Radiator in bathroom stuck on full heat couldn't. Turn. It off mattress or bed not comfortable and not level no breakfast offered even though it says it is offered

Firstly, we walked into the room and it was hot. We found that the towel rail was boiling hot and couldn't turn off. We asked the receptionist to switch it off but he had no idea so had to sleep with window wide open at night.
Secondly, the bed was painfully uncomfortable, thin mattress, could feel every spring and had one thin pillow.
One positive a decent shower.

The hotel is very dirty. So sorry I had to take photos of the filth. Carpets hasn't been cleaned properly. Shower and bathroom werev also disgusting.
The girl also included - Creeking doors to from and common areas. Heater & Heated towel racks didn't work.
The photos online were obviously taken years ago as they did not represent the girl now.

It was a terrible terrible experience for me, my partner and I had to leave a day early due to how unsafe and unwelcome we felt by the people staying there. It was terrible, but the staff was amazing and they deserve a raise.

The room was small but clean. Nice shower area.

By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Bugs in beds!!

Very close to Paddington station, Bayswater station, and bus routes. Also very close to Hyde park and Kensington palace.

It was very good

This hotel is awful! The dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff have no customer service skills what's so ever. Very unprofessional in appearance and customer service. There was a staff member standing at the front door smoking right beside the no smoking sign. All the hallways are painted white and filty! Walls and doors with black and drown dirt all over them. Our room was in the basement, it has no air conditioning and very hot. There was a table fan and the cage on it was caked in dust! The ceiling and walls had yellow stains. I can't believe they actually put people in that room. We checked out a day early. Do not stay at this hotel!

The pictures you are seeing are almost nothing like what you will see when you get there: no flowers out front, no paint, art, or matching furniture in the lobby, the hallway has old, stained carpet, and various areas of the hotel have piles of torn up carpeting and discarded furniture laying about. Our bathroom was clean and as pictured, our door had new, clean carpeting, and the room was modest but mostly as pictured. The area the hotel is in is also lovely. HOWEVER… we had some weird occurrences at this hotel. We noticed entirely male staff and never heard or saw any other guests during our stay. Twice during our stay the male staff came to knock on our door (once at 3:00AM and there is no peep hole on the door to identify who was on the other side), and both experiences felt odd and uncomfortable. It was okay for the cost and the location, but as a single female traveler or a group of women, I wouldn’t select this as a place to stay again.

It was in a great location that was easy to walk and get to food shopping and transportation. And the staff was very nice

There was no air conditioning but it was not mentioned in the description.
The restaurant was under construction so there was no breakfast.
The staff was not helpful.

Too much noise. Hard to sleep.

This property is extremely dirty and unfriendly. There were roaches everywhere. Bugs in the plate where the coffee was. No AC only a fan and extremely tight space. The rug smelled like mold. When I started breaking out in hives (due to roach allergy) I booked a different hotel and asked for my money back. The front desk was not even concerned and said to take that up with expida. He was not even apologetic. I will file a claim because it’s definitely not meeting health codes. I took pictures. So gross!!!

This was probably one of the worst stays my family has experienced. The web photos are completely not representative, to begin with. There was hair and other detritus in the showers from previous guests. Bathroom fixtures were falling off the walls. There was shattered mirror glass in the room. There was no air conditioning, but also the windows were bolted shut - absolutely stifling. Despite multiple listings of "breakfast" as one of the amenities, there is no breakfast offered, nor was there a refund offered because of the discordance. Although parking is listed as available, the parking spaces were filled with debris. We had a two day stay booked, but left immediately in the morning. Pity, as the area is quite nice and convenient.

This stay was not as expected.there is no outside area is depicted on the pictures. The front has broken steps and building materials thrown at the front.we had booked 1 double and 2 single beds, but got 2 very narrow doubles,so one of us had to sleep on the floor. The mattresses were floppy and soft.the floor had a dent in it.the room had no ventilation, but was equipped with one small table top ventilator.when we asked for an extra,it was refused.the concierge couldn't care less.one(one!) good thing is the bathroom, which is clean.Fresh towels (plenty) every day.A downstairs dining room had been converted into extra rooms.

The staff were friendly and the area itself was nice, quiet and in a very good location. However the room was very dusty and it felt like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a good while.

Expedia said "limited" parking. What it should have said is no parking. Had to drop off luggage, drive to a car garage then uber back to hotel. Of course, had to reverse that process to pu car.

I was given a ground floor room that had no curtan to cover the window. The curtain had been discarded at the bottom of the window. As such tge hotrl knowingly let a room they knew not be private. An alternative room offered was occupied. Chaotic. I had no option but to leave, 10 minutes after arriving at 8.45pm. Luckily I know the area andcwas able to find another hotel however had i been a female on her own unfamiliar with London thennit would be worrying. I strongly advise to stay elsewhere nearby, as Bayswater is a great area with plenty of options. I still await my refund.

