Very dirty! From the parking lot to the room this property is filthy.

The front desk staff were nice. The room was clean, the bed was ok. The hallways had trash and food remants where someone dropped food. The bad part was for a 100% smoke free establishment the whole interior including our room smelled like marijuana. If it had been an option I would have left without staying. My wife and I don't smoke marijuanna and it was overpowering. Will not be staying there again.

The hotel "heated" pool was luke warm. They were out of towels. The breakfast was not good and required to be eaten in the food area. There were roaches on the walls in the hallway. The hotel staff were nice and helpful. Would not stay here again though.

The worst experience I have ever had .The lobby smells like a POT factory .We booked 2 rooms with 2 double beds and they were out so my kids had to share a bed .The room they assigned the kids to wasn’t even clean so we had to get another room and the bathrooms were filthy with mold and mildew I had to scrub them down with bleach to take a shower.Their housekeeping sucks .I spent over 300$ and had to do the job for them .Never again!

The room was filthy and very poorly lit. I had to bleach the shower myself before I could use it.

The 1st room we were given had a dead lizard between the screen and window. The toilet didn't flush and everything was still dirty. The shower, floors, and the few towels in the room were hung up but not nicely folded. We hadn't been in the room more than 5 minutes when I went to tell the front desk the toilet wasn't flushing. She asked me if I needed a plumber? No, I would like a working toilet. We didn't break it, it was like that when we got there. After switching our rooms, we then had black mold on the bathroom wall and outside the bathroom. Carpets throughout the whole hotel were in need of a vacuum and cleaning. They clearly have leak issues as there were ceiling tiles out with a wet floor sign, a puddle and towels on the floor. Lots of water marks throughout the building clearly showing there is an issue. I tried attaching pictures but they would not attach. I have them and would love to show them to warn people. Especially since they are letting people sleep in rooms with black mold in them. Their reviews and pictures were misleading, except for the nice crew members.

Walking in not a good impression. Smokers handing around entrance, floors in hallways looked dirty. Some mildew in shower door track. Staff checking in and out were very friendly. When we left a little after the breakfast time ended, the desk agent offered to get us some bananas.

We were on the 2nd floor, room was dirty, mold on bathroom shower door, tub dirty visible ring, and underneath window sill, the stench of weed ??? Was overpowering. Asked to be changed once we spotted mold. Moved to 1st floor, which was better. Thank you. Staff was friendly and polite.

I LOVE the staff at this property. I’ve stayed several times and they are very courteous. Check ins are a breeze. There were some cleanliness issues in my room and some plumbing issues with the toilet but other than that if you need a place to stay that’s safe, quiet, and inexpensive, this is perfect! I’d stay here again.

Not only does this place attract inconsiderate, loud customers, it is located near a rail line that is quite busy. Also, there must be numerous railroad crossings, because the train horn seems to last for an unreasonable length of time. The "white" sheets and towels are a dingy grey (I had to request towels because there were none in the room).

The toilet was broken, we had to fill trash can with water to flush. The lights did not work except for above sink. It smelled like marijuana. The breakfast consisted of instant coffee, twinkies and stale bagels. Tried to call the front desk to address issues and could not reach anyone. Tried to go to front desk and no one came to help. It was late when we arrived but still, someone was there when we checked in. The key cards to get into room barely worked. It was just not a good experience and wish we were able to get refunded.

This location is one of the best. The rooms are clean and the amenities are a great and come in handy. The breakfast is also a great perk, you get eggs, sausage, bacon, yogurt, biscuits and bagels with cream cheese. It hard its a continental breakfast. The staff the work the desk morning, noon and night are all very kind and gave great customer service. I always feel welcomed when ever I return to this location. Special note this is out of the control of the hotel but there is a train that runs across the rear of the hotel. Sometimes it blows the horn in the daytime and sometimes it blows the horn at night. It does not last long so just be aware. To me its not a deal breaker for a good hotel where the staff cares about their customers. I highly recommend this location anytime you are in McDonough, GA.

The hotel is dirty and poorly maintained. In addition, the front desk staff and other customers were loud at all hours of the night.

I didn’t like the breakfast the waffle batter tasted chewy. Plus the key to room doesn’t work if your phone is next to it which is crazy.

We found dead fleas in the sheets. The lady at the front desk was nice but it is not clean. There is a train that goes along the back of the property and it sounds like it is coming through the wall.

It was ok.bit would have been better if the pool was opened and the gym. Also the remote in my room was terrible and it was not a battery probably.

Nothing! This hotel was absolutely disgusting. We had stains on our sheets and blankets. My son had stains on his towels, which was in a different room. The wood was chipped around the fridge, I hit and scraped my toe it started to bleed. Ask the front desk for a bandage and they didn’t even have any.
