The rooms were very nice, and brand new. We were the first ones to occupy the room. Very nice!
The pillows could be better. One was too little stuffing, and the other one was very hard lumpy.

Perfect location. Easy to find and leave on my trip. I wished I had time for the spa or pool. Two days was not enough.
Breakfast was a little overcooked. Good choices in foods. Coffee was weak.

The front desk staff and hotel general manager were excellent. This stay was during the ice storm where I80 was closed, as well as secondary roads closed. They were personable, kind and knowledgeable.
North Platte is a desolate horrible place to put a freeway - dangerous and isolated for those traveling through in bad weather.

Very nice breakfast.

I liked that the room size was perfect for my family, it was nice and cold
The rooms are super outdated for the amount we spent. I believe it was around $300 for the suite, and the doors, and cabinets had holes in it, everything was really outdated.

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast options. Family friendly.
Just a tad too close to Interstate 80. Not really their fault though.

The hotel rooms need a major update. The beds were comfortable though

Rooms were fabulous, entrances on all sides of building, so much space in rooms, pool was great, breakfast area great, food and service good too
Hot tub was not that great, pool towels were gone both times we swam...

Delicious
There should be a fan in the bathrooms, especially when we are swimming and have wet suits to dry

From the moment we walked into the lobby everyone behind the desk greeted us with a smile and a desure to assist.
The ladies working the breakfast area were friendly and made sure the food was quickly replenished and the area was clean.

The staff were friendly and helpful The pool area was very nice and the breakfast provided was well done.
Asked for an AARP rate when I checked in, but the hotel said that had to be done through booking.com. Booking.com said the hotel would provide that rate. Got the runaround from both parties (more from the Hampton than from Booking.com) and ended up not getting an AARP rate. The hotel boasted soft fluffy towels but they were rough and uncomfortable to use. Also booked two rooms that should have had a microwave and bathtub/shower in each room, but only one room provided those items. Very disappointed with the Hampton given the amount charged for these two rooms and the AARP rate not being honored. We were staying there to be with family that were all attending a funeral the next day. A bit more consideration from the Hampton would have been appreciated.
