Enjoy the outdoor space and absorb the magic of Sedona's beautiful red rock views and magnificent dark skies for star gazing. Sit under the shade of gazebo and shade trees and take in the views! Newly remodeled chef's kitchen and stainless steel bbq for those that enjoy a lovely home cooked meal. This home is a wonderful place for couples, families and friends! This is truly a Sedona gem!

Guest Access: Our guest have full access to this home during their stay. This includes front and back parking. Entire yard, bikes, firepit and lawn games.

The Neighborhood: Located in a quiet neighborhood. We ask that you adhere to quiet hours of 9pm -7am while visiting us. If you would like after hours places, we would be happy to recommend and assist!:)
House details: Single level home is fully furnished and kitchen is stocked with most appliances and essentials needed during your stay. There are also many stores and super markets close by if additional items are needed. Please check out our list of amenities for a detailed list of supplies and sundries provided.

House rules:
Check in time is: 3:00pm
Check out time is:10 am
There is a noise and light curfew after 9pm in Sedona. This is to help keep things dark for stargazing.
Please respect neighbors and neighborhood.
No parties = $1000 fine for breaking rule
No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes allowed inside home. $1000 fine for breaking rule
No pets, ESAs, or service animals to do health risks. $1000 for breaking this rule as house must be completely sanitized by housekeeping team.
$50 for all missing remotes
$30 for each missing towel
Please note, our housekeeping staff is on a schedule. All unauthorized early in/late outs, will be charged $50 for every 15 mins.

Getting Around Town:
Please note that Sedona is a great hiking and biking area. Effective April 1st, please enjoy our 4 hosted bikes, (2 women and 2 male bikes, helmets and bike locks also provided!
Please lock bikes if out and about and when not in use) It is a 4 min bike ride to town or cruise around the neighborhood!

Great communication with owner, easy check in. Home beautiful and spacious for 7 ladies spending a long weekend together. Nicely furnished with comfy furniture and snuggly blankets to curl up with as we sat around during the evening. Kitchen well stocked to make our culinary delights easy. The beds, ah yes, nothing like getting a good night sleep so you can venture out the next day- and a nice short walk to shops. Next visit- we know where we’re staying!

Amazing 360° views and a great location! It was so nice to wake up and enjoy the sunrise each morning and the sunsets at night. The walk was easy to the Sedona Brewery. The kids rode the bikes around the neighborhood. Met the owners and they were so friendly. Highly recommend.

We arrived to find the house still occupied by the previous renter, who wasn’t leaving until the next morning. The owner was outraged and contacted VRBO. They agreed to cover one night in a Flagstaff motel for the 6 of us, then we enjoyed the rest of our original week’s reservation at this amazing property. The views from the house of the red rock formations are truly spectacular, better than the pictures. The home is very well appointed inside and out, and located within walking distance of shops, restaurants and some trails. After a rough start, we were very pleased to share a wonderful vacation getaway with our family at this remarkable home!

Our family absolutely enjoyed this home! We had plenty of room inside and out, along with plenty of space on the living room couch for all six of us to watch a movie together. Everything we needed was there: kitchen was stocked, bathroom soaps and towels. Family commented on the nice water pressure and the large master bath tub. Clean and Comfortable! Location was excellent for our sightseeing. The star gazing at night and the sunrise in the morning..... couldn't have asked for anything better!

We were so pleasantly surprised with this property! The owners have literally thought of everything! The place is gorgeous and the spaces large and accommodating! We had three kids - 10, 13 & 16 - and they loved the place! Extremely clean and well maintained! They provided paper goods, etc. that you normally have to provide on your own. There was a lovely fire pit out back - along with a gas grill. There were brand new bicycles (with helmets) in the garage. Dish / laundry detergents were provided. Couldn’t have asked for anything else! Will definitely be back!

Visited for the first time Sedona and we were extremely impressed by the beauty and breath taking views. We were lucky to stay in a wonderful home located in a very convenient location, close to downtown, shopping and famous places to visit. The home was amazing, clean, modern with everything you need, especially a marvelous view.We spent only 3 nights.We definitely be back and hoping for an extended stay. Excellent experience, highly recommended!

While the mountain bike festival was a bit of a bust due to the weather, we enjoyed our stay here. Great location close to town. We walked there in a little over 10 minutes . This property is spacious and great for hanging out with friends and family. We had a few minor issues with internet service and because of the snow earlier in the week, all the outdoor furniture was still covered in snow and wet. Would definitely enjoy straying here again!

We had a wonderful time in Sedona and this house was perfect. The location was amazing; great views, close to trails, quiet neighborhood, and close to uptown Sedona. I had 4 adults and 3 kids in our party and the house was spacious and comfortable. While in Sedona we took advantage of all that we could; hiked Cathedral Rock, Devil’s Bridge, along with other smaller trails by the house. We shopped, went to the spa, took a pink jeep tour, drove to Grand Canyon one day and to the Petrified forest and meteor crater another day. In the evenings we cooked and watched movies. The only thing I would suggest is having a few basic staples on hand in the kitchen; salt, pepper, sugar, flour, oil, etc. It would also be nice if there were some card/board games in the house for evenings or rainy days. Overall, very smooth experience and we had a wonderful time. Beautiful house.

Overall nice stay. Great location not far from downtown and restaurants and shops. Home was clean and host was responsive to needs, including accommodating a slightly early check in. Only complaints were that one bathroom was under construction and not useable. Temp control is also a bit tricky, easy to access and adjust but bedrooms oscillated between cold and hot, main room maintained a comfortable temperature.

Josh's property is truly awesome. It is in a very nice neighborhood just a few minutes away from Downtown Sedona. The property is easily accessible. It is close to all major tourist attractions such as hiking, atv rentals, restaurants, shops, etc. It is a gem.

We were impressed with your lovely home and neighborhood. The house was spotless and totally modern and updated. Our group was only there for two nights but enjoyed the roominess and views when we were not out and about. Would stay here again but would definitely make it a longer visit.

We were in town for a mini vacation and family wedding at the Heritage Museum. The location was so perfect we were able to walk on a short path and arrive in under 3 minutes. Amazing views and a beautiful, well appointed home. Unlike other properties where they give you crappy amenities, this home really only required us to buy things we wanted vs needed. Our host was extremely responsive and accommodating. We were also a bit away from the madness of uptown but close enough to walk and be in the mix when we wanted. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Oh, and the property was well priced…

Property was as advertised. Great location, nice furnishing, TV and reclining comfortable couches were a welcome fixture after long days of biking and hiking. Loved the outdoor grill and fire table for white claws and socializing. Saw a huge Javelina. Overall wonderful place. If forced to provide an area of improvement it would be the addition of a hot tub.

The pictures don't do it justice. The views from the home are amazing. Spacious living space and bedrooms. Big sectional couch with USB to charge phones. Comfortable beds, everything clean, well stocked kitchen. Beautiful views while sitting outside with coffee and gas fire table in am and star gazing at night. Hikes plentiful in area. Downtown a 3 min drive or 15-20 min walk. Near all parks, red rocks, tours and hikes. Highly recommend.
