We were not there for skiing, but it is a perfect location for skiers . . .just a short walk to the main ski area center.

I liked how close and convenient it is to the Village, plus the ski in and ski out. Great ski lockers.

We had a wonderful stay, the service we received is uncommon these days, greatly appreciated. The management team made a positive impact on our stay for sure. The unit was decorated so cute and the location is hard to beat. Would love to stay there again.

Very comfortable stay and conveniently location in Beaver Creek village. We loved the free shuttle.

Excellent location, ski in ski out possible and very well equiped

Each unit is privately owned and thus indiviuduly decorated and furnished. Some much nicer than others, but all largly acceptable.

Had a reservation at a one bedroom condo with the couch, kitchen, and fireplace. When we arrived I had to wait an hour to even get a hotel room at a whole different place! There was just a king bed and bath only. The ceiling fan made a terrible noise. This service was terrible.

Very nice accommodations - clean, well kept, spacious. Walking distance to all Beaver Creek activities and restaurants. Was here in the late summer so cant speak for skiing specifically but it did look like they had easy to access lockers for ski gear. Excellent front desk and customer service. I lost a ring down the sink and they helped retrieve it!

The carpet looked dirty. There was this one little room which was perfect for kids but we couldnt use as it looked dirty. There was this huge dream catcher over the fire place which looked liked it was never cleaned.

Wonderful accommodations, but the street noise at night was annoying. Since it was a July visit, it was hot and we needed to open the windows at night. Everything else was exceptional.

The location and two bedroom condo was perfect for this business trip. We enjoyed the short walk to restaurants and the nice setting

How Townsend Place received an average rating of 4.4 is a mystery. Our unit was musty, the carpets were worn and dirty, mold was present in the tub/shower, no air conditioning, and the spiral stairs to the second level cracked and shook when used-not a safe situation. Due to the village bus passing right outside the windows, it was very noisy at night until the bus stopped running at midnight. Since there was no air conditioning, closing the windows was not ideal, but the only solution to getting some quiet time for sleeping. When Checking in, we were given keys, but they were useless- the door requires a 4 digit code to punch in to a key pad. We had to call the front desk, located in a building almost a mile away, and learned that they'd forgotten to give is the code to the door-no apologies. The area itself around the village is beautiful, and we made the best of the situation, but would never go there again, and do not recommend staying there.

This is a great safe and beautiful area to stay. Condo style so bring your own snacks and drinks. Towels, pans and dishes included in location!

Excellent location in Beaver Creek with very comfortable accommodations. Main issues are lack of interior light ( I think all bulbs were 20 watts) and some interior design upgrade. Can't beat the location!

We loved everything about our stay here. From the minute we collected the keys to stepping in to our apartment. It was the perfect size and distance for a family of 2 adults and 2 children (6yrs and 4 yrs). Communication and assistance with any questions was excellent.
Beaver Creek simply stunning and a must for families.
We will definitely be staying here again in the future and recommending this to our friends.

the unit is old, need update for the price that you paid I think the owner have more than enough to do it. It's very well located close to Centennial. It's not include daily cleaning but is OK. The second bedroom is upstairs and have a spiral stair, a little inconvenient. The bathrooms and kitchen are original from the 1970. The view is good. Needs a lot of updates: kitchen, bathrooms, and mattress!!! I will consider to stay again if they lower the price or update the unit.

The two bedroom townhouse was amazing! Clean, well stocked and wonderful. No complaints.

This condo (B-202) was nicer than I expected for what I paid. Very comfortable and roomy, 2 full bathrooms in a one bedroom place, walk in closet/bathroom in King Bed room, nice deck, mostly good kitchen (old stove but new everything else), lighting was very nice, lots of sitting area, and had a grill outside that we used. Easily accessed to get to in our car, with a ski in road, or a shuttle if you preferred, we actually walked up to the base area (2 blocks I our ski boots), but you can ski down to a lift if you can find the ski road. The hot tub was a little bit cool, and the overnight parking was a huge pain (off site for 2nd car) if you have more than one car in your group. The wireless didn't work very well, and the check in/check out is off site at the welcome gate/center, but not such a big deal if you're prepared.

We stayed at Townsend place several years back and had a great experience so we decided to stay there again this year. I would say that this place is showings its age with outdated amenities, units that have not been upgraded, limited parking and no AC. We also had big issues related to parking passes that were issued to us. They gave us two passes only to find out they were only supposed to give us one. We were called and told that our car was going to be booted and towed since we were only supposed to have one (how were we supposed to know when we were given two spaces). Luckily we were around to move the car, but took over an hour out of our day. Condos were outdated and dirty and had to switch units. All and all a disappointment and would not recommend staying at this property again.

There were five of us with a 2-year old. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Nice, clean 2 bed 2 bath condo with wood-burning fireplace, outside jacuzzi and ski-in ski-out convenience. Very short walk to Beaver Creek Village with great dining and shopping. The concierge desk is at the Welcome Center. They are very friendly and helpful. My daughter left a pair of diamond earring and they went to the condo to find them and mailed them to us. Will stay there again!

We had an excellent week in Townsend Place unit A305, Condo was very comfortable well maintained and also close to slopes.

There is no AC and we baked in the room. Probably a great place in the winter but if you are looking to cool off don't go here. The rooms are very hot and only window on one side of the room so no cross breeze was available.
The heat kept me awake all night.

It's relatively near the lifts; our place was big (2+ rooms) and clean. The only negoative aspect is that the thermostats didn't work and we were roasting the first night.

What a perfect location! We were within a block of the pristine Village. Many family activities, restaurants, shops, lifts and more. The only time we needed a car was to drive to Walmart for groceries five minutes away.
The condo was not "ritzy" but quite comfortable with all the possible ammenities and appliances. It felt like a home away from home. Housekeeping came once during the week and spruced up the place. Excellent value.

Have stayed here many times before. The building is a bit old, but generally well maintained and the best buy for your money in Beaver Creek. It is definitely ski in/out - right out the back door down to the lift and only 1 block walk to the center of the village. So great location and will save you lots of money over the other properties. Little things were broken, i.e. some outlets didn't work, but kitchen was well stocked with supplies and utensils and the unit worked well for us.

Beaver Creek is one of the places I like the most! The hotel is just one block away from ski lifts and is ski in/out. No noises, just the mountain and snow.

The Condo is a short walk to Beaver Creeks restaurants and shopping area. The room is comfortable and well kept. Wi-Fi was easy to access. Check-in at the reception center by the main gate to Beaver Creek, you can't check in at the condo. Expedia does not explain this when you book online.

Good. Two bedroom a little small.

Our condominium was spacious and furnished with everything you could possibly need (including for babies). The location was excellent and convenient, but a rental car would be a good idea.
