Hotel is old but fairly clean except for carpet in room was filthy & really needs to be replaced. Also little food options for it to be connected to casino. Staff was friendly.

The facility is in need of major updates. The carpet was stained and smelled. The grout around the toilet was distrusting. The curtains had holes.
The room was also not properly cleaned before our arrival. There was dirt on the bathroom counters that we could tell was not wiped down. The bathroom floor was dirty and still had old papers on it. There was something shoved inside of the toilet paper dispenser. There was a half gallon of milk left in the fridge from a previous guest.
The linens were stained with make up or other things.
Some staff were friendly, others were not at all.
Overall, this place is in desperate need of a makeover.
Unable to upload pictures, this function not working but pictures are available.

The hotel itself was great, staff was super friendly and accommodating! Helped with a key card issue and kept our bags safe so we could visit the after we checked out. The only issue was at check in, where the hotels. com information was not sent to the hotels system, so the staff had to enter all the info by hand as I was standing at the desk. Very friendly staff throughout the entire process tho.

Bed was not made correctly. Was not tucked in and sheets were bunched up on the bottom. One rack to move your luggage that hardly rolls.

The service was poor the restraints were closed

Unfriendly front desk staff. They only know one facial expression apparently. No breakfast, not even a bagel or juice is disappointing for what we paid. The carpet in the room was yuck and stained. They should replace the carpet, but the room itself wasn't bad otherwise. It was clean other than the floor stains. We enjoyed having a view of the arch. When booking, it was said that the hotel was 3 minutes walking distance from The Dome. Beyond untrue, so don't believe that.

stayed at this hotel for the Usher concert. clean rooms. nice people at the counter. just a good experience overall

The staff was amazing. Everyone I see greeted me with a smile and was very helpful. My room was clean, but outdated. The carpets were nasty inside and out of the room.
My overhaul stay was comfortable, but I will not book again until they upgrade their rooms. It's not the staff's fault. That they have failed to keep up

Checking in was great. Got to the room and the tv did not work. Was moved to a different room and most of the channels did not come in. Had to go to the casino to watch the game.

Everything was excellent except the carpet was disgusting to look at

Room could have used some updates. No usb ports to charge phone. Only 32 inch tv.

The stay was wonderful and the bed was comfortable. I got a good night's sleep. The only problem that I found was that there was no USB ports in the room

The front desk was so nice and helpful

Had a nice stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The only slight issue I had was that the people in the room next toine were pretty loud when the came back to their room at around 3am. Slamming the door a few times and talking extremely loudly. But wasn't enuf of a bother to make a complaint about. We also enjoyed the casino while there and I managed to do quite well while there.

Hall carpets were a little worn and spotty. Room was pretty clean. Older hotel with older amenities. Old TV, only 1 usb charger, low profile toilet, not good for a tall individual.

Old, tired and unfit for being an hotel in 2024.
Rooms with dirty carpets eveywhere.
When you enter the room you jump back with a time machine 40 years ago.
Check out around 9.30.am: waited 15 minutes with a empty reception, empty office.
After 15 minutes a receptionist shows with headphones on, fitness outfit, fully sweat, apologize for the waiting and finally check us out. We thought it was a comedy motel tv show.
Anyway. Never again.

The room was clean, but not stocked. There was no shampoo or conditioner. When I asked if they should have been filled the front desk clerk said they should have been.

Was not impressed with the hotel. Did not appear to be that clean- bathroom floor tiles were coming up and were loose- there was a fragrance that was in the hallway and lobby that was very strong and made you cough. For a casino hotel - it was not in good shape-

Our stay was a great one. All we needed was rigbt there we never had to leave to ho eat it was all right there. Loved the casino being steps away. Our virw from the room was amazing looking at the Arch and city lights was beautiful. I will stay there again.

