A great long weekend.

Beautiful property in the heart of Sedona. Great restaurant and spa. Walking distance to stores, restaurants and other attractions
4.6
The grounds are beautiful.
4.6
Customer service was a bit lacking but a beautiful property

Near town and the stream. Landscaping is incredible! Breakfast outside near the river is one of my favorite spots of everywhere I have been!

wonderful property and staff. They will bend over backwards for you.
4.6
The landscaping and a proximity to the creek. Extremely tranquil.

Could use an update
4.6
Very nice property! The only thing we didn’t like was the restaurant… extremely expensive, service not that good, and a very limited selection of food.
4.6
Excellent resort with a feel of seclusion despite convenient location in the center of Sedona

Wonderful property, so peaceful and enjoyable

Beautiful hotel but on the older side. We stayed in a cottage. The living room needs updated or furniture that hasn’t been used quite so hard. Bedroom and bathroom were very nice. Outdoor shower was amazing. Staff especially valet and cleaning staff were wonderful. Turn down service was nice. Concierge also very helpful! Views were spectacular. Be ready to climb flights of stairs unless you want to wait for a staff to bring you up in a golf cart. Great exercise! Lovely hotel overall.
4.6
A Beautiful setting. As good as it gets. The dining menu is too limited.

Everything was perfect
4.6
Unhappy with check in. Arrived early at 2, told couldn’t check in till 4, which is typical but not great. At 4, however, told our room wouldn’t be ready till 5 because the guests had late departure.
4.6
Room eas smaller then in picture and no fireplace. But nice intentions from the hotel itself . Not happy with Hotels.com!!

Best hotels in town and 5 stars for every service

I can not say enough wonderful things about L’Auberge. The property is beautiful, room was spotless, and all who work there friendly and helpful.
4.6
The grounds were beautiful. The facility was quiet. The food (we had breakfast there most days) was delicious. We were most impressed, however, by the staff. Extremely friendly and courteous and accommodating. In particular, the restaurant hostess, Lily, was exceptionally nice. The parking attendant / shuttle driver, Natalie, was extremely personable, a genuine delight, and has god taste in music. All the staff at the check-in desk at the lobby, including Adam and Jordan, were wonderfully friendly and helpful. There was also an exceptional job done by the room cleaning staff, especially the unnamed person who cleaned our room after our second night there.
The reasons for the slight issue with property condition and facilities were as follows. The door to the outdoor shower was jammed, there was a very slight spider web above the bath tub, and one of the sinks drained slowly. All of these issues were taken care of immediately by staff and were not major problems or inconveniences , it is just that the expectation was that there would not be any issues if any kind. All who took care of these things were friendly, efficient, and prompt. Again, kudos for a great staff. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Our room showed wear and tear in a few areas. It was big but there was no table and chairs or even a coffee table. Kind of weird to have so much empty space. Great bed, big and comfy. The piece of chicken that was extra with my salad was very very dry. My husband had the BLT W/fries, which was delish. Loved the extras like the welcome snacks and turndown service. The area is beautiful and the staff was lovely, really excellent staff.

Excellent service

Excellent Customer Service!

Room had a malfunctioning AC unit that made a loud pierced sound that kept up us all night. When making management aware, they didn't agree to comp a full night. Ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation

This is one of the finest properties I’ve ever been to. The hotel was clean, relaxing, and had a zenlike environment and atmosphere. The creek where the restaurant is located is so peaceful and charming. What a wonderful stay. Truly 5 stars!
4.6
Overall, excellent resort, we felt the dining experience was a little overrated and expensive.
4.6
Wonderful. The staff was fantastic at every turn. Whoever does their hiring and training is excellent at their job.

This trip was our first stay in Sedona and a celebration of our 10th wedding anniversary. We felt personally welcome from the moment we drove in to the valet and checked in. Through our entire stay and up too the moment we finally left, which was well after check-out and after using the spa showers to clean up from another local hike, the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and always made us feel at home with several personal touches we will remember.
Staff recognized us by name, concierge helped us find a very difficult to get dinner reservation, and last minute at that.
We will absolutely be returning to this place again in the future.

