenient. Except these two we enjoyed the hotel and recommend too anyone.

Hi just had one issue for both nights is that there is no light in the night time I believe there electric panel got shunt down I called reception and they fix it for 1st time but for second time I didn’t call I thought it’s not gonna fix Rest was good

Water pressure and temp in shower is excellent. Loved having an oven and stovetop and 2-bedroom suite. The refrigerator made loud noises that woke us up at night and the toilet also kept running. The hallway carpets on the 1st floor are badly stained and look gross. They need to be properly cleaned or replaced. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast options were ok and the coffee was decent.

As soon as I arrives after having gone through an ordeal just getting to the hotel, I noticed the lack of Customer Carw on the part of their reception employees. I had called the hotel earlier to inform them that I was experiencing problems getting to Niagara Falls. I haas arrived to Buffalo’s airport and making it to Niagara Falls was going to be much difficult than I had imagined. I had walk the Rainbow bridge in order to make it Canada. Getting to this bridge from the airport was horrendous. But I made it to the hotel and was exhausted. I stood online waiting for one of the clerks to acknowledge me. They were all having a conversation as if I did not exist! Had to interrupt them to acknowledge me. The time was way past midnight. One said something about holding my room because I had not checked in but I told her that I had called to alert them if my late arrival. I noticed they had a soda and water machine, but did not think I would need to come back down for that I also noticed there were no bars or restaurants in the property and I was famished! I got to my hotel room and it looked like a motel room. Absolutely dull looking and there was not even a small fridge filled with mini drinks and cookies. I mean this hotel was $300 per night and it did not offer anything? By the time I arrived. I could not see if my view was good as it was pitch black. In the morning I was simply exhausted from the ordeal lives the day before. I had lost and paid an entire hotel stay. 😢

We’ve stayed here 20 times. We like the hotel. Breakfast is pretty good (the eggs suck, but they have lots of options). It’s in a convenient location for all sorts of shopping and eating. The kitchen inside the hotel room is also convenient, for when you’re staying more than 1 day. Staff is always very nice, polite, and helpful. All rooms I’ve ever stayed in were nice and clean. As of now, we will continue to stay here when visiting Schaumburg.

It’s a nice hotel but the breakfast there is really not that good here. They don’t even give you time to get your stuff and leave when 12:00 sharp hits that’s when they will start calling the room. They don’t give you privacy they will straight buss into the room don’t even give you time to get your stuff and leave the dishes were dirty!

My day was comfortable, and my trip was enjoyable, but unfortunately, the path to get to the hotel was under construction from one end so there was only one way in or out to get to the hotel.

It was a terrible experience carpet nasty rooms need upgrade and they were not clean I had to change rooms and requested to be moved to a different floor and if I hadn't booked it through it 3rd party I would have left the hotel all together
