Have stayed at this hotel several times. It’s always my first choice when staying in Alicante city. Efficient, friendly staff, accommodation very clean. A few steps away from the harbour, promenade ships and restaurants.

The beds were in bad shape, the ventilation system was not working , the breakfast was mediocre and the coffee was undrinkable, the toilet stuff was of poor quality. This is a motel rather a hotel

This hotel was in the perfect location whereby you could walk to any where you wanted. Staff were very friendly and on hand with everything. The only downside is that the room had no heating and it did get chilly but they were able to provide addition covers. I would definitely book again if I was to go back to Alicante

The staff was very friendly. The rooms had renovated. The bathroom was spectacular. The hotel is situated on a big square, very close to the beach and also for strolling and shopping. I’d recommend Eurostars in Alicante to anyone.

Fabulous hotel overlooking the square and with a view of the castle. Room was comfortable and very clean with fab views and a little balcony Reception staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice. Wonderful place to stay

Stayed here for 1 night. Location is perfect with lots of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Hotel is clean throughout. Room was clean although there was a slight musky smell at times in the room. Heating worked in the room. No toiletries but there were shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the shower. Breakfast was ok, provided lactose free milk as well. Small selection but enough to get you through the morning. Croissants, scrambled egg bacon, pastries , cereal, some meats and cheese . Staff were friendly. I dont think the rooms are sound proofed as i could hear the room next door late at night. Also people did bang the doors when closing. But it was a nice stay. Very comfortable and clean and safe

Great location (old town, walking to beach and plenty of eateries) and and spectacular view! Old building renovated into this great hotel, with a spacious room for 3 and nice amenities (have a drink on the rooftop!). Super friendly stuff.

We loved our stay in this hotel. Rooms were clean and in excellent condition. Hotel is in an ideal location - close to the marina and lots of amazing restaurants. The breakfast spread was also really good. One thing I would say is that it would be great to get a kettle and some tea making facilities in the room too.

We stayed one night in january, so the room was very cold when we arrived, running the heat during the afternoon and night was necessary, however the bathroom was still very cold. The very thin uninsulated balcony door also lead to that the noise from the streets and the square reached the room. Earplugs was necessary. However, nice environment and plus for early check in.

Fantastic location in the centre, although it would have been nicer to have a garage closer to the hotel. Great service, but it would have been nice to have a full service bar. We stayed in room with a terrace which has a priceless view.