Overall the property is strategically located with a great view, clean rooms , great friendly staff. The property is well kept, with great ambiance. Here are My three reasons for not giving five stars:
1.Only 1 dinning option within the property, so if you didn't like what's on the menu then you have to consider leaving the property for meals .
2. For the amount you pay for room and board its surprising that not even simple breakfast is included.
3. I was disappointed that you have to pay for your packing per night for the entire stay. For such a high class resort, you should be able to provide parking for your guests.
I still enjoyed my stay there, would still consider going back due to the friendly staff, the clean rooms and the one night we ate in the property the chef out did himself. The food was amazing

I stayed in a spa cabin. Loved the outdoor cedar shower and the super comfortable bed. The jetted tub didn't work but that was my only disappointment. Had the best massage of my life at the resort spa. My massage therapist was Amy and she was amazing. Love all the furniture down by Oak Creek, especially the hammocks. The restaurant is pricey but I brought my own food to keep in the mini fridge in the cabin. This is a beautiful albeit expensive place to stay.
4.6
We stayed at one of the cottages. It’s lovely and a nice break from a basic hotel room. Based on the price we paid (watch out for all the surcharges and taxes), I would expect: basic coffee service in the lobby (espresso pods in the room is not enough), service at the restaurant (6 course and wine pairing) could/should have been better. The car service inside of a mile is a nice touch. The pool area is just ok. Overall a nice retreat from the touristy areas just above the hill from the property. Just not great value for the $ (thus the rating).
4.6
Outstanding service and a very beautiful resort. The view was almost as good as the staff. We will be back.

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a road trip to celebrate my 60th birthday and couldn’t have had a better stay here! The service everywhere was excellent and they went above and beyond to make sure we were having a good time. They texted us everyday to ask if we needed anything. There’s a town car to take you anywhere within 1.5 miles which includes some of the trails. And our stay ended with the hotel leaving a nice note as well as a really nice leather key ring to wish me a happy birthday, left in the passenger seat of our car.
4.6
Make no mistake, this place wasn't terrible by any means. It's just not what I would expect from somewhere that positions itself as a luxury resort. Rooms were very average, dining experience was the same.
I found it weird that I had to walk through the "fine dining" restaurant to get to my room -- bags and all, including my dog. Was odd for me and assuming odd for the people settling down for dinner as well.
Staff was friendly but perhaps a bit discombobulated? Checkin was a bit messy (they chased me out the door after all was said and done and told me they'd given me the wrong room). When a woman stopped by for turndown service I was given an empty box of chocolates (?), almost like I had inadvertently been given someone's garbage. It was so strange and maybe the third or fourth strange thing that had happened so I told the front desk. I was polite about it, laughing it off a bit as it all seemed so filly, and they apologized profusely. "Well send another box!" they said. They never did. It feels silly complaining about something so small, but it all added up to an experience that had me wondering if I should've maybe stayed somewhere else.
4.6
Wonderful property. Cottage was clean, comfortable, well appointed. Staff was quick to answer texts. Will be back.
4.6
Awesome property, amazing bed and living room. However at such an expensive hotel, I was really surprised that we were refused breakfast because we ordered it 15 minutes before it ended by a very surely employee, and when we had breakfast the next day it was very average. Also the room was advertised as coming with a jetted tub and we just had a shower.
4.6
Just spectacular. Rustic and upscale at the same time. Service was top notch. Location was great. This place is pricey - be prepared. However, it was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time.
4.6
The creek is beautiful and very peaceful. The location was amazing.
4.6
Simply a very poorly managed hotel.
Late check-in, missed cleanings, outrageous resort fees but missing
amenities, F&B slow and weak.
5 star pricing 3 star service.
