The shower and bathroom were filthy (tons of pubic hair in the bathroom) Dirty shower walls. Cold coffee in the lobby, and no breakfast (as is advertised). The room was very warm, even with the AC set at the lowest setting. The bedding was clean. The staff was friendly. We'd much rather spend an additional $25 somewhere else for hot coffee and a clean bathroom. Not recommended. We won't be back.

4 stars because I slept pretty well at this motel, although I think it’s fair to say there is some road noise, and based on the motel design, I think probably all the rooms can hear vehicles on the road. I mention this because for people sensitive to road noise can probably find a nearby option that does not face the road.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The laundry facility was very nice. The washers and dryer were clean and they had tables to use for folding your clothes and baskets to use when removing clothes from washer to dryer. Nice tv and sitting area while waiting for your wash to finish. Improvement needed on the second floor walkway. The concrete is very broken up. Overall, I nice hotel for the price.

The room was nice inside, but the outside was shabby. In particular, the surface of the walkway to the upstairs rooms was cracked, unevenly patched, and had holes in places. Looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen. The toilet flush lever was very loose, and had to be jiggled to prevent the toilet from constantly running. At check-in the clerk was not at all friendly or welcoming.

At first glance seemed ok. First red flag, putting guests at the very back of the property under the premise that it's quieter from the noise from the highway That didn't help at all and also puts people away from the safety and security of the office. Next, 3 hours after I check in, I have 2 bed bug bites on my face and neck. I also discovered 2 dead bugs in the bathroom.I had Expedia call the front desk to inquire about a refund and they were told there was no one that could help because there was no manager on duty. When I called all they offered was to move me to another room or call Ecosure to come to my room after 9 pm. You think that I, as a disabled woman, can just easily move rooms? Or that I should open my room door to a stranger that late at night? The guy then tells me "you're the only one that's complained". What relevance is that? I have photos of the bites on me and the dead bugs. How this hotel handles this will determine whether I file a report with the state. My photos, and the several other reviews and photos regarding bed bug bites from other people, don't lie. You have no choice but to make this right.

The room was clean with lots of amenities (fridge, microwave, kitchenette, etc.) which was a nice surprise. However, our stay was for sleep as we were on a long road trip to return home and other guests were extremely loud. We were woken up around 11 PM by lots of shouting, swearing, and talking and then again at 2 AM by the same. Very disappointing considering the amount we paid for the stay. I understand that there was an event in town, but ridiculous that our sleep was interrupted twice by such rude and inconsiderate behavior.
