We love the location of Club Quarters and the staff.
3.0
The room was VERY small. a lot smaller than what the photos showed. also there was a crack between the two windows however maintenance was very responsive.i would stay here again, but just an average hotel
4.0
On the morning right before I checked out, I saw a roach on the wall.
Other than that, it was a good trip.

Decent, but small hotel in downtown Philly. The rooms are very small and despite signs everywhere stating that it was a non smoking property, our floor (9th) was full of smoke. Bad enough that we had to ask to move to another room/floor at midnight because the smell was intolerable. There are way better hotels right around the corner for the same $$ (Sofitel, Kimpton Palomar, Kimpton Monaco, etc.) Book one of those instead.

The staff were great!

Rooms are very small but that wasnt an issue. It was clean and pretty and the staff are amazing.

Had to pay over $100 for parking...no voucher. The elevator take forever when you first walk in the hotel. The bathroom is so small not enough room for 2 people. I did appreciate the complimentary coffee in the lobby area. Also the service was good when we needed to swap out our tv remote. The room was nice just not a lot of room.
3.0
Perfect stay for a night. Hopefully the bathrooms could be updated sooner than later. Friendly staff & customer service.

Its central to anyone wanting to be near Rittenhouse square. The room was small but conformable. If you are in town for a couple of nights its a real value.

For many years I have been your guest. The ambience and service ( although i can't get used to the mod ern check-in) is very good.
5.0
Great place and location. Staff is terrific and so helpful. Wish the bathroom had an exhaust, but otherwise recommend.
4.0
Basic hotel in great location. Tiny room but clean except for pillow which housekeeping took care of quickly when asked
Coffee and tea in lobby was very nice touch.
Good value andg responsive reception.

This is a highly-recommended hotel. The location is quite convenient. Everything is great, feeling like a home. One thing that they can improve is the offering of the breakfast. It is quite hard to get breakfast outside the hotel in the morning. So, if there is breakfast offered, even a simple continental breakfast, that would be great and the convenient for business travelers.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a hotel review, but I just love this hotel so much. This is my second time staying here (found this place by chance last year, intentionally searched for availability here this year), and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay as great as possible. I didn’t have a mini fridge in my room, and when I asked if they could store a food item in a fridge for me, they sent a mini fridge up to me within 5 minutes. And on the day I checked out, they were willing to hold onto my luggage until mid-afternoon when I left town. Superb customer service. Will stay here again next time I’m back in town!

Wonderful location. Comfortable room. The coffee station in the lobby was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was conveniently located. I liked the neighborhood. Staff was helpful.
I was in Philadelphia to attend a college reunion.

Service was excellent as soon as we entered the lobby. Perfect location with lots of restaurants and shopping within feet of the front door. Beds were very comfortable and great pillows! Loved the espresso coffee machine in the lobby and also the seltzer water on tap!
4.0
Good location but but unlike other CQ Hotels no happy hour or restaurant / dining area here

I liked everything about my stay except for not having any breakfast available in the hotel or even in the immediate neighborhood.

Front desk staff was great

Great location...Like having the coffee available...

Middle of the road fare. Not impressed.

We will definitely be coming back to this hotel. It had everything we needed at a very great rate. We were greeted with kindness and the service was always immediate and attentive.

Great hotel, very clean and elegant. Love that they offer free water and water bottles in every floor. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Our stay at CQ was pretty good overall!! Very central to lots of things. The parking was really accessible but quite pricey even with the hotel discount. The beds were very comfortable however the “king bed” is just two beds pushed together so not worth upgrading for that. The rooms were small but cozy and comfortable and good for a short stay if you don’t plan on spending much time at the hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
5.0
Great hotel. Easy checkin and staff very helpful. Room is a great size and clean. Water dispenser on our floor and free coffee on the main lobby. Rooms also come with an nespresso machine.
3.0
A bit tired and boring. SMALL room, tiny bathroom (shower curtain - no door), no luggage stand, almost zero natural light
3.0
Very dated and no service of rooms unless requested

Stayed here many times…Service is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable but not fancy, location is super convenient to shops, restaurants, public transportation.
2.0
This is a very outdated CQ, with rooms that desperately need an upgrade. Not a good value. The furniture is basic and old, painted over many times. My sink was clogged, had to change rooms, second room same problem. The hotel entrance is odd with the check-in area on a different floor. The staff are good though, very helpful and responsive.
5.0
This a good, relatively inexpensive place to stay in downtown. Very close to Suburban station. They have free tea and coffee in the lobby. All the doors and elevators require a key card so it felt secure. Fitness center was well equipped
4.0
The location was great. There was no refrigerator. The room was tiny. My husband loved the free coffee.
3.0
The hotel was fine mostly clean , but value per the price was not what I expected. The rooms are very basic. Needs a refresh, or they should reduce the rates
The staff of the hotel was excellent. Every hotel staff personnel I met during my stay was appropriately friendly and helpful
4.0
Comfortable, small-ish hotel room. The bathroom was configured strangely, with the toilet under a small counter top that didn't allow the lid to open completely. Also, the lobby is on the 2nd floor without the option of using stairs to get there, so the slow and small elevators were a minor, but present issue.
4.0
Service was great, very convenient location in the center city area. One big problem: the shower did not have a proper floor tray or door, only a loose shower curtain that was too short and flooded terribly into the room. We had to switch rooms late in the evening which wasn't pleasant. The staff was very friendly but it took a while to get the whole thing sorted and get us moved.
4.0
Clean, good location. Small room; small but stunningly efficient bathroom. Guests must take an elevator one flight to the lobby and reverse to depart, which can delay things.
5.0
Was a good experience.
The in room coffee was horrible but they have a coffee bar in lobby.
2.0
The craziest entrance system. Check in desk was on the 2nd floor accessible from ground level by an elevator that wasn’t signposted.
3.0
During 3 days and 3 nights, never collected trash from the room.
Small room.
Small bathroom.
Old furniture.
Excellent location.
Good the Coffee at the lobby .
Good cold drinking water in each floor.
4.0
Room was tight for 2 people. Access to ice was learned only by calling the front desk. Lobby restroom was available at the penthouse?!
