This place is run down. One person at the desk and you have to call them on your phone to get them to come. Stained and cracked shower and sink.

Don'd judge this book by it's cover. While somewhat dated, the room was comfortable, clean and smelled pleasant. Staff was friendly and the cost was fantastic. We wanted a room within walking distance to the stadium - this was just what we needed.

This place needs serious remodeling. It is smelly. The carpet needs replaced. Bathroom fixtures, especially toilet, need replaced. Wyndam should . Be ashamed having their name attached to this property.

This is definitely an older property, but it is really clean. It's not a bad neighborhood, the university is right across the street but it is not on that side. It looks like there have been several coats of paint put over the walls and the carpet in the hall is doing its best to hold on in its old age, but the room was very clean. The staff was friendly.

I try not to write bad reviews, but this place is a dump. It really needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Harsh weather in the area and college weekends have taken a toll. It has really been beaten up. But on a brighter note, it's probably one of the better motels in Pocatello.

Hi, good day! I hope you’re doing well. I just wanted to express how disappointed I am with your service. I tried to book a hotel for the first time on your website, and it turned out to be a traumatic experience. I know that last-minute bookings can be frustrating, but I booked the hotel 30 minutes before check-in at 11:30 pm, just hoping to get some good sleep and relax after a long and exhausting drive. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk informed us that they couldn’t find our reservation number in their system. I called customer service to ask for the reservation number, and it turned out that the number you provided was already in use. I then called again to cancel the booking. I hope you can improve your response time and provide me with a full refund as soon as possible for the inconvenience you caused us.

Overall, it was a decent Hotel. It was pretty clean. the bathroom wasn’t great and needed some maintenance but the rest of the room was pretty good.

Staff was horrible! I have a hearing loss and brain injury and they did NOTHING to assist me in understanding what they told me. Access doors locked so I had to walk around the building multiple times - I have a rebuilt knee and this was a problem. Staff smoking outside of exits. Entire building smelled like cigarettes!

The room was very tidy and clean. A/C worked well. Had a little difficulty communicating with the night staff but the breakfast shift was great. Just across the street from ISU! We'd stay here again if we come back to Pocatello.

Not even close to the pics on the website! Breakfast was extremely limited, room was dirty and in disrepair, key card had to be reprogrammed every time I would try to get back into my room, outside security doors were broken or not usable, toilet seat was too small for toilet, freezer struggled to keep stuff frozen even on highest setting. Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had!

Run down. Refrigerator was making a loud noise and was beat up, walls beat up, hand rail in tub was falling off, shower head was loose inside the wall, paint was chipped on walls, just a very bad condition hotel.

I am no stranger to dumps because I like a deal but this one irked me enough to review. The bed was simply the worst thing I've ever tried to sleep on. The floor might have been a better option. I needed to refrigerate some things and just trusted the fridge. The next day, my items were basically room temp. For the cherry on top, the wifi was out. I can overlook run down features and the like but core things like a bed, a fridge that runs and functioning wifi need to be in place. This was a $50 room masquerading as a $112 "decent spot". Avoid it.

The room was okay and they accommodated my request for ground floor rooms. The bathroom was terrible. The shower head didn’t work right, the tub didn’t drain correctly. Also the toilet didn’t work right, you had to hold the knob down until the water was gone in the bowl.

Inside of the hotel is in SERIOUS need of updating. Carpet is worn and thread bear- walls are severely scuffed. The room was comfortable and the AC worked great. The shower looked bad but worked well.

Reception was cold at best. Very slow process. Extremely run down property. The price was low, but I’m still not sure it was worth what we paid.

Worked for our 2 night stay but won't stay here again. We ussually stay with family when we go home. 1) No hair dryer in the room. 2) Bathroom faucet WAS NASTY 3) Dresser drawer was BROKEN 4) witnessed a guest put ice machine piece on the old carpet and use his hands to scoop out ice 5) Old hotel smell 6) skipped the complemtary breakfast due to selection Husband threw out his waffle after 1 bite 7) Safety issue with the entrance way. Odd curb. Broken concrete. Disability ramp in poor location and condition. I fell! 8) I booked this hotel based on the standards of the Days Inn chain. This was far below the standard Woodwork chipped and dented. Paint was old, chipped and dirty. Hallway carpet was worn and frayed. I guess this is because the hotel had been a Roadway as was evident by the tarp over front old Roadway sign amd the back entrance aign was the original Roadway sign. I expected better based on location across from the University.

This is a really old run down property that needs a serious remodel. Smells funny and everything has seen better days. It is really convenient to Idaho State University and Elmers restaurant though, which is really nice..

Bath tub was slimy and filthy (see picture) and when I stepped inside I slipped snd fell backwards. My fall was dampened by grabbing the shower curtain therefore a soft landing on the bathroom floor. I was not hurt at all but in any case a very unpleasant showering experience. The hot water was rather tepid, despite trying to adjust it. Toilet did not flush. Best thing about staying here was the proximity of Elmer's Restaurant.