Room wasnt clean. Was placed in basement so no windows so was very warm. Room was tiny for 3 people sharing. I requested 3 single beds but instead got a double and a single.
Dusty everywhere.
Wont use hotel again as for the price i dont think it was worth it.

We tried to check in early but was told to come back for 2 which was fair enough, we were able to leave our bags, when we finally got back 2 hours later to check in and was given our key to our room, it was still being cleaned with someone coming into the room unexpectedly who then continued to rush to do bits for 5/10 minutes while we just sat on the bed akward waiting for her to finish. The kettle wouldn’t work unless the plug was not in the socket properly, the tv didn’t work at all, the bathroom wasn’t very clean as I think they had rushed when we came in. Bedding was clean and bed was comfy enough. Room decor had seen better days, all a bit tired but fine for what we needed it for, which was to be near Hyde park, it was about a 15 minute walk to the concert. It was what we expected for the price we paid which was about £80

Great location! Our room was fine and fairly modernised although looked “tired” in places and could’ve done with better cleaning and general maintenance.

It was terrible experience. There were cockroaches in the room. Carpet in the room had a stuffy smell and stickiness especially when u come out of the shower into the room. There was a washroom in the hall way that had stinky smell and full of used tissue in the toilet bowl and it was sitting there for two days. Knobs in the shower of the attached washrooms were coming out of the wall. We stayed for two nights asked the cleaning lady to freshen up the room while we were gone to the city, on our return we found out she didn't even enter the room. We had to use the same set of towels the next day. It's not a place recommended to stay with a family. If u r single or with friends and u r only backpacking in London then this place will do for you. We had two rooms for a family of 5 with my 31/2 year old daughter and it was a disaster. Also I forgot my reading glasses in the room and when I visited again to claim the glasses two days later I was told on the front desk that nothing was reported or submitted to the front desk. I had to look for another hotel for the rest of my stay in London.

We didn’t look at the reviews beforehand as we booked the hotel with a pack, and when we read them we got a bit suspicious of how it would be, and we relate to stuff people have written but we didn’t experience anything “bad”
We agree that it’s a 2 star hotel. It’s in a good place with Hyde park close to it which is nice, but when we got inside we were a bit sus.
Breakfast “in the basement”, we didn’t eat breakfast there because that sounded very suspicious to us so we don’t know how it was there but according to the other reviews it was both ok and bad. Someone else said the rooms in the basement were the same as jail, and for that I’m glad we didn’t get a room there. Our room was clean and looked good, but it was very small and my mother had to drink her coffee and eat on the floor. The bathroom was also good looking even though there was no soap in the soap dispenser. There was no trash can in the bedroom so we had to get our own bag to store our trash in. The tv was not working and there was no cap for the battery in the controller. No aircon and it was realllly hot at night.
We didn’t talk much with the staff but we had no problems with them. There’s mixed opinions about them but I noticed I never saw the same staff twice, which means they probably switch a lot which means they all have different personalities I guess.
All in all Our experience was average, but as someone else said book at ur own risk (:

This is the worse hotel I’ve ever been, first the receptionists are very unfriendly, specially the ones at night, we decided to leave the third day even though we had already paid for it, the mattress is the worse thing in this hotel, you could feel the springs in your back and can’t sleep at all with that pain. The cleaners are very friendly and the underground is kind of near 10 minutes walking. If you want to sleep properly, I do not recommend this hotel at all.

We booked Leisure Inn last minute just for a one night stay and it definitely served its purpose. The staff were really friendly and allowed us to keep our bags in the storage locker before & after check out. The room and bathroom were clean with everything working perfectly. The hotel was a little noisy at night, but this was just people coming back from a night out. Would recommend for people just needing a place to sleep and nothing fancier.

I guess you get what pay for. Just run down in general. Missing shower panel hence water allover after shower. Convenient spot though and lovely stuff

It was our last minute booking due to our flight cancellation. The hotel was at a very convenient location, close to the subway, many stores and restaurants. The room we got was in the basement, which was not mentioned during booking. There were no windows, but a tiny little sky-light on the ceiling, which would have been alright on a good day. However, that night, it was pouring rain, and the rain hit the sky-light making a lot of noise over-night. There was also NO trash/garbage bin in the room. There was also only 1 light switch controlling just one set of lights in the whole room. The elevator was so small it could only fit 2 people at a time.

Rooms too small for my liking but clean.
Staff service very accommodating.

The bathroom door in our room was completely busted, screws were looked in the hinges so it was impossible to close. The cleanliness could use some improvement too.
