upon arrival I was very surprised to learn that I had to pay for parking. there was no security gates or guard- felt like I was paying into nothing? perhaps to help pay for renovations? it was uncomfortable!

Nice!

There was $10 per 24 hrs. Parking charge.
This is ridiculous. We were never charged parking in most hotels situated outside
Metro areas.

We were disappointed to be told the pool and spa was not in service when we checked in and had no prior notification we were looking forward to utilizing them which was one of the reason why we chose the Hampton - the bed was very uncomfortable felt stiff and the pillows where horrible limp and flaccid could not even use 2 pillows as one to accommodate for the missing comfort - second night was all tossing and turning

Our check in lady was not very friendly and could not be bothered with any information regarding questions about the property as we are not used to go to a pay app for parking fees. The property was booked under a free parking conditions and once we checked in it was shortly brought to our attention we need to pay via the parking app by pointing her finger to the scan item without further information

New hotel beautiful looking
Beds so soft, plenty of room
Front desk staff so friendly and professional

Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, room was very quiet and clean. Nothing but great things to say

The Jacuzzi did not work and the pool was cold....terrible service. They charge for parking in rural area...what a joke.
The food served at breakfast was decent.

Everything is newer and not run down. However the hot tub was roped off and being renovated so it was not available. We were looking forward to using it. Our room had a shower stall only. No tub. That was a challenge with kids. Especially since the door did not shut. Having only a barn door that doesn’t lock is not ideal with a family.
But the worst was paying for parking. We stayed in lots of hotels on our road trip and no one charged for parking. It’s a ridiculously greedy money grab. It’s not like parking is at a premium for that location. You can park next door at the adjacent hotel for free. This is not a metro area with a high end hotel. Owners need to re evaluate their decision to charge to park in an open parking lot. It’s not even secure!

Hotels.com.list this property as having free parking come to find out on arrival there was a parking charge. Desk manager said basically yep its new it sucks pay up no comp code.

The facility was fine. The complementary breakfast was average but could have been hotter. There was a nightly parking charge which we would normally expect only in a major metropolis, which accounts for the loss of one star.

The hotel was in close proximity to site seeing locations. Hotel and room were clean. Valet parking was very needed and convenient. Free Breakfast was very good.

Straightforward Hampton experience. We went for the mid state fair. Easy drive about 10 min away and there’s plenty to do around the area

Went for a birthday dinner and stayed only one night. Room was clean and quiet. Bed could have been a little better in comfort, but it was a nice place altogether

The only thing I didn't like is we came for the Jacuzzi and the Jacuzzi was broken.

The iron in the room didn't has a steam option. Most iron's do. It would have been very helpful for preparing for our big day.

Jacuzzi wasn’t working, had to go to the hotel next door, bummer

Check in was 3pm. Arrived at 330 and was told our room was not ready. Told to come back later. Lobby under construction so there was no where to sit while we waited for our room which forced us to wait outside in 90+ heat. Room was clean and comfortable.

My kids live the warm pool. It was a good size for my lils. The Target less than a mile away is so convenient!. Staff were so nice. Breakfast bar was perfect! Full breakfast! Would definitely stay when driving down south again.

Nice property but under renovation

WAY overpriced for the condition and amenities. Hotel was under construction, Breakfast room was covered in plastic. No seats/benches in Lobby, Air Conditioner in Room 220 was not mounted to wall correctly, Sink would not drain properly, Did not provide fresh towels as we requested. Jacuzzi was broken.

Construction at all times. No lobby, no use to poll or jacuzzi. Looks completely different than pics on web.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Stayed in a newly renovated room - huge, clean, comfortable! Everything is nicely thought through. Beds are great, shower is superb, views are spectacular and breakfast is very-very nice! Would be happy to stay there again!!

The lounge area is currently under construction which we had no idea about but it completely changes the mood of the place you are staying in when we enter into a construction zone. The hot tub is also currently closed. There is a hotel right by that supposedly would let you use their hot tub but it’s still an inconvenience to walk across a couple parking lots at night when your wet to get back. The rooms were recently renovated but the bed was very stiff and for me was one of the worst beds in a hotel I’ve experienced. Also the floor had a couple of large soaking wet spots. Walls seemed to offer little to no sound softening and noises coming from the side and above were very noticeable and very annoying. Staff were nice though. I wouldn’t recommend this place and I wouldn’t come back though mainly because the beds and sound issues

Overall a good location. Had to work around construction but it was still not a big concern. Stayed there with my family including kids and a dog.

When I booked this room, I was not alerted to the fact that the hotel was under renovation. That’s your deception. I would not have stayed there had I known.

When we booked the hotel, we were not told about the renovation, limited access and about the noise. Yet, they charged me full price - horrible to say the least

Would have appreciated to know the hotel was under renovation before we got there.
