Wonderful hotel with excellent customer servicr

Spectacular views, beautifully designed hotel.

great outdoor facilities with a lot of options. Rooms are just okay but good enough for a resort. I highly recommend this hotel for families as well for couples.

The staff in this hotel were quick to respond to our every need. Couldn’t have wished for better service. The hotels location speaks for itself, sensational position and panoramic views throughout. We were fortunate to have a Villa during our stay and affords privacy and direct access to the sea. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful time and there’s not much I’d say needs improving. The only suggestion would be to offer more for teenage kids (13 ) also as an opportunity for them to get to know each other. Maybe water sports group activities, volleyball at family beach me night or movie nights exclusively for them

Location in beautiful place; private beach.

Excellent facilities and staff, disappointing accommodation

You guys have to take care of pillows, mattresses and smell in bathroom, the rest was excellent!

Amazing from start to finish! Going back in the fall.

This is an amazing resort! The hotel was fully booked but the resort did not feel like it was packed at all. There was plenty of space for the beach, pool, restaurants, and water sports. You never had to fight for a spot anywhere regardless the time of the day. The restaurants were excellent and the staff were very helpful.

I enjoyed my stay up until the last day. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Grounds were beautiful. My friends and I had an early flight and hotel provided us with an early breakfast; placed around the dining area we're ceramic Black Mammy’s - a stereotypical image of Black women in the US. My friends and I don’t recall seeing them the day before at breakfast maybe because it was a fair amount out people having breakfast. I’m truly disappointed in the hotel - not sure why or what significance that image would have in Greece but it was a reminder for me how the world views Black woman. I was there to help a good friend celebrate her birthday and to fly over the Altantic to have to see that image put a damper on the visit. I implore you to do better.

The staff and resort were excellent - the food was poor for a 5 star hotel - food was always Luke warm at best, and cold at worst - they need to improve the food and I would offer a 10 rating….

Customer service was exceptional! Property exceeded all our expectations!!!!

Staff is outstanding, congratulations to all of them. The property is awesome in every aspect except the shower box tends to flood the bathroom, everything else is just perfect

If you are looking for a luxury holiday, definitely doesn’t worth what you are paying for. High rates room and services are below the average. It is an average hotel for all inclusive style for cheap crowds.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were very attentive and friendly and we were impressed by the frequent cleaning of our rooms. The private beach was also great as well as the watersports facilities. However, we were travelling as a group of friends and we found the hotel catered more towards families and it got very busy with children.

Our stay here exceeded every expectation! The location, amenities and services are all too-notch! Possibly the best-trained staff I have ever experienced too! Would love to return to this hotel anytime!

Hammering started at 7:00am. Had to leave my room at 10:00am to try and work in the lobby as to the loud noise on my roof was absolutely horrible. No notice or anything given.
The hammering continued throughout the whole day absolutely terrible. I came to work remotely.

This hotel is an absolute treat to stay in. It is opulent and amazing just to walk around. However, the staff are extremely friendly and make you feel like you are at home. Everything you might need is on site at this hotel. So much choice for restaurants. The pools and beach are beautiful and really well kept.

Will be back definitely. If you want to chill and relax it is for you.. in late october they start shutting down so you may have to make your own entertainment.

Beautiful hotel, really lovely with excellent staff. Located in one of the prettiest, yet most convenient parts of Corfu with glorious views everywhere.

We had an amazing time staying at the Grecotel Corfu Imperial and I can't say enough good things about the place! It's really beautiful, our room was stunning, it has lots of choices of places to sunbathe/relax, to dine at and the staff were amazing - particularly Charoula (Concierge), Panos (Head of F&B) and Jessie (Head Waiter). I arranged a private meal for my boyfriend's birthday and the team couldn't do enough to make it special. The surrounding area is really beautiful and we enjoyed hours in the sea exploring and cooling off. We will definitely be returning once we've checked-out a few more Grecotel's in Greece :)

Beautiful older hotel

Beautiful resort. Property not as sprawling as it appears from photos. Nice decor in main building, elegant with bit of old world glamour. The room was clean, light and bright with lots of mirrors, bed was comfortable and there was a nice balcony with amazing views. Some furniture was a bit dated and the walls are a bit thin. What distinguishes this hotel are the views, the property was built to maximise views. Views from room, outdoor bars and dining areas and the pools and beaches are lovely and memorable. Beaches are sandy and gorgeous with comfortable sun loungers. I understand the outdoor pool was heated at around 23 degrees, but it felt colder than this. Pool was not well utilised as weather was quite cold in early May. It would be nice if the heated outdoor pool actually felt warm. The indoor pool is not warm. The gym is nice. The hotel has a shuttle to corfu town from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00, booking is required. It’s a 25 minute drive to the town. The shuttle stops in the heart of the town by the old fortress which is near a taxi stand and close to lots of shops and restaurants. The shuttle is great because the hotel is a bit isolated, main road is about 20 minute walk along a lonely steep road. Food was ok, staff at breakfast were great. The hotel is somewhat quiet. In the evening there seemed to be a lot more excitement and entertainment at nearby Eva Palace.

Fantastic resort, amazing service with lovely staff. Food great.

It has been hard to write this review, as overall the hotel is very beautiful and there are many great things about it- if we had been travelling as a couple looking to laze by the pool then I think we would have enjoyed it. But as a family it really wasn't good enough. Families are put in the Boschetto block, which looks lovely in the website. Sadly in real life is rather depressing. The block is stuck out back, miles away from the rest of the hotel and accessed by walking on the road with cars and golf carts whizzing past. Our suite overlooked a carpark and a scrubby service road. The 'family' pool was always empty as it was rather bleak with sharp edges all around the pool which made it quite unsuitable for kids to climb out. Many things didn't work in our room when we arrived (the phone, the air conditioning, the clock, the tv). The bathrooms are open plan so if you want any privacy from your family you have to get dressed inside the toilet or the shower. There is nowhere to dry any wet swimming things and nowhere to sit other than on the beds. It looked nice but had been badly planned for family use.
Overall the hotel is nice. The landscape is pretty and the buffet is good. But there aren't enough loungers anywhere - we found that if you didn't put a towel down by 8am then you couldn't get a lounger by the pool or on any of the beaches. The kids were bored as it's very set up for adults but sadly there was little for them to do with few activities.

The staff were excellent. So very friendly and professional in a very COVID impacted situation. The hotel itself is goreous. The rooms all have amazing views, all the restaurants have excellent food and the pool is top class. It probably has the best location on Corfu and staffed by such friendly people. Very much enjoyed the stay here. Will visit again in the future.

Fantastic location, surrounded by the sea in a park like peninsula. Great breakfast buffe, with everything you could wish for. Checkin was a bit tidouos, took a bit of time, and refreshments arrived when the checkin was ready. We had a water leak from the ceiling. Quickly fixed, but worried us. Biggest drawback was the sunbed reservation. Coming down at 8 o’clock in the morning, all the best spots were taken with not a person in sight. Only blankets, sunscreen, water etc. When notifying the reception, the reply was that it is not allowed to reserve without being present. But nothing was done about it. Great plus was a surprise birthday cake waiting in our room the evening of my wife’s birthday!
