Beautiful clean apartment with very comfortable beds and I loved the bathroom

Stay was okay the bed wasnt comfortable. The furniture was out dated .

There was no breakfast..but everything was in reaching place.wal mart was just a corner away.

This place is old, needs updating…. the place was dirty, dirty sheets on one bed, refrigerator has broken shelfs/drawer, there was a dirty pot of dried grits in the clean pot area, master bath toilet paper holder is not secure to wall, mold all around toilet wall/baseboard chipped wood and broken and the rental cost is way to high the place.

After getting settled into Tower 1 room 1707 it was very nice. It was smaller than our original book

Upon arrival we found the Hotwater heater to be bad. The entire next day was a loss due to waiting on a solution. Communication with the people at Real Joy and here on site was very poor. Our time was gone and we finally after 6-8 hours was offered a new room. There was a discussion of a discount but that was it...... a discussion. The room 1905 Towers 2 is very outdated. The closet where the Hotwater heater and AC is has mold & mildew.

everything was good very comfortable, the view to the beach exelent.

everything was good, just little problems with parking, was full and hard to fine a parking space sometimes
