For an "extended stay suite", I've never had to call down to get even something as basic as a drinking glass for the room.

The toilet when flushed run endlessly. There is mold in the bathroom. The rooms and the hotel itself needs renovation.

Do not book this hotel. The images online are deceptive. The bathtub was dirty and had mold, and overall the room was not clean.

I was terrified to take a shower because of the mold in the shower there was hair in the sink. The TV did not work. There was toenails on the floor. I was completely disgusted.

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to Metlife Stadium. You can see the stadium from the hotel. Crazy thing is NJ has made it so you cannot walk there which defeated the purpose to booking a hotel so close. We had to Uber the 1/2mi at game time rates. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful but unfortunately the hotel is pretty run down. The rooms were rough and not what I would consider clean. The freeway noise is loud and the "breakfast" is a prewrapped muffin and coffee. Kitchens in the room are old.

I did not get to stay because the hotel gave away my room even though I notified them throughout the day that my flights had been delayed. They had a room available but could not give it to me because it was after midnight. Then they charged me a no show charge while I was standing in their lobby. It took me until 2:30 in the morning to finally find a place to stay the night 10 miles away in a sketchy neighborhood .

Went to a Giant's football game and the. Cleanliness of the entire facility was Disgusting when we first arrived we seen shady people hanging around check in scoping out your belongings then we seen a mattress in the hallway. Walked into our room it had a very uncomfortable smell i took a shower and it backed up on my feet with black grime garbage bags left overnight in the hall from the so called cleaning staff i tried to tell someone at check out but no one was at the check in counter ......the website won't let me leave photos because i have plenty

The hotel had a great location and was close to American Dream so we gave it a try. The room was very dated and the ceiling paint was peeling but had basic amenities like a refrigerator and microwave. The included free breakfast was a joke as they only served muffins, cereal bars, and coffee. Overall you'd be better off spending the extra $30+ and booking at a Hilton or nicer hotel if you want luxury/comfort. We also had 2 small toddlers and they didn't have cribs or pack and plays.

I would never stay here again!! I checked in late and the hallways and room smelled and when my husband and I showered the tub was clogged and full of hair. The worst part was when I woke up in the morning and walked to my car someone had keyed it😡so I had to spend my Saturday waiting for police to get a police report cause😩👎

I stayed for 8 nights for business meeting from 7am-7:30pm each day. The first room assigned had a strong paint odor unable to sleep then changed to another room that was not cleaned after the previous guests. The floor was dirt and the bathroom was even dirtier. The toilet bowl with urine without flush. There was longstanding urine on the sides. Bath tub dirty. The counters stained. I felt unsafe regarding health and hygiene. I was forced to sleep there because the hotel “was full capacity”. That room was next to an entrance and I heard the door opening and closing every time. People voice and cars on the highway were noisy. I didn’t sleep well. Next day I was changed to another room which was more clean but not neat. I even received a court citation from a previous guest. The room was never cleaned during the stay. The hotel hallways had a bad odor. The experience was not good at all and did not recommend it to anyone.

My room did not have any curtains and the blind was broke near my bed and the sunlight was coming through waking me up early.

Floor tiles popping up, bed linen and mattresses had blood staines and urine stains along with other soilage on them. Bathroom had black mold everywhere in the shower and the water wouuldnt shut off in the tub. A.c unit wouldnt get the room down to temperature before it shut off from running to long. No transportain services. The free breakfast consisted of a muffin, coffee or oatmeal. There was only 1 coffee pot to service the entire hotel so that wasnt efficient. I will never stay at this hotel again. I would actually like to be reimbursed for my stay. The room wasnt ready for check in at 5pm and i was left with 1 soap with zero shampoo or conditioner.

Hotel is outdated. Bathroom courtsin rod was hanging dawn from the sheetrock, vent didn't work, old ligth, power switch not working, cracked wall just painted on top. Kitchen microwave & stove was rusted. Carpet looks old snd smell. Entryway was dirty with empty pallets in front, seems construction supplies fetting unload on the front door. Employees at front desk looks more concern with the phone than greetings customers. No one asked about the stay. Towels, shets look clean, even if it is hard to appreciate due the room/building conditions.

They need to add room services like if someone is spending more than 1day there should be a room change services

This average motel is cleaner than some I’ve been too. It was comfortable enough to sleep and shower. I like the floors were not carpeted. Felt cleaner that way. Grab and go breakfast description is deceiving. Not much of a breakfast option at all. I expected at least breakfast pastries to be available. At least have cereal boxes available for kids. Personnel I dealt with was very friendly and gave prompt attention.

I nearly saw the place was pretty much run down didn't smell right carpet was already the walls paint was from the 1980s and It took literally 20 minutes after ringing the bell several times for somebody to show up to check me in, then after I got to the room the bathroom faucet was clogged and full of dirty water, then I requested a second room, when I got it there were no blankets or pillows for the sleeper sofa, I asked for them and they told me they were none available so that was the straw than broke the camels back, I cancelled the reservation and got out of there as fast as I could. I'm never going to go to this hotel or chain again.

It was so close to MetLife Stadium and American Dream mall. The staff was very polite and helpful

We went there for a football game. You had to pay for a ride even though the stadium was across the highway from the hotel.
The place was not clean. There was a smell coming from the dirty hallway carpet and the floors in the room were sticky.
The free breakfast was muffins and coffee. Not at all what was advertised.

The staff at the desk is friendly and informative. That is pretty much the only good thing about this dated and dingy place to stay. No updated technology or amenities. No conditioner or lotion containers.

This Hotel is lucky its located beside Metlife stadium, that is the only thing going for it. Air conditioning bad, Breakfast is a joke and on Day 2 they did not make any coffee. Room was barely clean and there were no glasses, dishes, nothing. Will not stay here ever again

Hotel in really bad condition. Not a great surrounding area. Paid 319.00 for 1 night. We were going to a concert at MetLife . 60.00 round trip for us to take transportation.

Not just outdated but unclean, we slept on top of the sheets and wouldn’t even shower there. Not really I’d call a “breakfast” but thanks for the nutragrain bar I guess. They offer kitchen items but only per request and you need to go and get it along with towels or anything else you may need. Just bring your own stuff or better yet don’t stay here.

The room was filthy and smelled. The bathroom smelled like urine, the cloth shower curtain was covered in black mold, the sheets were dirty and I had to change them myself. Check in was a nightmare. Asked for a call from manager and it never came. Will NEVER EVER stay at extended stay again. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel.

Run down room. Window shade was in need of replacement and the shower was one of the worst hotel shower ever. Previous occupant's garbage was still in the garbage can....which makes me wonder how well the room was cleaned. Very disappointing.

One thing I liked was that there was a pillow that was comfortable for me. It was also convenient (albeit very confusing) highway access.

The room looked like it was about to be renovated. The drapes and pictures were off the wall but the hooks were still there. The closet doors had been removed. There was no blowdryer. The kitchen cabinet doors didn’t close. The blinds had rips in them.
We booked this hotel because it said within walking distance to MetLife, but it is across a highway so you can’t walk.

Poor breakfast

The hotel is so dirty. The location is across from a mall and met stadium but it’s like surrounded by a freeway. It costs like 90-250 usd to get a taxi or Uber to stadium during games. It’s so inconvenient actually only thing good is the room big and has a kitchen. One lady was really nice she helped us out to print something we thought that’s very nice. Room so dirty. Poop in the bowel after a very long check in at 6/7 pm.
