Best stay ever

Everything was so so perfect. I went to tirupati with my parents and husband and booked a stay here. PS4 is nearest restaurant. The stay was quite comfortable, clean rooms, ample parking, lift, geyser, AC. My parents loved the stay and I have even recommended this room to one of my friend visiting tirupati. Thankyou truelife.

Had a pleasant stay with a little drawbacks, but that’s negligible and the staff are really good to work upon.

Liked the location of the property. The house is clean and Revanth is very proactive and helpful. They provide milk and coffee/Horlick/ tea sachets in the morning upon asking for free. They also provide water can of drinking water which is a big plus. They are flexible with the check in checkout timings as well. View from the balcony is facing taj and fortune hotel with lush greenery.

The property has induction stove that doesn’t work on UPS so when there is a power cut the food can’t be made. Also the bathrooms lights are not connected to a backup so it doesn’t work on power cut. Car parking with shelter is a problem when there are more than 2 cars parked at the property. The water stopped coming while taking bath on 2 days and we had to wait for 10-15 mins for it to be pumped. One toilet is badly placed the commode is exactly facing the shower and it’s very difficult to take bath. The bathrooms don’t have a mirror.

Value for money.

It could be better and improved. Lacks maintenance. The AC was draining the water into the room. I have to request to change the room. Have mosquitos along with the mosquito bat. Time to play

Overall an awesome stay !

We were traveling with a family of four and a baby. It was a pleasant stay. Just like a home away from home. The place is at a walkable distance from PS4 restaurant, which serves really good south Indian food and many varieties of sweets. Since we had a baby , the management was kind enough to get us a milk packets delivered at the room (One 500ml milk packet they gave for free. For the rest we paid gladly :) ). We also needed a copy of aadhar card, which they got it for us at free of cost. Wifi is really good. Our room 402 had exclusive Jio Fiber connection (4G and 5G both) . Since we had a baby and TV that they provided also had options to play youtube- we were able to keep our baby engaged in cocomelon while I was working on my laptop (no lags/network delays) For the price we paid, the services were really good. House was very neat and tidy. Kitchenette had all the required utensils with tea powder,,coffee sugar and salt available. Since they provide a complimentary 500ml milk packet, you can prepare your own tea. Also, they don't have their own restaurant (since it is a service apartment, it's understood)- you can either easily order the food online from swiggy/zomato or have it at nearby restaurants like PS4 and many others.

Toothpaste in toiletries would have been nice. But it's ok, since they there is a shop nearby from where we can buy one.

The apartment was very well maintained and clean. The Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very approachable infact. I would have given a 10 if not for the below mentioned.

There were a few issues with the facilities, I had to call and ask for blankets, extra pillows ( I had specified 6 people), request water can, the bathrooms doesn't have ventilation hence I had requested to have napthalene balls. All of these concerns were helped with immediately, with no delays. I wish you had prepared the room with some room freshners to get a good feel of the rooms.

Worthy Stay at Tirupati

Room was very clean and all the amenities has been provided as mentioned in the site. Covered car parking and two bedroom with hall and tv. Everything was fine...

Good Reception and Follow ups, Courteous, Available on phone and approachable. Good locality. Felt like being in a home indeed. Revanth did a good job of fixing the faulty water gun after some follow ups :) .

Too much of noise from AC and the bed is making lots of noise when we move/turn while sleeping and it is disturbing for others as well. Also, to dry our cloths there were no clips to use. When we got back to room. All of the got dropped on the floor and got wet due to heavy rain that day. They should have told me about card machine not available anytime to plan for final payment. We had to park our SUV car outside on the road. Which can be improved as well.