The worse stay i ever had..no breakfast..no coffee until 6.30..should have got a refund..room was dirty

The checkin staff was excellent and very helpful with retrieving the watch i had left in my room after i checked out. The room was spacious but the rug needed to be vacuum and there were spider webs and a spider in the window. The filters in the heating and cooling system hadn't been cleaned which my husband did. The system needed to be cleaned more as there was a lot of dust in it. Overall, it was a good stay because of the people we met.

Casino patrons filled up the hotel parking on Saturday night. Hotel is a bit dated but a good value.

Elevators, hallway, smelled like urine. Room bathroom also smelled like urine. Carpet on the room and hallway was heavily stained actually looked dirty. Bathroom was not clean in the room. Stains on the sink and in the tub. Both lamp shades were ripped. There was no view of the arch or river only the side of a building as a view. Drunk people occupying the elevator and we were told by an employee we couldn’t get on the elevator to wait on the next on. Random people outside the building Overall very uncomfortable atmosphere

It is very shabby and has not been updated in years since it was constructed. The carpets are filthy. The television in the room is very tiny and had no satellite reception.

I went to the Cardinals baseball game and liked that they had a free shuttle to and from the stadium. I plan on staying there again.

Nice hotel and great place to stay if going to the ballgame

It was not peaceful and it had a stench in the hotel like mold. I was actually disappointed.

Please cleaning the room every 2days at least.

Hotel was nice staff was okay check in was not very smooth as was hidden charges for extra deposit not listed on your website was supposed to drop off immediately upon check out two days later and we still haven't dropped off of my bank account

I would give more of a rating however half the lights in our room didn’t work, carpet was stained, and the bathroom smelled like sewer. Staff was very friendly. I’m still not sure why the deposit hold of $100 hasnt fallen off my account like they do every other hotel after check out. It’s been 2 days and when I call the hotel they tell me 7-10 business days. Not sure I would stay here again unless it was a last minute option like this time.

Shabby run-down hotel with virtually nothing but bad coffee and tiny stale muffins for breakfast. Beds were ok despite the shabby room.

There was hair on sink & toilet.
There was absolutely NO SOAP!!
There was lotion & 1 bar & face wipe. 😐

To preface, we had friends stay here a couple weeks prior and say it was good. Maybe we just got the worst room. We showed up and checked out within 45 minutes. We walked into our room and got hit in the face with overwhelming cheap air freshener smell. Like they punctured a can of rusty cheap air freshener in the back hall bathroom of a church and rolled it in like a gas bomb. We never got nose blind to it in 45 minutes and we got headaches. The carpet was very stained, snagged up and missing many threads. The walls had stains. The AC didn’t seem to work and was super dirty. The toilet clogged way too easily. Half the lights did not work. One of the selling points we have heard is good lighting of the parking lot, that is inaccurate or we have very different definitions of good lighting. The front desk person was great. But otherwise, we wasted money and just drove the 3 hours home instead.

It’s a tired hotel, but great for the price, parking, and transportation.

Clean and friendly, bed comfortable. Air conditioners in both of our rooms a bit noisy but everything else fine. Will stay there again.

I didn't have a good night sleep because the air conditioner was very noisy.

Overall good value for the money. This is older property and it shows… a few stains on the carpet…. But bathroom and sheets were clean and bed comfy. Surrounding is not the prettiest but if u r just looking for a decent place to crash for the night without spending crazy $, this hotel will do just fine.

Carpet in room 531 was extremely dirty, felt unsafe around building with people just hanging around.

2nd time staying here. Same issue as the first time carpets in all rooms need to be deep cleaned or replaced.
Front desk staff are warm and welcoming.
Love that i can take the shuttle to the games. Makes it so easy. Driver is funny but if people are not tipping him hes attitude changes.
Negative, i left a pedometer plugged into the wall and left. I called when i got home 4 hours later and they said they dont have it. I have it on my gps tracker incase i lose it and it show still there. Lady got upset if she could just check the room or with the person who cleaned the room. I asked for the manager and he wasnt in. I left a voice mail and still nothing back.
