Stayed in the King suite. The room was large and the bed and pillows comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful. The free breakfast was good offering hot and cold choices. This was my second stay here as the hotel has become the best midpoint place to stay for our travels.

Weather was amazing, although it was 80 degrees the pool was closed :) the whole place needs a redo. The cleaning staff was very friendly, I wouldn’t say the same with the front desk personnel.

This is a complaint with hotels.com. We never stayed at this hotel. We booked by accident. It was during Hurricane Helene and we were driving south. I cancelled directly through the hotel and they said no problem hotels.com would issue a refund. They are refusing to give us a refund. Awful.

Very comfortable and large room and large bathroom. Note: we were given an accessible room because they had no other rooms. We were somewhat disappointed in the breakfast because there was no fresh fruit available when we got there at 7am. Also, there were no restaurants nearby.

We stayed one night. Our stay was not unpleasant the staff was super friendly and helpful. The beds were not uncomfortable, hotel clean, and the breakfast was decent. However, there was hair in the bathroom and the carpeting under and 3 feet around was sopping wet due to the air conditioner leaking into the room from being not leveled and pulling from the wall. All in all the hotel was convenient, adequate and affordable. We would stay again.

Stayed one night. The hotel was clean and generally well maintained. Pool is large and outdoor. Bathrooms recently renovated. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good - waffle maker, eggs, sausage, etc... Lots of very well lit parking. There is an abandoned lot next door but ignore that and drive right past to the hotel.

The coffee was so bad I would not return to this property. They would add new coffee to the old canister thus making it cold and bitter. I asked for fresh and got hot coffee from the breakfast person but the quality of the coffee was poor it had to be cheap cheap coffee

Easy access from I95. Quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Breakfast included with stay, served with South Carolina charm and warmth. Check in person helped resolve a reservation problem (my fault!) quickly and without any attitude. This was my second stay here and the staff make it extra pleasant.

Nothing to complain about! Room was clean and updated. Beds and linens were comfy. Excellent, friendly customer service. Had working exhaust fan in the bathroom as well as hot water and good water pressure. We usually stay in Florence or Savannah on our way from PA to FL. But glad we chose Waterloo this time.

This is a clean, nice place to stay. The parking lot was filled with customer's vehicles. The Ramada, Best Western and one other adjacent motel had only one or two vehicles in their lots. The cable TV channels were very limited, but the Continental breakfast was decent, including cook it yourself waffles.

Pleased with the room which was quite large. Disappointed the room I booked 2 months ago was higher than what I would have paid as a walk in. I asked the front desk person and she said she could not make any changes to the price. Also she was not vert welcoming. Never even said hello to us, just do you have a reservation.

The hotel is nice the area around it has two restaurants with 1 hour waits. It’s a safe place to stop and sleep. The pool was great for the kids to get out and swim.

While the area around the hotel is rather run down and has empty buildings, the hotel itself is well taken care of. The pool was beautiful, it was quiet, the bath towels were fluffy and plentiful and the beds very comfortable. We will DEFINITELY make this our halfway stop for our trips back and forth to VA from FL !!
