Wish the front doors worked and the elevator wasn't so slow. A few more amenities wouldn't be too bad. We stayed for a convention that we were working and the place was very comfortable with a helpful staff

A huge room with 2x queen beds, large shower space, tv, etc. 2 minute walk to City Hall & trains. Perfect central location. Friendly & helpful staff.

Hotel and staff are nice.. the downside.. only one elevator working and it takes a long time with so many people to get on or off the elevator..was very inconvenient waited at least 20 min to 30 min for the elevator. One time we were waiting for guests to get off and then one lady went flying into the elevator an hit close door.. and there we a lot of of waiting.. very frustrating.

There were real problems with elevator traffic… crowds at night made it very difficult to get to our tenth floor room after a long day/ night. Lobby was dirty in the evenings. Food on the floor litter on the main stairs between front door and lobby. Rooms were clean and in order.

Very happy with the stay- would stay again- only complaint is that they reserve one of two elevators for the rooftop restaurant. They should open both for guests and restaurant clientele.

Walking distance to many things in the area. Room was very clean and nice. While our stay was short we will be looking to book here again

The location was great. Right across the street from the concert venues. The room was very comfortable and decor was very new.

Beautifully appointed rooms. Pillows were so comfy. The neighborhood was convenient to restaurants and a 25 minute walk to The Barnes Museum.

I arrived very late at night for check-in and was greeted warmly and provided excellent service. The wonderful service extended through my stay with assistance for business meetings I had. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The rooftop bar was lovely as well. Cambria will be my go-to hotel when traveling to Philly from now on.

Didn’t notice it until late at night when we got back to room that the comforter was stained — had to slow without one because didn’t feel like waiting for room service after being out all day. Told front desk in the morning and they were not apologetic whatsoever.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The room was modern and comfortable. Accommodations were great. The guys at the valet service were on point. Shout out to Steven for being the nicest and coolest guy in Philly! He was helpful, professional, and very attentive. He's the best! Also Albert the bartender makes you feel like a friend and makes a great cocktail! Thank you so much for a great time!!

Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful with directions, arranging transportation, and storing our suitcases. We love that it was just across the street from the Academy of music. The area was fun to walk.

Room perfect and very clean.
Everything else don't work in this hotel. 2 hours checking line, 5 minutes to get elevators to rooms, impossible to charge anything on room number and credit cards don't work on self service desk, breakfast and rooftop hours wrong, dish plate and silver during 3 days in our corridor, employees seems to don't care about these troubles and when requested say "go to main desk" (where only one person attend)

Upon check in someone already had checked in to one of our rooms somehow.. we had made reservations for 2 rooms and they told us one was already checked in. Then they gave us a different room to rectify the situation. When we opened the door we walked in on people already in the room. We then got another room and by this time had missed dinner reservations that we made for our daughter’s birthday. All night I was worried someone was going to walk into our room like we did the other people. After we checked out we found that the hotel charged us for a third room. We have over $1000 in charges for what should have been $562.

I had an exceptional stay at Cambria Hotel and want to give a special shoutout to the incredible staff who made my visit truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, Steven greeted me with such warmth and professionalism, ensuring my check-in was smooth and hassle-free.
Throughout my stay, Josh and Amari were always available to assist with any request, going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor really stood out.
Lastly, I can’t forget Maury, who helped with some last-minute arrangements and provided fantastic local recommendations. The entire team made my experience at Cambria Hotel feel personal and welcoming.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a friendly, dedicated staff. I will definitely be returning!

Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean when we got in. The issues didn’t start until our 2nd night. Our lock was broken on our door (turned out to just be a dead battery). However, while we were waiting for maintenance to diagnose and fix the issue, the person working at the front desk told us, unprompted, to pack up our bags because she was going to try to upgrade us room, move us elsewhere at a minimum. So we took the time to pack up our bags again, 30 or so minutes go by and no call or message to us as promised. When I went downstairs to check, staff acted as if they never made that promise and said the problem was fixed and there were no more available rooms. This whole delay caused us to miss a wedding event, which is the reason for our visit to Philly. I asked to be comped for the room for that night, they said they’d leave a message for the manager. When we checked out, no message was on our file. The room was good, the service, not so much.

The front desk help was awesome! Hotel could use upgrades to be more competitive with surrounding ding hotels. Lack of in room dining options and dirty in room walls and headboards makes this a poor fit for future visits.

It was great stayed for two nights and was able to check in early. The only thing I would say is that there was no door for the shower. I dont know if that was the design of it but it was a bit annoying.

Imagine if a large, name brand, 3 star hotel chain opened a new hotel at this location in 2005. Then during the Great Recession it was sold to a Nino Brown like character who redecorated and let it decay. Then more recently a new owner made a very half hearted attempt to give it a facelift. To my knowledge, none of this actually happened, I just had a waking dream about it while I wasn’t able to sleep in the god awful bed. This is a dump. Spend an extra $20 and get a room at one of the many nearby hotels. N.B. The staff at reception were very helpful.

Great location at city center, close to public transportation, plenty of walkable dining areas and near Rittenhouse Sq park.

It was a pleasant 4 night stay. Our room was very clean and housekeeping responded reasonably. Upon checking into the hotel, we were greeted with a very friendly front desk gentleman ( I wish I could remember his name, but we chatted about Albuquerque). The breakfast buffet available was decent, nothing too extraordinary. Although, I wish it was a little more reasonably priced. All in all, the stay was nice and I would stay again in the future.

Absolutely the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. Very clean and comfortable.

Perfect choice for a short stay in Philly to see the sites and take in a Phillies baseball game
6.0 / 10.0
My only issue was the lack of room service. We had to call down several times for clean towels and sheets only to find that our room was forgotten. The breakfast was subpar to say it costs 20.00 per person and extra for the omelet. I could barely enjoy the breakfast because the front desk lady was throwing a check down my face asking if we were ready to pay. We were comped for the towel
Incident. We got a free breakfast. It wasn’t l bad but I wouldn’t stay at the property again.

Noisy at times
6.0 / 10.0
Even though I liked our room and it as clean, I don’t know if i’ll be returning. There is a rooftop bar above the hotel and it constantly is causing outsiders coming in and out of the hotel, full in elevators. Each night around 2/3am, it was very noisy as far as all the drunk
people. Had a drunk guy making loud noises all throughout the night on our floor. I had to call front desk, thankfully they did removed the guy but I just don’t like how the hotel is constantly full of outside people who aren’t even staying at the house and causing it to be very noisy during late hours of the night. I really suggest they do something about the traffic coming in and out of the hotel for the rooftop bar, it makes it not the best for their guests of the hotel.
4.0 / 10.0
Subpar experience, overwhelmed and moderately unprofessional front desk team, and the hotel ran out of towels for a 12-14 hour period ranging from the evening through early morning.

One complaint complaint, the climate control. Room was warm.
