The front desk person was VERY HELPFUL. The pet friendly hotel creates challenges in that the room across the hall had a yappy dog that yapped everytime they left the room, which was about every half hour until 10 pm. It seemed the pet owner seemed to let the dog or dogs run the halls from the sound of it. Dog started yapping again about 6 am in the room.

A wonderful stay, we used it as just a place to sleep after hiking in the area all day and to rest for the hikes the next day. We had a whole pack of us too, including a baby and 2 dogs, the room had no carpets and that was super nice with the dogs and we cpuld still fit our pack n play no problem it was super clean and the shower was super nice too! It not like your staying at a luxury place but it was even better than expected

The rooms were clean but very limited amenities. Had to ask for shampoo; no Kleenex at all; loud noises by a group of individuals in the back parking lot during the day and into late at nite. You couldn't sleep with a window open. (Way too loud). I will not stay here again.

It was clean and the staff was nice. But, I'm bot sure I felt safe. There were people that a felt my be living there. There was also endlees slamming doors all night. there was also a large gap under my door. It was hard to find the front door as there was no sign at all telling people were you enter. That was a first for me. Still I would stay again if I felt safe!

Pool and hot tub were clean and maintained, and ok. Floor could use mopped. It was vacuumed and “clean” but walking around the room our feet became dirty. Staff was friendly and it was quiet while we were there. Convenient location.

Great place, but if you have back or neck problems this is not the place for you. Pillows are not great. Very flat. Mattress has no real cushion at all. However the stay was great and worth the cost. I’d stay again but bring my own pillows.

It's an older hotel that needs updating and repairs. The TV didn't seem to work on any channel and the screen and sound kept freezing and was mostly pixilated. in our room the tub and shower was crammed in on and angle and you had to stand aside from the shower head or you were almost outside the tub itself. AC/Heating unit was old and noisy. Our window had chipped pain and plaster as well. I don't think I would stay there again.

It was an overnight on a longer trip. Reception seldomly had anyone available, I had to fetch my own pool towels behind reception because there was no one there and I could not wait any longer. The restroom in reception was very dirty, like it has not been cleaned in days.

I have stayed at this Motel 6, and so has my wife, every time we have conferences in the Dells, which is at least once a year. It has delivered every year a clean, no-frills room that is quiet and safe. Overall, an excellent value.

We have stayed here a few times but this time was different room smelled musty rooms ac wasnt on till we turned it onwent to use the pool its out of orfmder there working on the walls and painting the whole pool area which they never informed us when we checked in so we found another room elsewhere because that was the main reason stay there pool was always clean and convient were too old for water parks

If you're looking for a comfortable place to spend the night, this is it. Room was small and had some minor defects but nothing significant. Pool and hot tub were nice (but we needed to ask for towels because they don't offer them in the pool area.) There were not many amenities since there was no breakfast of any sort, no lobby to visit in and we had to request shampoo. However, the staff was friendly and hotel was clean. It met my need for the night but could use a few updates.
