The first sign of trouble is at the awning for the front door when we checked in had 2 barf piles that had been there for some time to dry up and you could smell weed smoke . Our room smelled terrible and the sink in the bathroom was plugged up. All the 110volt outlets were so worn out I had a very hard time plugging in my CPAP machine , the cord kept falling out .

Room was not as described. Could not sleep 3 only slept 2.
Very very very small pillows. Very shady area. Water didn’t drain well in shower by end of shower you were standing in ankle deep water and we weren’t taking long showers at all. It took about 15 minutes for the water to drain. Seemed more like a homeless hotel as the clientele staying there seemed to barely have enough money for 1 night stay. We stayed there because there was a concert festival close by and not many hotels were in the area. There was a lot of police activity in the area over our stay. AC was old, loud and very hard to figure out how to control and my boyfriend and I are both electricians.

One of the Worst properties that I have ever stayed in my whole life. Let me List out the good bits first.
The Good : The guy at the reception was hospitable and
helpful
The Bad : Unclean premises ;
The room that was initially offered had a
blocked Bathtub;
The hotel had racist patrons inhabiting the
rooms , had to encounter one myself.
Breakfast offered was very limited.

We stayed for 3 nights. Staff was attentive. Room phone didn’t work so went down to the front desk. Outside of the hotel had bums loitering in the parking lot laying in parking spaces. Inside entry needs a major renovation along with the rooms they are currently working on. We skipped the free breakfast because of premade- you toast pancakes etc. McD & DD were right outside. We did have a renovated room. It seemed pretty clean until my husbands mold allergies flared up on day 2. He became really ill. The bed was new and encased with a zippered allergy covering but the bed was ROCK HARD! Even our backs suffered!! No sleep….if we didn’t prepay for the nights we stayed, trust me we wouldn’t happy paid more somewhere else!

Room smelled like cigarettes when I booked for a non smoking room! One pillow had blood on it & the room was really nosy! Bathroom was clean tho!

We arrived around midnight after a concert. The gentleman who was checking in was very busy but very patient. We only stayed overnight. They have a continental breakfast which was just ok. They ran out of a few things and had enough for a quick breakfast.

Many long term hotel occupants seem to party late and talk loud out doors and in the hallways. All night ! And lousy breakfast

I’m not overly picky. However, the sheets looked never cleaned. Bathroom floor was filthy with hairs. Bathtub had stains and even though there were jets, I wouldn’t ever consider using. TV never worked once. Holes in the comforter. Keycard had so many difficulties. Room wasn’t cleaned any of the three days but we were never asked if we wanted it or not.

We checked in at 5:00 p.m. and checked out at 11:00 p.m. after being booked for a one night stay. The shower was filthy and the room smelled like mold. Not in a great area of Brockton either.

The receptionist Anthony was exceptional, very polite and caring. My daughter forgot her purse in the breakfast area. Before we even realized that, I heard a knock on my door Lo and Behold Anthony brought it to us. Robert the housekeeper was friendly and helpful. I had a pleasant stay.
Thank you so much Anthony and Robert.

When I arrived there was a bottle of beer burst inside the freezer, it made it smell and I noticed that the room wasn't completely clean and had a strange smell.

Seemed like part of hotel was used for long term stays. Smoke smell everywhere. Booze bottles outside. Very sketchy place. Breakfast was not really breakfast. A couple of packaged danish, 6 oz terrible coffee. I would it recommend.

It was ok. Not recommended for family stays.

Uncleanliness. Unwashed bed covers, blankets, towels. Floor, and bath rooms. I booked for 3 night. Vacated in 1 night stay itself. They are playing ping Pong to refund. Literally no breakfast except corn flakes and muffins.

When I turned on the heater in our room, it smelled like burning wires, and the smoke alarm went off for a few minutes. I went to the desk to request another room, but there weren't any. So we slept in a cold room. The rest of the experience was mediocre. Breakfast offerings were meager. Other low-priced motels offer a much better experience

The side doors to get into the hotel don’t work, many rooms smell of marijuana and smoke. The key card to get in the rooms didn’t work well. The breakfast is a joke. I wouldn’t stay again

We had got a room just near to kitchen in the ground floor. It was noisy, untidy floors. No bath towels kept. Staff was unfriendly and not ready to change the room.

The facility was very clean, the room spotless. However, the room and the entire facility had a heavy cigarette smoke smell. It was so strong that you could taste the nicotine on the lips.
The management gave me quite the argument on allowing my service dog even though I had lots of documentation
