The property was cute. There are two pools, one being 24 hours and a restaurant on the property. The room is a little outdated. The tub in the bathroom is too high, often causing leaks. It feels a little dark in the room with not alot of natural lighting. Nevertheless, the staff was amazing and had good suggestions upon check in.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel - the staff are super friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very nice with lots of choice. The hotel is very conveniently located to the beach and restaurants. The only downside is that most of the sunbeds are in the shade for a lot of the day due to the layout of the pool but that was fine for us! We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was beautiful and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful - especially Stefan who works at the reception desk. The pool area was gorgeous and immaculately clean. Service at the pool area was quick and friendly, although the cocktails were lackluster. We were also surprised to find out that the indoor jacuzzi wasn't kept warm. But if you're visiting Mallorca in the summer like we did, that probably doesn't matter much. The hotel is located a walkable distance to local coves/beaches and the city center with many shops and restaurants nearby. The marina is also technically walkable but a bit of a hike. Overall an amazing experience that I highly recommend!

Staying at this hotel was the best experience. It was clean, beautiful, lovely breakfast, in a great location (easy walk from the beach and SPAR) and lastly unbelievable customer service. A big shout out to Sergio and Stefan for their kindness and assistance with everything - thank you so much.

This is an amazing hotel with staff that gobthe extra mile. Would highly reccommend for couple wanting a lovely quiet break in 5 star luxury. Not for families. Area accessoble for walking shopping and beaches. Food at this hotel was amazing. Rooms were opulent with an indoor heated pool and an outside heated pool. Jaccuzi bath in every room as well as jaccuzzi in indoor and outdoor pools. Free pool towels. Pool set in lush green gardens with sun beds that are fabulous they are like your own bed. Truly wonderful hotel and staff.

We’ve just returned from a fab week st Melia Boutique Cala D’or. We travelled as a family with a toddler and I can honestly say it’s one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. The hotel is set in beautiful well kept grounds, the staff were all very friendly and helpful and the amenities were brilliant. We particularly loved the all-hours access indoor pool and spa facilities. The playground was a huge hit with our son, as was the pool. Thank you to your wonderful staff for making our holiday an unforgettable one!

Quiet, very tranquil and good amount of green space within the hotel - with trees and a nice lawn around the rooms and swimming pool. A nice outdoor and indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and a gym. Nice restaurant though we didn't eat there - leisurely walkable distance to the coves/beaches, marina and town centre with plenty of restaurants. The rooms were spacious and nice and clean with a mini bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful quiet hotel. Incredibly friendly staff. The food was excellent. The pool was very relaxing with no loud music which seems to be the normal these days round pools. The room was very clean and well equipped. It was only a short walk to the town centre with loads of restaurants and bars. Will be returning again soon.

We spent a wonderful 4 days in Mallorca. The hotel was a great choice, close to everything and a very comfortable room. Sometimes the cleaning staff was a little bit noisy, but our overall experience was amazing!

We were put into a room initially that was overlooking the pool nd bar having asked at the time of booking for a quiet room away from lifts. They then - after a 2 hour wait to clean it - were put into a room that was at the side of the hotel and we had to contend with waiters throwing ice and water from wine buckets into he garden with force at 10 at night, and we were over the housekeeping/delivery area which was noisy from 6am to 11 at night. The air conditioning was poor and barely worked so in hot temperatures it was hard to sleep but we couldnt open the doors because of the location of the room. The pool area was dirty much of the time with cookery and cutlery thrown around everywhere that hadnt been cleared away. There was no security at the hotel at all with easy access from the back of the hotel for anyone to come into and people did, using the pool and lingers and towels etc without being residents and blatantly walked out back to their own accommodation at the end of the day.We did raise the issue of moving again but were told that it wasnt possible. A lovely island and a hotel that has huge potential but unfortunately didnt meet it. Other people will, Im sure, have had a different experience.

Generally very nice but pool lacking in size and super cold out door pool - could do with heating. Wi-fi not available which was a huge burden and also advertised Turkish bath out of order. Staff generally very nice and breakfast was great. Only did B&B hence no idea how other meals were.

I was desperate for a holiday, but slightly dubious about going for it by myself. Now that the holiday is over I'm so glad I went and picked the Melia as my choice of hotel. The grounds aren't large and it's in a busy neighbourhood, but you feel that you're in your own oasis. Whilst at the Melia the staff were very helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. They organised a trip to the local golf course, which was amazing and definitely worth a visit. I left it too late to get a massage at the spa so can't comment on the spa. A definite recommendation is to go on a bike trip, the hotel offers bikes for free but if you are going to go anywhere of any distance I would recommend the local bike hire shop around the corner. It cost me 15 Euros to hire a (hybrid) bike for the day, I travelled to Porto Colom. The round trip took about 2.5 hours plus a 2 hour stop I had in Porto Colom where I found this great Tapas bar (Florian) along the harbour edge.

Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff. Stylish clean rooms, good size balconies and lovely lush grounds. Pool area is gorgeous, with cabanas and loungers in gardens so you can always find a spot in the sun. Good location for going for a walk to get an icecream or to the beach. 10 mins from restaurants so not very noisy on an evening, could hear some music when on the balcony but silent when the door was shut. Plenty of room for car parking.

The location is great with very quick access to the Cala Gran Beach and 5 minutes walk to all the restaurants and bars. We would definitely return.

Beautiful and well furnished hotel with lovely comfortable rooms. Had a long romantic weekend and the quality of the fittings and furniture of all of the facilties made this the perfect place to be. Breakfast is superb. The pool area well presented and clean. The toileties in the room are fantastic. Even got sky sports (not news) on the TVs. Would definitely go back.
