My room had no towels, no tv, and only decaffeinated coffee. The sheets were stained with what looked like pen markings on 1 bed. The other bed the bed cover had holes. We went to the free breakfast. They had cereal, oatmeal, and yogurt that my kids would eat. But they had NO spoons. Also no AC in the breakfast area. They had ocean view rooms open but put us in the pond view side. I wil NEVER stay at a Wyndham hotel again!

The rooms are filthy. The mattress i slept on was so worn that it almost went to the box springs. My daughter hurt her leg on the platform base of the bed because it didn't align properly and stuck out really far. Some of our for tiles were being held down by clear tape. The tub had a rust tint on the floor of it. Our room was supposed to have an "ocean-view". That consisted of barely seeing a portion of the water between a couple of the buildings that was actually on the ocean side of the street. Our free breakfast was very limited. Someone said they hadn't restocked it since they had been there. There was no milk for the cereals. They said there were items in the fridge to heat. Fridge was empty. We went down within the first hour of breakfast. The pool that was advertised actually belonged to a restaurant across the street, and was crowded. And because of restaurant seating around it, it was not very deep. Basically kids only. My young daughter is autistic and will not get in the pool without a family member, so that was out of the question. I know they say you get what you pay for, but the room was not worth the money we paid. And there's a "resort fee" of $24 once you get there. I should at least be offered that back.
The only good thing from our stay was being so close to the ocean. We did enjoy getting to walk on the beach and playing in the sand.

The room service didn’t bring towels the first night then the second night we were told they didn’t have any towels to give out and the shower leaked so not knowing we put our towels down to clean up the water.. the receptionist was very rude and just want to sit on the sofa with her boy friend

The location and price are great, but the hotel is horrible. Our room was dirty, we had no pillow cases or towels/wash clothes. When I went to get towels, they only gave me 2 for my family because they were short on towels. We had to share and use our beach towels. The bathroom door would not shut and the tub was slow to drain. They claim to have breakfast...they had a few chocolate muffins, no milk, and that was it. Thank goodness for Huddle House down the road. Other than closeness to the beach, I wouldnt recommend staying there.

It was not as expected- the pics were no where near reality. The humidity damage to ceiling, walls was obvious. The bathtub was stained or just plain old dirty. The air conditioner worked great. I took a cold shower- not by choice - but it primed it so that my companion had a nice hot shower. The bed linens seemed clean. The tv did not work but we were too nervous to complain as it was late. It is a worn and dated place that needs a face lift badly. I can’t say much about the staff- they did not say much to us either. I get it is primarily a place that rowdy young beach goers stay and the price is good for that.

Well I’m not sure you want to know this. But Wyndham should be embarrassed. That was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever had to stay in and it was my own fault. I needed somewhere quick and didn’t do enough research. That being said the hookers and drug dealers in the rooms next did leave us alone but the contact high was terrible. We felt fortunate to have lived through the night. If I could give this a negative score I would. The place is run down the rooms need to be painted the holes under the bathtub should be fixed and the drains cleaned out. This was by far nearly the worst place I have ever stayed

This is the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had.. The fitted sheet is too small for the mattress so it won’t stay on and covered in stains. We had no towels when we checked in and still haven’t gotten any two days later. The plug by the vanity does not work. The bathtub had soap or something in the bottom of it and it was so slippery we almost fell. There is dirt and maybe mold along the wall by the air conditioner. I can’t believe you would let this place represent your brand. I will never stay here again or recommending this hotel. I paid a lot of money for a discussing room. The whole experience has been awful. The pictures on your website for this place are basically false advertising.

First, the front desk person was rude, and annoyed when I had to come back down and get a new key at check in. Cause they didn’t JJ work. The railing in the 4th floor outside our room 422, is loose-and moves aggressively. The a/c rattled all night. The shower was in need of repairs, the curtain should have been replaced-holy and stained. The room was damp all night and floor slimy. All the common areas are worn and dirty- needs a good power wash. In bath towel, two bathmats, and loads of hand towels.. just not consistent. Not to mention the weed smell coming from every room. Wyndham clearly forgot they own this hotel.

It was in a good location. Looked updated and clean online but hadn’t been updated in awhile and the updates were done poorly. The first room we got was a nonsmoking but was clearly smoked in heavily. Second room smelled better but was not much better in updates. We checked the room for bed bugs and thankfully did not find any! The hotel was old and run down. We felt unsafe there due to the other guests and surroundings. Oh, and no towels at all! Front desk told us their linen truck had not arrived yet and to check back after dinner. We did then finally get some towels. I expected better from Baymont/Wyndham. I do want to give a positive review for the staff. They were friendly and helpful!. Unfortunately, I would not stay there again! Also, not enough parking.

The atmosphere in the parking lot and leading to the room was not very family friendly. Sketchy is a term that fits well. Just not very safe feeling.
If you are single and looking for a place to just rest for the night, this place may be okay.
The hotel room needs a remodel and perhaps better people hanging around the parking lot. The "beakfast" wasn't much. The juice machine didn't work, just overall not a good experience.
I don't plan to ever stay there again and
certainly a place I'd avoid if traveling with kids.

Very LAZY staff!! Room was NOT ready. Previous clients towels were left in room. Beds were NOT made.Old sheets were still on the bed!! This was at 5pm!!! When we checked in. Big chuncks of concrete missing from balconys!! Breakfast was included but there was NEVER any breakfast items. Never was a hotel staff until AFTER 12 (noon). To me was VERY EXPENSIVE considering the quality of the motel & the middele of the week. BEFORE SUMMER BREAK!!! $140 a NIGHT!!! Nonrefundable. Expedia "reviews" were WAY OFF BASE!!!! 8 stars!!! NO WAY!!! Maybe a NEGATIVE 10 STARS!

