It was near my event location

The staff was not welcoming. The room they assigned me was already occupied with dirty towels on the floor. The staff was unapologetic and told me I could cancel my reservation

Worsr IHG Experience of them ALL

nothing bed full of Punic hair not properly clean all I liked was nice girl in front that was starting out but couldn’t really help. felt bad for her

I don’t know how this property is still up and running extremely dirty musky smelling rooms last room I was changed to looked like a past crime scene that had tried to be cleaned up. guests were rude and doing sketchy things people coming in. through back door exits knocking randomly on doors waiting to see if anyone opened it was so bad and creepy we didn’t stay the night and I ended up calling manager to request refund she promised the refund was started but it’s been 2 weeks and a half and nothing in my account. my family felt so unsafe there please spend your money elsewhere. this property is the worst.

I enjoyed my stay.

I loved the breakfast, I loved the location, close to everything you can need.

I did not like the front desk staff. It took about an hour just to check in because she was constantly distracted and doing other things such selling drinks and fixing keys for others who came behind me. I was tired after driving 16 hours and the last thing I wanted to do was wait that long for check in.

This was a filthy disgusting hotel

This hotel was filthy. Stains on the floor carpet curtains. The door to enter wAs dirty. There was a clump of hair in my bed. So dirty. Even the elevator was so gross. We stay at a lot of hotes this was the worst. Filthy. Not friendly. Disgusting

Quiet this time

The room that I was putting was not the room that I paid for, I asked for a roll in shower with a seat, because I have problems standing and I was given a handicap room but it was not the right bathroom, so I had trouble showering. Then the showers handle was broken that wasn't by me, it was by someone else, so that was an issue with me. The bed was extremely to high and I hahave leg issues so I could barely get on the bed.

room worked for what we needed for the night but was not clean.

the location was perfect for what we were there for.

the pool had too much chlorine, my daughter had a reaction on her face. The carpet in the room was stained and just looked dirty on-top of the fact it was not vacuumed. the drawers had some trash in it, bathroom was rusted and shower head was super low and dirty. ironing board had no padding under the liner. people were running up and down the hall yelling at all hours and there seemed to be a small party going on. breakfast was not good except the little omelette that surprised us and the cinnamon roll. We will choose a different hotel next time.

I found a hypodermic syringe in the parking lot. My sink was leaking leaking all over the floor and the countertop. I asked to vacuum my floor and change my sheets every day and they’ve only done it half the time

Good facilities, issue with reservation

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Location near to Ikea. Heat and air worked well. Plenty of light, electrical plugs, alarm clock and a comfortable chair. Also, comfortable business chair at desk.

Confusion with 2 rooms booked in my name and when arrived only 1 room booked in my name. Second room booked in the other family name WITHOUT any cross reference between. Weekend staff had no clue of connection. Made for a very frustrating and angry first 1/2 hour during check in. Broken fridge in one room and non-working ice machine on our floor was slight inconvenience but otherwise facilities were great.
