Sea Rock Ranch is a lovely one level ranch style home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. This comfortable house has everything you need for your wine country family getaway! Each bedroom is made ready with clean quality bedding which will have each person sleeping like royalty. The master bedroom features a comfy queen size bed and offers private ensuite bath. As a bonus, there is an additional futon in the master and a sofa bed in the living room, providing additional sleeping options for families! The large open kitchen is perfect to cook and entertain, while the group gathers in the adjacent living room featuring a cozy fireplace. Rack up the billiards and let the fun begin with a good game of pool or set up the poker table and show off your poker face. There is never a dull moment at Sea Rock Ranch. We stayed in town for a wedding and really loved this home. It was spacious, had high ceilings, so much room and all the amenities. The hot tub was clean and heated and a wonderful way to relax.
The backyard was huge and we were relieved to be able to bring our dog (a small pet fee is required).
We will definitely stay here again!

Had a nice stay at Sea Rock Ranch, the house is comfortable and well equipped. Spacious kitchen/living area. It has a large back yard with hot tub that we unfortunately did not get to enjoy as Paso Robles was hit with a big rain storm on our weekend there. Easy access to the house, the rental agency were great to deal with, dog friendly. Note that there is no network or cable TV, you can only watch streaming channels if you have your own accounts which is a bit of a hassle to set up and then disconnect after leaving.

This was a central location for us though the close immediate area does not have much. The family had a lot of bonding time over pool that I’m sure has made some lasting memories for my kids. The house had almost everything we needed and was well supplied.

The house was perfect for our family. We even brought out 1.5 year old who loved running outside in the yard.
House was cozy and well stocked with what we needed.
Only thing to mention is the heat in the primary bedroom is very poor, so it did get chilly overnight. The house did have a space heater which fixed the concern.

It is very comfortable, well supplied, there were so many different hang out spots throughout the house, and it is very conveniently located near the 46 West wineries and the Trader Joe's shopping center in Templeton. We have already reserved this house again for our next trip in August! Highly recommend!

Family trip for spring break with 2 college age kids. Fairly rainy early spring visit. House was clean, well stocked kitchen, toiletries. Pool table was fun. Hard floors throughout, very clean but a couple rugs would be nice touch for cold mornings. Coffee pot was broken and they delivered a new one promptly when we called (thanks!). Close to Trader Joe’s and farmers market for meal shopping!

This home was perfect for our family to celebrate Christmas. The kitchen was lovely to cook in and we had plenty of room at the big table. We were even able to bring our family dog! We enjoyed wine tasting during the day and spending time in front of the fireplace in the evening.

We loved our stay at Sea Rock Ranch! It easily accommodated 6 adults, two toddlers, a baby, and a dog. We enjoyed the fire place on a cold rainy day, played a lot of pool, and had nightly game nights around the huge dining table with what was supplied. The fire pits in the backyard were perfect for cooler nights and making s'mores. Templeton is a great central location to many places in the central coast region. Our only concerns were that the tub in hall bath wouldn't plug enough to give the kids a bath and the large primary bedroom never warmed up quite as much as the rest of the house.

Wow! Upon arrival, the property was so nice outside. Walking into the house, you’re greeted by the cleanest environment and a beautifully furnished place. Plenty of room in the kitchen for cooking and socializing. In the backyard, there are two seating spaces! The fire pit was very nice and necessary for the chilly evenings! So easy to operate.
We were a little too noisy outside on the first night and the owner was very gracious and kind in reminding us to mind the 10pm noise curfew.
So glad this place is close to wineries and restaurants! Also, my husband loved the pool table! We already have plans to visit this same space very soon and we recommend you all do too!

Memorial Reunion
This property is located within minutes of downtown Templeton, I have easy access to surrounding areas. The home is decorated beautifully and would be comfortable for many types of groups. I was traveling with grandparents, aunts and uncles, and my family that included two younger children. The kitchen was nicely stocked for all of our needs. Things like wine glasses for the adults and non-breakable plates for the kids or a nice touch. Many rentals do not include many basic household supplies, however this location had coffee needs, essential spices, toiletries, and supplies for laundry.
Communications along with checking in and out were simple, and our family would definitely rent this place again.

Beautiful home in nice neighborhood, however house was in need of updating, worn dirty carpets, and older kitchen. It would be nice if garage parking was possible, especially the day we arrived, it was 108 hot! Nice walking streets in flat neighborhood, easy access to wineries, downtown, etc.

This home was perfect for our party of 6. Nice big front and back yards. Lots of comfortable furniture and the beds didn't disappoint. Some of us wished it had a hot tub or pool and garage access would have been a bonus. Otherwise it was a very nice place and we all enjoyed our stay.
