We arrived 20 minutes before check-in and the gentleman at the front desk told us that we had to wait until 3:00 to enter our room, but then was kind enough to let us go in. We appreciate this because we had been traveling and wanted to get our luggage out of the car, since it was only a few minutes until the check-in time. The room was clean. The bathtub could use another once-over though (jets and crevices). They accommodated us with plenty of towels and even a change of bed sheets. The only thing that made the stay less than comfortable was the fact that there was no hot water in the shower. Fully turned up, it got to slightly over lukewarm from the shower head. The bathtub faucet seemed just slightly warmer, so in conjunction my family was able to take a shower/bath but it was not enjoyable. The hairdryer did not work either, which bummed out my daughter. But not the end of the world.

The room was disgusting. Dirty, uncomfortable, old. Smelled musty. Stains on bedding, mattresses, towels, etc… Water damage all over room. And there was barely any hot water. Luke warm at best.

We didn't get the room that was depicted. They room was dirty. Bothroom wasn't swept and there was smudges on the appliances. There was a hair in the refrigerator. Because of the condition of the room, I felt compelled to look at the mattress and found a bed bug. It was just one on one of the beds. But one's enough!!! When I told the man at the front desk, he wasn't even surprised. He told me it wouldn't be a problem getting my money back. But I still have not been reimbursed.

TV didn't work front desk attending at that time neglected to tell me came here after Hurricane Helena took my power and crashed my house haven't seen a TV in 10 days get here still no TV front desk attendant at that time acted nonchalant about the situation upon check out the tenants were a lot nicer and helpful this is all

It was awful the first room had ceiling falling down with mold,,, just nasty Moved to 2nd it was dirty with roaches all over, linen on bed was dirty and bed frame was dirty, furniture was dirty did not sit down, carpet was dirty and smelly, rust all over bathroom and light fixtures and old jetted tibe. Now I am sick with upper respiratory infection. I need my refund.. That hotel needs to be condemned ASAP.. Very unhappy and disappointed in service I received.

Not many better options around this area…I could hear the people around me well past midnight. I get that it was a Friday, but shared space and respect go hand in hand. The room itself smelled musty and the shower was not clean enough for me to get in it. It was cheap and I only had to stay one night out of necessity.

After driving for 6 hours with my family, two underage kids ages 4 years old and 8 years old . I was denied check in because we arrived at 3:00 am. The reservation was paid, charge in my card. The hotel manager did not care about my ordeal with my two kids and say that it’s a hotel policy something I was not told when I booked with Expedia . I give Expedia and the hotel 0 for lack of understanding and a total disregard to a customer and family . Now, Expedia still have the indecency of saying that they will not refund my money, for a service a was denied . I will never use Expedia neither this hotel .

From the outside it looked updated, the room however was not and the hallway smelled kinda bad. The water never got hot only luke warm ( tried it at night and the morning ). The breakfast was lacking. There was cereal, waffles, and bread. I was disappointed since I’ve had such good experiences with other Sleep Inn’s.

This property is roach infested. We saw 20 or more roaches in room 327. They were all over the bathroom, on the desks, and walls. We decided to leave because with that many roaches in one room, the entire hotel has to be infested. We told the front desk and they just said “sorry”. Also, they charge everyone a $100 deposit, but they run it as a hotel charge, so you have to file a dispute with your credit card company to get your deposit back. You should never even consider staying at this roach motel.

while the rooms were clean and staff expressed good customer service, the amenities were not so great. we chose this hotel because there was a small game room for kids and pool. The game room was locked and no one could use it even when we were told it would be open until 10 pm. Second issue i had reserved a king suite and ended up having to switch to a queen room because the tv was not working in the king suite. i was advised at desk that i could try to program the remote instead of switching rooms. I felt that was unprofessional and it should have been offered for someone to come and program remote before the thought of asking a guest to do it themselves was even considered. Third issue, breakfast, at 830 there was barely anything left. seems the hotel did not properly prepare for the amount of guest staying there. 4th, I paid two deposits, checked in to two rooms Saturday, checked out sunday. It is now Wednesday and i have only been credited one deposit so far and that just happened this morning. Overall, like i said the staff was friendly and for most part hotel was clean but I will not be staying again.

The rooms were not what was on the internet, the breakfast was horrible there was no food and no one to tend to breakfast buffet if you want to call it that there was no meat waffle machine wasn't working eggs ran out they ran out of all the food, the yogurt was frozen. The room wasn't clean air conditioning wasn't working properly there was Roches in the bathroom tub was dirty we had to ask to get the room clean even after they only put towels in the room had to go to the front desk for someone to clean it. There was always an excuse when anyone complained about things. No sugar for coffee then no coffee also keys would not work if you leave your room and come back we would have to go back down to get key rekeyed!!! Bathroom was disgusting hair in sink and tub!!!

Room was damp and smelled. Lamp shade had rust all around -definitely a moisture problem. Bathroom mirror frame broken, shower head rusted takes forever to get hot water. This place is heavily used with little maintenance. I would never stay here again.
