Loved everything. Would suggest potatoes in addition for breakfast. Loved the pancake maker. Push a button and it makes 2 pancakes! Harry is awesome as well!

Annie, at the front desk, was extremely helpful in checking me in despite my having reservations for two nights from two different outfits. I was able to stay in one room those two nights. Everything was worked out smoothly, thanks to Annie.

Bad customer service arrive. At 320 i stood at the desk waiting 15-20 mons noone came to help us i asked another worker they checked a few places he said no idea i walked over to the bathroom super close to the desk hubby waited at desk waited about 5 mins for bathroom to open walked away noone came out then about 2 mins later the front desk lady comes strolling out says sorry i was only gone maybe 5 mins o said no i waited 15-20 mins at the desk and a few mins at the bathroom she continued to argue that she wasn’t in there that long. She needs help with being professional and to lose her lying attitude!

I like that is a reasonable distan to the airport and to the shop. I like that the room was in good condition. I like the staf of the Bali. I like that was my sister and me, And another sister come to visit us and I ask if she could stay whit us and they said yes. For the money that I already paid The cleaning from the room was not so great. The bathroom was good the bedroom was good. The breakfast was ok. I will stay in the hotel at anytime. There have to be more attentive whit the rooms that is all what we see

The check in took a long time. Only one person at the desk and a lot of people trying to check in. Room was pretty clean and comfortable but very loud airport and interstate noise. Even with fan and white noise app could still hear it. Probably a room on the back of the building would be quieter. Nice room for the price I paid.

While sleeping the front desk called my room at 1am and 3 am. Mind you we were in bed sleeping when woken up to the front desk saying the people below us said we are stomping around our room. Mind you we both have been asleep in bed since 11pm. Then again at check out the front desk again. Tried saying we were stomping and loud. Til we showed the front desk our sleep app on our phone/watch that showed we were in fact asleep when getting accused of something we didnt do. Ill never rent a room here ever again. I got a suite for a reason to treat my significant other. An it was a nightmare.

This is usually our go to place to stay when we are in Manchester. Our rooms was ready prior to the check in time which was great. We were on the end off the hallway near near the stairs which is usually a quiet place. However there was a large group of young hockey players continued to run up and down the hallway slamming the door to the stairs after 10 pm. This did not cease until my wife physically had to go downstairs and speak to the desk attendant after she had already called and spoke to the desk attendant an hour prior. Once the running and door slamming stopped it was a good stay.

I was late checking in. Did not notice the outside of the building. However, upon entering my room I found a dirty sock on the floor. When I went to open the refrigerator there was a bug (alive)! The floor had not been vacuumed. The bed was comfortable. Slept well. The shower could have been cleaner but was sufficient. Appreciated the coffee maker, soap, shower gel and moisturizer.

The gentleman working on the afternoon and evening of Saturday, November 18th, was absolutely terrific. He promptly accommodated myself and family upon arrival and was extremely polite, each and every time we spoke. He addressed me as Mr. each conversation we had and was a pleasure to meet. Great great job.