Not really a breakfast. They put cereal out with no milk. Waffles with no syrup. There is no coffee machine or anything to drink. The rooms were ok. The pool that you use is across the street at the bar and grill. No chairs for the pool unless you are buyimg from the bar and grill.

My dislikes were unknown extra fees after I booked that I wasn't expecting. Everytime needed someone at the front there was always a 30 minute wait Had to ask multiple times for towels as there were none in my room. The floors in the room were not properly cleaned as my feet turned black just walking in the room and floors were slippery. . There wasn't anything that i was able to eat as i am a diabetic. Also no coffee in the commen area.

The hotel’s condition is terrible. The tub was backed up/ tub was peeling and the cracks around the toilet area was very very bad. Looks as if the toilet is about to depart from area. This is just a bad hotel to stay, I will never again waste my money on anything like that.

One of the worst properties I have ever seen. Stains on the beds, bathroom vent was hanging out and rusted. Dried paint was everywhere. There was even a toilet outside that had stuff in it that looked like feces. Had my son with me and we refused to stay and drove home six hours instead. Disgusting!!!

They need to close and renovate or shut down the property. The room was rundown and dingy. Scuffs all over walls, paint peeling, tears in the tubs. The tub clogged so every shower had ankle deep water. Checked in with 2 people for a 3 night stay. Had ONE body towel until the third day of my reservation. Requested some Saturday morning and was told they were all in the laundry-it would be a 2 hour wait. Got towels delivered Saturday evening. Called the day before and day of to talk to staff about my reservation, never answered the phone. Continued to try to get thru all day with no avail. Elevator takes what felt like years to get to the ground floor. You’re quicker off using the stairs. Parking is inadequate. The only good thing about this hotel is the location!

Terrible. It was just dirty outside and inside. The structure itself was crumbling in places. Felt very unsafe. They charge a resort fee for what i have no clue. The towels were just handtowels and yhe staff were beyond rude upon arrive. The key card had to be repogramed almost everytime we left. Read the reviews and believe them. Terrible place

We got there and checked in. No towels- just two bathmats. I asked the cleaning staff I saw on the floor for towels and they told me I had to go downstairs. The downstairs staff said they didn’t have any, but she would get some sent to my room. That never happened
The whole place was nasty- dirty/ stained sheets, random stains on the walls, bugs in the tub.
We ended up checking out that night after calling and complaining about the conditions and getting (part of) our money back because it was so unacceptable.

They gave a key to someone not registered to my room.. TWICE!! They don’t check whose name is on the room and certainly don’t ask for ID. I came back to my room to someone in the room going through my items. When I confronted front desk and told them, she acted as if it was no big deal. Then it happened AGAIN!!!!!
Not to mention, all breakfast items were out or broken. Juice machine didn’t even have empty cartridges in it. Just empty. Coffee the same. Asked for extra towels after 3 days and told they didn’t have any. Terrible service. Will not recommend or return.

When we arrived there was no tv or phone. The tv was fixed but no phone cord was ever brought to my room as requested. Upon returning to my room, the tv wouldn't turn on again. The outlets did not work and the bathroom light was the only light source, which was on a timer. We had to keep getting up to turn it back on to see. Maintenance had to remove the smoke alarm battery to stop it from blaring. The tub was rusted and had a dirt ring in it. We didnt receive towels until midday of day 2. I ended up with bed bug bites. I was in town for a funeral and no other rooms were available. I had to use other means to freshen up outside the hotel.This was the Worst hotel experience I have ever had.

There was nothing positive about the Baymont at PCB. Firstly, the pictures online and the acrual property are clearly not the same. The pictures show an updated, clean, and spacious room, when in fact, the rooms are dirty, old and outdated, and in poor condition overall. Secondly, when asked for clean towels, staff informed us they did not have towels. The place was disgusting. There was mold on the walls, there were bugs everywhere, on every wall, the shower, the sink, everywhere. One of the mattresses had a giant hand sized burn hole in and and both had dirty covers. The ceiling was falling apart and there were cobwebs hanging over the beds. There were so many bugs that we were awaken to bugs in our bodies! Our days was 4 nights and we only stayed 2, and that was only because we could not find a room somewhere else. When we did finally find a room, we cancelled the remaining nights and requested a refund for those days. We were told by several different people that we could not get a refund because of the cancelation policy. We did not leave because we wanted too, we left because we HAD to. Overall, this place was completely terrible and i would not recommended to the person I hated the most. We deserve to be refunded at least half of our money back, if not, all of it for the complete disrespect of advertising false pictures and the disgusting nature of the entire room.

This hotel is a bad value for the money. Positives: under-building parking to keep your vehicle out of the sun. No carpet on floors mean things look cleaner. Negatives: everything is run down, and in poor repair. Broken AC units, ironing boards, and trash are piled in the rear of the building parking lot. "Breakfast" = juice, muffins, and cookies. Not sure what the "resort fee" is for. Ideal hotel for spring break college students looking for a couple of beds and a toilet. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to friends or family.

We came to PCB for a graduation an stayed here it was cheap to the nights we needed they was in the process of remodeling which will be great for the property.We couldn't get any fresh towels for 2 days because they didn't have any, bathroom was tiny, paint off the ceiling was falling every where,room could have been swept better. I have ended up getting a broom from one of the workers an sweeping myself. They had alot of people parking in the parking lot that wasn't staying there so it was sometimes ha Rd to find a park. But convenient to the beach an barefoot bar an grill!! Over all not to bad but with the upgrades it'll be good!!

The service was great they let us check in early when we arrived ahead of schedule the room toilet didn’t flush right we had to pour water in it each time we flushed. The sheets had stains on them and when I asked for clean towels the next morning they said I had to wait they were out but when I asked later that day they said I hate to wait till the next day
