The only problem I had with the room was with the bed. If was comfortable, but the mattress is lying on a platform that is slick. If you leaned on the side of the bed it would slide on the platform. I'm short and elderly, so I had a hard time getting into the bed. The mattress kept sliding on the platform. Not a fun experience. This could also cause a person to be injured with the side of the platform then sticking out.

We had a great stay! We felt like the property was well taken care of, the parking lot was bright at night which made us feel safe and our car was safe, breakfast had a wide variety, our room was comfy and clean and up to date. The staff was friendly and professional, the cleaning staff was curiosity and asked if we needed anything even after only being there for one day. I liked the location because it was by everything we wanted to go to. The restaurant/sports bar next door was our main go-to because we wanted to watch football and UFC fights at the same time. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We'll be back!

Check in was courteous and efficient. There was a dirty wash rag in the bathroom and there was hair on the bathroom floor. The bathroom door would not close. The hotel has been recently remodeled so everything is new and fresh. The bathroom experience left me, wondering how clean everything was versus how everything was.

Family was in town for a funeral. The room was good for the reason we were there. We went to the pool to try and get our mind off the loss of our family member, but while the pool was open, there was no heat to the water.

The property was nice and well lit. Our room was very clean. It was stocked with toiletries and clean towels. It was a room that could be combined. I wasnt a fan of that because there were gaps under the door and the room was echoy. Breakfast was delicious! Staff was very friendly.

Nice enough hotel, but the ones that stick out pay attention to key details that make hotel stays just a bit nicer. This one needs some attention to a few details.. but first, what worked: The room was clean (smelled a bit of cleaners, but it wasn’t bad). Bed soft, two kinds of pillows (feather, foam), big TV, fridge and microwave worked, bedside lighting that enabled electronics charging, and enough horizontal space to set most of your stuff on. Oh! And dimmable bed side lights - that was quite nice. Although there were a few loud cars (revving and radios), for the most part it was quiet. The staffer on when we checked in (7/6) was amazing. The breakfast was the same both days (so not sure if it changes or not) eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage patties, waffles, hash brown triangles, cereal, fruit, yoghurt/toppings, muffins, danish, bagels, bread. There was prolly a few things I’m forgetting too. Upshot: solid, day-starting fare with something for everyone. Here’s the issues. The shower curtain: Curtain ring (built into curtain) cut so it can slide onto the rod - but EVERY time you move the curtain, rings fall off. That’s ok in the middle, but happening on the end means a mess on the floor. Blackout “curtain”: Operated by chain, and the chain wasn’t configured right. Has too many “stop” sections (meant to keep you front damaging the system) so it was frozen between 2” and 3” up. So it was ABSOLUTELY INEFFECTIVE as blackout, and useless to let more light in later in th

Our stay we great! Only thing is that I had requested online to be at or near the end of a hall and we got put right by the elevator. My husband insisted that we not change rooms and it turned out fine. The bed was almost too soft but better soft than too firm. I loved the hotel “carport” to park. Neat idea! Overall, a great stay and will likely be back!

We wanted to stay there because my wife swore she did not give the following days and date which you guys refuse to do anything about so we paid for two nights but only stayed for one however had nothing to do with the hotel itself, but your services, which consequently because of that, I will never use you guys again

The hot tub leaking water into the floor and had to change room. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were horrible not much of a pillow. The worst part was a very disappointing quality of the supposed to be full breakfast. For the price I paid I expected it to be a whole lot better quality no meat the biscuits were hard and rubbery and cold. McDonald's breakfast was a whole lot better and paid a whole lot less. The Best Western in Hot Springs breakfast was 10 times better than your hotel. Needs major improvements on the quality and quantity of your full breakfast are reduced your pricing of your rooms so people can afford to stay there and go get their own breakfast quit false advertising. I will go to Holiday inn on my next visit I will not revisit this place. And you may consider adding some safety strips in your hot tubs to make it easier to get out they're too slippery on the bottom. They only staffed member that was courteous and nice was the lady that checked us in. The rest of the staff was not very friendly would look at you and smile and walk off never asked you where you satisfied could you get something for us or anything else did not like the hospitality you provided and I will not recommend anyone to stay at your establishment. And also did fine hair floating in the hot tub that was not my hair need to be cleaner with the hot tubs.

I got a room with a king bed and pull out sofa. The sofa was very comfortable to sit on. There was a small fridge, microwave, sink area, coffeemaker. Everything we needed right in the room to make for a comfortable stay.

The worst hotel i ever stayed at. The room had holes in the walls and i assumed it was renovated. It looks as if they threw something together. Also me and my family experienced a bit of bad energy there. We paid for 3 nights and left the first night.

We were in town for an overnight stay only. The hotel has had a recent makeover and looks very modern. The young man at the front desk could not have been any nicer. Our room was clean and quiet. There was plenty of hot water for the shower but the water pressure was low. The breakfast smelled enticing but we didn’t have it.

One of my staff was booked to stay at this hotel. She got to her room. There were multiple toenail clippings on the desk very visible when walking in. It was so disgusting to my staff that we asked the hotel for a refund, and they could not give it to us because we booked through a third party. We left and unfortunately had to buy and book another hotel for that night. Terrible experience.

This hotel was supposed to be fully renovated but it is not. The finishes were poorly done. The bed is not far from needing to be replaced. One side of the bed was worn out. The jacuzzi tub was good but one of the water jets was broken and sprayed everywhere. Ventilation was poor we smelled chlorine all night from the hot tub in the room after use. Also, could smell the next bathroom venting into our bathroom. The room was spacious though. The location was good but kind of dangerous to turn onto the road as there was no turn lane.
