Awful. Don’t waste your money

Full of barking dogs, floors were weak and felt like you would fall through walking down the halls, overwhelming smell of bleach everywhere gave me a migraine. Room was HOT! Air didn’t work hardly at all. Front desk could not supply a fan. Beds were uncomfortable. Pics are deceiving. This room was old and outdated.

Disappointing to say the least.

The breakfast in the morning was a nice spread and the beds were comfortable.

When we arrived at 1am after calling and checking in over the phone, we got to our room and the air conditioning wasn’t working. It was 85 in our room. We had my husband and I and our 3 kids with us. We got the two queen beds and a pull out sofa. When we got to our room and the air conditioning wasn’t working the lady said she couldn’t move us since she didn’t have any rooms with the pull out. I told her just to give us a room with the two queens and we ended up sleeping with our 5 year old in between us. It worked out but I wasn’t offered any compensation or anything for my inconvenience. I was also way to tired to make a stink. We had been driving at that point for a good 20 hours and I just wanted to get my family in somewhere cool and comfy. Also they need to do some remodeling. There is tape holding some of the tile floor down and wallpaper peeling off walls in places and then replacements cut and thrown up on the wall looking horrible. There was also a really gross smell in the lobby by the gym. Would not recommend.

Just OK...but I think below the normal standards of most Hampton Inns I've stayed in previous.

Location good. Ran out of beer at hospitality hour.

Room was a little dirty...like around the edges of the bathroom floor. The toilet seat was loose...felt like it would fall off. Just seemed like the whole room wasn't really clean.

I was unhappy with the accommodations but because I was there on an emergency had to stay.

Breakfast choices were fine.

The original room I was placed in smelled TERRIBLE, and beds were sloppily made, I wasn’t sure if they were clean; I requested a move to another room, I was moved across the hall and that room smelled but not as bad, the bathtub was in bad condition; desk clerk was not friendly at all to me but was smiling with other customers as they came back or checked in.

Staff was friendly

Bathroom was a little dirty. Toilet ran all night. I paid in advance for my room , but still needed to give $25 on credit card. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

Very unhappy. Hampton Inn has dropped from my better hotels list.

location is close to the interstate but the interest sign is very confusing.

Toilet stopped up and was unusable. water taste bad and breakfast was just ok, nothing special. Person at front desk was not helpful. Could not recommend staying here.

Location was great! The breakfast was just “ok”. I wish there was turkey or chicken sausage as a choice too.

More parking in front of entrance.

Professional, excellent customer services.Hotel very clean.

Breakfast bar were well stock with food and items..areas were kept clean.. All of the hotel employees were very professional with great customer services experience..services with a smile..considering the devastation their state just experience with the hurricane..

I have no complaints at all.

Good for what it was worth

I liked that the hotel wasn’t in the middle of everything.

I didn’t like that the breakfast didn’t have many options. Also the dryer wasn’t working.

It was clean and quiet. Staff wasn’t very friendly.

Breakfast had a good variety of food , however I seen no one around to explain how to use the waffle makers . I had to figure out myself as I’ve never used one before.

I booked this hotel because of the pool, my son was in a basketball camp all day and I had planned to lounge around the pool and he wanted to swim after he returned. However the pool was closed for cleaning the whole time we were there. If I had known this I would have booked elsewhere.

I had made reservations on my phone. She could'nt find it. Charged me an higher price & didn;t tell me they charged me $ 75.00 for y tiny dog. Would never stay there again:( I was charged twice for my room:(

it was good for sleeping but that’s off TV didn’t work. staff was nice I got a maintenance man in to fix it and take 30

location.

entrance is hard to see. I went through the parking lot of the restaurant next-door twice and I hit the curb on the way up to the entrance. There needs to be a Hampton sign right next to the entrance so you can see where to turn.

The room was ok. Beds were comfortable. The place could use a little updating.

There were no cups in our room. Called front desk which took several attempts before anyone answered. She told me to come to the lobby and get some at the coffee machine.

When housekeeping goes on break My window was right there and my dog won't stop barking unless I close the heavy drapes, You should really put up Privacy 6' fence A small section of fence to give Housekeeping. privacy and also your residents staying there.
